Cons: Unfriendly Service Trying to sell unreasonable additionals and insisting on it

Pros: Terrible company, kept finding ways to charge extra money for ridiculous things( cleaning the car)

Cons: Didn’t bring a credit card in my name so they charged me €186 which was more than my original booking payment. They wouldn’t accept a credit card in someone else’s name so got charged another insurance on top of what already had just to use a debit card. Then found out they charged me a washing fee which was never said to me. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Pros: The dropoff was easy and no bullying about extra insurances.

Cons: Just hand the non italians a waver that all damages are known. Since you have it in the back of your mind all the time when a brand new car has already that many marks and you might have to pay for something you didn't do.

Pros: We obtain the same car, that we ordered, the pick up and return was quick.

Cons: The car was inside quite dusty and the front window a little bit dirty, but it was easy to clean. I didn't get the deposit back so far (4 days after the return).

Pros: Reading previous reviews I was unsure about using Felirent,but there were no other companies with available cars.However our experience was excellent,straightforward, reliable car hire.Emmanuel was helpful, friendly and easy to talk to,he explained everything clearly & sent a helpful video showing me the directions to return the car.A different man from Felirent appeared just as we parked the car on our return, friendly, helpful & he attended to us immediately.Car was brand new.All super!

This was not in Felirents terms and conditions and required us to contact the customer service for Felirent to refund the extra charges. These were “GPS”, “PAI”, “Road Ass Extra” none of these I originally asked for or was I offered these, only charged

Cons: When booking, I was not notified that Felirent charges additional money for not having a credit card. This made them the most expensive rental. The car had no windshield wiper fluid either.

Cons: It was the worst experience of our lives renting with that company. We will never use them again. Very sketchy, not clear instructions. The car was a disaster. And we waited over 40min for the agent to come up to let us drop the car. I have many more things to say about the whole rental time but not enough characters.

Cons: Unseriös. Doppelte Vollkaskoversicherung bezahlt. Billige Lockangebote und bei Abholung wird versucht Geld zu ziehen und Druck erzeugt. Wir haben schon sehr oft Autos auf Sardinien gemietet. So lief es nie ab!

Pros: Car provided was bigger than reserved, so that could be considered a bonus. The price was very good, but this is off-season in Sardenia.

Cons: Agents gave almost no help or information about where to find car at pick up, or how to exit parking. Also gave vague or no instructions on return procedure. They may YOU wash and vacuum the car, but still give you a car with the inside of the windshield quite dirty, which is a hazard as it makes glare through the windshield worse and impairs visibility.

Pros: Super collaborative, supportive and quick. Also, a great car(new Peugeot 2008). Would recommend it to everyone.

Cons: Some attention needed: trunk smelled a lot like dog (this was quite annoying, as it went straight to our clothes); unballanced tyre pressure (not a problem, I fixed); not enough ADi Blue (not a problem, I fixed and refund was quick and without questions + with an apology for the inconvenience).

Al ritiro nessuno dei tre addetti presenti in ufficio (senza altri clienti dopo di noi) ci ha accompagnato al terzo piano del parcheggio dove si trovava l'auto, che abbiamo dovuto cercarci in mezzo ad altre centinaia di auto, solo dal modello (neanche il colore!) e la targa. Richiesta la riconsegna di auto lavata (mai visto prima....), ma non era pulita al ritiro.

Cons: No designated area for Felirent cars in the parking area. Ended up getting a Fiat 500X instead of an Opel Corsa, because the tyres were dangerous. Couldn’t get out of the carpark becasue it had taken so long to collect our car, including 2 returns to the desk, that the exit ticket had expired, so now we had to return to the desk another time. Felirent had no staff member in the parking lot to guide us either at collection or when we were dropping the car back. Bad….

Cons: We had to wait a little while to be picked up from the airport to be taken to office where you collect the car and fill in the paperwork.

Cons: I always rent cars everywhere I go.. maybe 4 or 5 times a year, in different car rental and never had problems with my credit card. This was the first time that they didn’t accept my credit card and I had to do the full insurance with them to be able to collect the car. It was just an excuse to pay additional 200 euros. Never again I will rent a car with Felirent. The car was dirty and without gas, and when I returned the car they tried to to find damage in the car to keep my deposit fee.

Cons: Renting out the car took two hours. The staff did not give any explanation why the procedure takes so long, to our inquiries they gave short answers that there were no problems with the reservation but that the car was not there. After two hours, we got a car that was parked in front the whole time. Considering that it does not accept debit cards, we had an additional cost of 90 euros for renting a car for three days. The car we got had a 1/8 full tank, which is unheard. Car was not fully cleane

Pros: The car was mechanically in a good condition.

Cons: The car was in a very poor cosmetic condition. There were many scratches, dents and some splashes of paint. It was also very dirty which made it difficult to take accurate photographs of all the problem areas. A lot of the issues were not marked on the rental agreement. On drop off the agent tried to charge me 20 euros cleaning fee even though the car was in a similar condition to when we picked it up.

Pros: They were responsive when we picked up the car

Cons: We had an early morning drop,off, so had to leave the car at the airport to be collected by the agents. They then reported damage to the roof that we absolutely did not cause and managed to charge us exactly the amount for the damage deposit.

Pros: Great value for money. Easy service even if picking up car outside airport area.

Cons: I booked with 'full-to-full' fuel policy, but they did not have time to refuel the car and I had to settle for a 'same-to-same' - no apologies or discouts given.

Pros: Apesar da Rent-a-car não se localizar mesmo no aeroporto (informação que nos foi dada quando reservámos), o transfer de e para a rent-a-car foi rápido, bem como a recolha e a entrega do veículo. Foi-nos feito um upgrade do carro. O veículo disponibilizado era praticamente novo. Tínhamos feito seguro com a DiscoverCars e nem sequer insistiram para fazermos seguro com eles como é habitual nestas situações.

We had to call them multiple times which was very irratating. - When they finally arrived for pick-up, it was not a van but a small vehicile. We had to squeeze in there with all 4 of us + 4 pieces of lugagge which was a true hustle and very irratating. - They scammed us with damage that was done to our vehicle by someone else.

Cons: If you dont carry a credit card they force you to buy their overpriced insurance, which you can find for literally 1/10th the price online. They tried to give us a car that hadn't been cleaned. They didnt believe that we filled up the tank before dropping the car off, they made us go back to the petrol station, only to find out there that it was indeed full.

Cons: The office is literaly a desk in a BMW salon 5 minutes drive away from the airport. Online i picked “Mini elite” Fiat 500 or similar. I wrote a comment a month ahed that please try to provide a red Fiat 500 if possible. I did not get any reply to that only when i picked up the car they said they do not have Fiat 500 at all. Not a big deal but if i know It in advance i might go for an other rent a car.

Cons: No contact in regards to change of office. We arrived to find that we couldn't drive into the drop off spot. Having our phone number & email, we were easily contactable. Instead, another employee who we had not met was sent to drop us off. He obviously wasn't given the registration of the car or he would have approached us. Instead, he sat opposite us. Ivo eventually approached him to discover he was sent to take us to the airport. Poor organisation at a time when time was of the essence.

Pros: A few minutes after landing, we called the car agency who sent an agent to pick us. After a short drive we received fast and great service from the nice agent. We received a clean and new car. Although we ordered a manual car they offered us an automatic car with no extra charge.

Cons: Our flight time was early, before the opening hours of the agency therefore, they allowed us to leave the car in the parking lot of the departing flights. It helped us a lot and we are grateful for this service. We have never received such service from other car rental companys. Many thanks.

I was told my car wasn’t ready, that they didn’t have my car, that I could go back to the airport and try to rent from another company. After much talk, they said they’d have a car for me at 4pm (my booking was for midday). Upon return, I har a flat tire. Now I’m being charge extra in my credit card and haven’t got the money I spent in the taxi and at the airport back
