Pros: Very good experience – even though we are from abroad, communication was quick, clear and helpful. We were supposed to get a Jeep Compass and we really did – the car was clean, with minimal damage and low mileage. No issues at all when returning it. Highly recommended.

Pros: Al ritorno invece ci ha accolto plabo un ragazzo molto gentile che ha reso molto veloce la nostra riconsegna.

Cons: All’arrivo sono incorso in una ragazza alla reception molto scortese che non mi ha voluto rilasciare le generalità per individuarla aveva comunque i capelli ricci, che non ha voluto cambiare la macchina nonostante la ruota fosse bucata. Stessa ragazza che aveva tratto in modo molto scorretto prima di noi un signore anziano che non aveva portato il doppio documento. Vi consiglio di fare le foto in maniera molto oculata perchè provano a trovare qualche graffio.

Pros: Pablo at drop off was fantastic. Pick up was not so good with quite slow service and issues with check in with time (I wasn’t aware I needed to report 1 hr flight delay) and subsequently a different car being given. The car was fine but it added extra stress.

Cons: I was disappointed that they tried to charge me for two scratches without any proof. They expected me to prove the scratches were already there when I picked up the car, which is not how the process should work. Fortunately, I had recorded videos beforehand that clearly showed the scratches were present when I took the car

Cons: Our Fiat Panda didn't had AC in it, but we had only 2 days hotter than 30 degrees and wasn't major problem for us.

Cons: Even though I did not have an International Driver’s license, the rental process was still slow. All of the information was given online in advance. Too many forms; too many signatures at the rental location!

Cons: The car wasn’t ready, we had to wait 30 minutes for it to be cleaned, and it was still dirty on the outside when we received it, it was scratched and had bumps and it was the Fiat 600 when we had ordered and specifically wanted the Fiat 500,

Cons: When we picked up the car, i wanted him to add a damage to the damage sheet. He said no, its not necessary, i should just take a video. I did. When dropping off the car, he insulted me for exactly this damage, told that it is not on the pdf damage sheet. I showed him the video, we had to discuss for a while. But in the end he accepted it. This kind of scheming is unnessecary.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, kind and efficient. The shuttle bus came on time and was very quick to reach the rental location. The car provided was the actual one that I had booked and was good quality which is not always the case with other providers.

Told us to bring trash to the airport even though extensive trash disposal cans were only 50 m nearby (He told me there was no possibility and would not give me a plastic bag - I had to look for and find the trash. He tried to sell us his extra insurance and took a deposit even though we had bought full insurance from Discovery Car, because we would have to pay him for all damages and only the try to get the money back from Discovery Cars.

Cons: Name change fee of 25 euro for wife’s credit car seemed steep and needless. It needs to be very clear upon booking that you will NOT accept a debit card when arriving, not in small print. It was over 40 Mins collecting car in the room waiting for it too.

Pros: Easy booking. Car as described or better. Drop off very efficient. Petrol station right beside drop off location. Staff friendly & helpful. I had full insurance coverage because i was worried about scams generally in Sardinia that i had read about. I believe GaldieriRent are honest folks.

Cons: If you do not arrive close to your rental start the transfer is not free. You will need to phone them on arrival even if they have your flight information. The rental is 3km away. Dirty car inside and central locks not working.

Pros: GaldieriRent was super responsive, friendly and providing an extremely good service. Quick check-in without trying to sell any extra insurance and being very clear on the rental policy. Special mention for the guys at the reception, they were very friendly, it's been a pleasure to meet them. Very quick checkout. Very efficient shuttle service from and to the airport (about 10 Min). Pretty much recommended!

Pros: They were very helpful, responsive and friendly. They felt very genuine. although they asked, there was no hassle on buying extra insurance etc., which is quite unusual from my experience.

Cons: Nothing, though it was a little disconcerting at the Cagliari airport pick-up point as there is no signage. That's not their fault though (that's the same for any off-airport company at Cagliari though). They had already given us clear instructions which were correct. When I called them to check we were in the right place, they reassured us and sent a van to pick us up immediately.

Cons: My credit card did not go through and I was asked to buy their insurance if I want to use a debit card. However, after some trials understood that the issue was related to their payment machine. It’s a good idea to try another machine if they have one.
