Pros: The car was excellent. The staff spoke good English.
Cons: The hire fee was ok but like all these companies they charge a huge premium for their insurance excess cover so we arranged our own. On the documentation it should be clearer that we should go to the Europcar desk. It was in very small print. We returned the car in exactly the same condition apart from some sand from the beaches we visited so I hope they don't try to say we've damaged the car in some way as you hear many horror stories. I'll only know this when I look at my card statement.

Driver requirements

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
