Cons: We did not receive a comparable car to what we purchased off website. Car we were give had check engine light on and error light for hybrid battery.
Pros: The person who assisted in collecting the car was nice. The car we were given was larger than what we had booked and had a SatNav (we didn't book this either).
Cons: The transfer was complicated. We had to wait for the 4th transfer bus (approx. 30 mins) even though we were waiting there the whole time. It felt like people were skipping the queue. When we finally got to the rental place, we couldn't find the desk. When we got to the desk, the representative was lovely. When we dropped it off, the representative rushed us and was not very approachable or helpful. The transfer back was ok.

I cannot express this enough DO NOT USE SURPICE, I have never dealt with ruder people in my life and my experience is a lot like the other reviews and I cannot express here how rude and horrible these people are but ontop of that the whole staff and rental company / service is a scam. They tried to give us a manual despite ordering automatic and after two hours of them refusing to have automatic cars and being rude and aggressive to the discover car customer service we got a automatic.
Cons: On pickup they tried to charge us extra for a automatic upgrade as they tried to give us a manual, they are very rude and aggressive and the worst people I have ever dealt with. On drop off they will ask you about damage that was already there to try and scam you into fixing it on your insurance. Do not use these horrible, arrogant and downright dodgy people. We cannot express this enough and if you look at other reviews you will save yourself a nightmare.
Pros: Was fast to pick up and to dropped off

Cons: I booked to pick up at 11am and they said the car was not ready until 12pm, and the car did not arrive until 1pm.

Pros: nice agent on the front desk
Cons: it was impossible to call the front desk to organize a shuttle pick up from the airport. We spent 3h calling different non-existing numbers provided by them and at the end paid 17€ to pay the taxi.
Cons: You need to definitely re-think your way of doing a business, you don't have enough people to ensure good quality service, the renting of a small car took 1h40 min and we had 2 peoples in front of us. I dont think this is really acceptable. The car was dirty and the return was non existing as there are not clear signs of where to return the car and no one is on the parking to whom you can handle your car. We were absolutely unsatisfied.
Cons: We couldn't rent the car because, despite we already booked and paid part of the fee for the car the Surprice Agency required a "credit card" only for the guarantee/deposit (no other method accepted). So they canceled our booking, we lost the money and paid THREE TIMES as much the price we planned!

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
For the Luxury car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee. During winter season (from 15.11 until 15.04) Snow chains are included in price.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
