Cons: We had issues with our credit card and therefore we wanted to pay the rental costs by cash but it was not allowed. The desk representative was not helpful at all.
Cons: The car was not full when i took it. It was all scratched and in bad condition. They didn’t inspect the car with me and on the contract not all the scratches was mentioned. I need to go see the agent to add those scratches before leaving.
Pros: Vehicle was in great condition, and their service was very good. Everyone spoke English well.
Cons: I feel I was fleeced by this company, even the amounts in the bill doesn't add up... I was charged more than the total of the items in the bill.

Pros: Pros: efficient pick up and drop off. We had a small accident and their road assistance was very helpful. All staff good english speaking.
Cons: Cons: Expected car was similar like Seat Ateca (CUV/SUV) and we got Peugeot 308 SW (low ride height). Trying to reach them on the phone written on the contract was imposible. I was able to then reach them on a different number which I found on-line. Cars could be cleaner on the inside.

Cons: my flight was 45 minutes late due to a delay , "sicily by car" charged me an extra 43 euros penalty for being late to collet my car even though they where still open and where serving someone i had to wait a further 15 minutes for the staff to finish serving this customer and deal with me, he had an aggressive manor of speaking to me, and at the end after he gave me the car keys and would not come with me to show me where the car was to check it over for any damage it was over 200 away..

Pros: Really proffesional service. Good price. New cars, no problem at all.

Cons: Only diesel cars available. Stood at the counter directly in front of the representative for close to 5 minutes before she began to serve us. No other customers before us so wasnt sure of the delay - we were just told to wait. Directions to find the car were poor so we walked around in the heat for a good while.

Cons: I've qued for about 1.5 hour to reach to an agent. It was overly crowded. It took a total of 2 hours for me to pickup the car.

Cons: The queue to the front desk is horrendous. Definitely would never use Sicily by car again knowing how long you have to wait.

Cons: i'm not sure who is responsible for me paying double for insurance though. whether its discover car hire and sicily by car was jsut doing it's job, or if sicily by car was trying to sell me unneccary extra insurance on top of the full insurance package i had already paid for. either way whoever is responsible has turned rental insurance is a scam, but it sadly scams only the people trying to be responsible. simply unacceptable.
Pros: overall service was good
Pros: The car was not clean but the guys took care of it when we complained. So the problem was solved. We drove a 4-doors Smart automatic/gear. A great and easy car but we missed the manual so we had to find out everything ourselves - which in the end wasn't that difficult.
