Pros: Great experience! Everything went fast and smoothly. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. When the shuttle bus didn’t show up, they even gave us a ride directly to the terminal. Very professional service — would definitely rent from them again!

Bij het afhalen van de auto was niet te controleren of de auto scade had of heeft (te donker om het te kunnen zien . Conclusie geen aanrader , verder auto wel goed en netjes

Pros: Good and clean car for a good price. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Cons: Our Fiat Panda didn't had AC in it, but we had only 2 days hotter than 30 degrees and wasn't major problem for us.

Pros: The desk agent in Cagliari was most helpful, as was Carlos in the parking lot.

Cons: Even though I did not have an International Driver’s license, the rental process was still slow. All of the information was given online in advance. Too many forms; too many signatures at the rental location!

Cons: The car wasn’t ready, we had to wait 30 minutes for it to be cleaned, and it was still dirty on the outside when we received it, it was scratched and had bumps and it was the Fiat 600 when we had ordered and specifically wanted the Fiat 500,

Pros: Easy Pick-Up. Exactly the car we chose on the internet.

Cons: When we picked up the car, i wanted him to add a damage to the damage sheet. He said no, its not necessary, i should just take a video. I did. When dropping off the car, he insulted me for exactly this damage, told that it is not on the pdf damage sheet. I showed him the video, we had to discuss for a while. But in the end he accepted it. This kind of scheming is unnessecary.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, kind and efficient. The shuttle bus came on time and was very quick to reach the rental location. The car provided was the actual one that I had booked and was good quality which is not always the case with other providers.

Pros: Not alot except the car itself. The agent did apologise for all the problems when I returned it. I think the car was an upgrade from what I ordered, a Fiat 500.

Cons: Credit card reader broken when I arrived, took them ages to sort. Windows and windscreen VERY dirty particularly dificult at this time when the sun is low in the sky. Tires seriously under inflated. Office deserted when I returned the car.

Cons: Extremely rude agent at pickup and dropoff. Told us to bring trash to the airport even though extensive trash disposal cans were only 50 m nearby (He told me there was no possibility and would not give me a plastic bag - I had to look for and find the trash. He tried to sell us his extra insurance and took a deposit even though we had bought full insurance from Discovery Car, because we would have to pay him for all damages and only the try to get the money back from Discovery Cars.

Pros: Lovely car and value for money - great drop off and pick up at airport too, staff very nice and easy. Very nice driver who gets you from airport too, handover very quick and drop off straight back

Cons: Name change fee of 25 euro for wife’s credit car seemed steep and needless. It needs to be very clear upon booking that you will NOT accept a debit card when arriving, not in small print. It was over 40 Mins collecting car in the room waiting for it too.

Cons: The car was dirty and felt a little unsafe to drive. They didn’t accept Amex despite me booking through Amex and resulted in a serious amount of pocket before we even started our holiday. Poor from both parties.

Cons: Time necessary to pick up the car (call for transfer shuttle necessary; most part of rental ducuments could be filled in advance to save some time). Another client reported dirty interior of his car - after reporting it he got another car. I was severely charged for 3rd party damage (theft attempt).

Pros: Easy booking. Car as described or better. Drop off very efficient. Petrol station right beside drop off location. Staff friendly & helpful. I had full insurance coverage because i was worried about scams generally in Sardinia that i had read about. I believe GaldieriRent are honest folks.

Cons: Pickup was slightly confusing - an actual sign at the airport pickup point would be helpful.

Cons: If you do not arrive close to your rental start the transfer is not free. You will need to phone them on arrival even if they have your flight information. The rental is 3km away. Dirty car inside and central locks not working.

Pros: GaldieriRent was super responsive, friendly and providing an extremely good service. Quick check-in without trying to sell any extra insurance and being very clear on the rental policy. Special mention for the guys at the reception, they were very friendly, it's been a pleasure to meet them. Very quick checkout. Very efficient shuttle service from and to the airport (about 10 Min). Pretty much recommended!

Pros: Overaly comparing available options at Cagliari, I think the deal we got was very good. All of the staff was professional, the car we got was clean and almost brand new, car return was very quick. I would recommend to go for Galdieri.

Cons: Pickup was bit longer then we estimated, there is only one car shuttling between airport and the rental company. If you just miss one, you'll need to wait for some time.

Cons: had to call from the airport to come and be picked by your shuttle service, when the flight time were already given.

Pros: They were very helpful, responsive and friendly. They felt very genuine. although they asked, there was no hassle on buying extra insurance etc., which is quite unusual from my experience.

Cons: Nothing, though it was a little disconcerting at the Cagliari airport pick-up point as there is no signage. That's not their fault though (that's the same for any off-airport company at Cagliari though). They had already given us clear instructions which were correct. When I called them to check we were in the right place, they reassured us and sent a van to pick us up immediately.

Cons: My credit card did not go through and I was asked to buy their insurance if I want to use a debit card. However, after some trials understood that the issue was related to their payment machine. It’s a good idea to try another machine if they have one.

Cons: The service at drop off. When I returned the car the gentleman at the service desk told me I should have gotten the car washed, speaking of the outside of the car and added ''I know this is acceptable in your country but not in ours''

Cons: I had to wait an age to collect my car. Only one staff member working (a second eventually arrived) and unfortunately the customer in front of me was taking forever. I don't think they knew what they wanted or how car rentals worked but the lengthy discussion unfortunately meant a long wait for everyone else. Staff perhaps need a strategy for this situation.

Cons: Nie akceptują karty Revolut ,a na waszej stronie nie ma takiej informacji!!! Musiałem zapłacić za pełne ubezpieczenie dodatkowo 400 euro! Agent twierdził że to nie jest karta kredytowa ,ale nie przeszkodziło mu obciążyć ją dodatkowo 100euro kaucji..! Nie polecam.
