Pros: The agent at the desk did not lie about not having the reserved car or any similar.

Cons: I did not get the reserved car (or similar), nor did I see any such model on the roads of Sardinia throughout the week, so I expect this is fake advertising because those cars are not generally driven in Sardinia. The rental company charged me for the damage on the car that I did not do and never responded to my complaints.

Cons: Surprice Cagliari is clearly a scam company seeking to ripoff travelers. I escaped without extra charges because I took ~40 close-up, sun-lit, high-resolution photos of the rental car before accepting it. They tried to say an almost invisible 5mm line, the width of a hair, on the rim was our fault and would cost hundreds of Euros. They said "I'm letting you go without any charge, but you must leave a good review". Here's your honest review! Surprice is a scam!

Cons: I had to wait 70 minutes to get my car. There were barely 4 people in front of me in the queue. It took at least 15 minutes per person. That's far too slow. The staff repeated the same thing several times. The staff consisted of 5 or 6 people. But half of them weren't working. They were talking to each other. Or eating their lunch. One person, who seemed to be the boss, replied in a very rude and brutal way. He told me that all I had to do was go to Goldcar as their registration is automatic.

Pros: I was highly disappointed with Surprice car rentals. They added a condition to their rental terms requiring that the credit card used for payment must have embedded (raised) numbers. Using this as an excuse, they refused to rent the car to us unless we purchased an expensive additional insurance, despite us already having comprehensive insurance purchased through DiscoverCars. Surprisingly, Surprice had modern payment terminals, making the requirement for raised numbers unnecessary.

Cons: In fact, modern credit cards often no longer have raised numbers since card imprinters are obsolete. My card did have raised numbers, noticeable to the touch, but they claimed they were not raised enough. As a result, we were charged quadruple the rate at the counter and they would not rent the car otherwise. I find this policy and their enforcement of it incredibly unreasonable and am seeking a refund for this unacceptable treatment.

Cons: it was impossible to call the front desk to organize a shuttle pick up from the airport. We spent 3h calling different non-existing numbers provided by them and at the end paid 17€ to pay the taxi.

Cons: You need to definitely re-think your way of doing a business, you don't have enough people to ensure good quality service, the renting of a small car took 1h40 min and we had 2 peoples in front of us. I dont think this is really acceptable. The car was dirty and the return was non existing as there are not clear signs of where to return the car and no one is on the parking to whom you can handle your car. We were absolutely unsatisfied.

Cons: We couldn't rent the car because, despite we already booked and paid part of the fee for the car the Surprice Agency required a "credit card" only for the guarantee/deposit (no other method accepted). So they canceled our booking, we lost the money and paid THREE TIMES as much the price we planned!
