Pros: Staff were friendly and car was very new.
Cons: There were three staff members working but only one was giving the cars out. Excellent service to each customer, answering all of the questions, but that meant getting the car took quite a long time.

Pros: We found the agents very rude when collecting the car. We had to queue for nearly 2 hours. Then we were treated with complete and utter rudeness, being shouted at on occasion. We requested to pay for the outstanding balance on a euro debit card, and the insurance on our Stirling credit card, but we're denied, despite both cards being I the same name. I have now incured charges due to paying euros on my Stirling card.

Cons: Too slow on pick-up (over 2 hours) and drop-off (1hour). During pick-up they were far too pushy trying to sell their all risks insurance product by trashing the CDW insurance taken from Discover Cars. During drop-off watched them charge another couple 650 Euros for a small chip in a windscreen that would cost no more than £150 to repair. We had no issues but wouldn’t trust them enough to use them again. Car ran out of screen wash on drive away from pick-up. All staff appeared aggressive and rude
Pros: When I went to pick up my car, they told me that they could not give me a car with a Turkish driving licence! If they have such rules, shouldn't they state this beforehand? At the last minute, I was left without a car and had to rent a car at a much higher price!

Cons: Car was filthy dirty , make sure you take pictures of defects you find on car as they will try there hardest to keep your deposit
Pros: Good agents on desk and at car. Agent at car checked it with us and picked up a couple of small damages and photographed them. Very quick on return from same agent. Really liked the car - a hybrid which we had never driven before.

Cons: Worst car hiring experience ever.. I wish I could leave 0 star. When we got brent counter in, they said no car available - eventhough we booked the car 3weeks in advance. After 2h finally re-arranged the totally different car which is nothing meet up our expectation, terrible service. We'll never use this brent & also DISCOVERCARS.COM

Pros: The desk was right in front of the arrivals and to pick up the car we just had to cross the street in front of the airport. The car was quite new. Easy pick up and return!

I didn't like that the front desk man lied to me and tell me that your full insurance was not good, was only for engine failure and that I had to do an extra insurance with them.

Cons: Weve had 2hours until we drive. They wanted to sell us some more insurances, sas unfriendly and couldnt answer how much would be the highest risk (deductible) in case of a collision. When i picked up the car the lamp Of the airpressure of the wheels was on and i need to wait again… after the were finished with fill up and check the wheels, they didnt know how to reset the pressure and ive waited 20 mins again… after 1 week still no feedback about the car which i gave back and still no money

Cons: Super slow check-in. Took me more than 1 hour to complete the transaction. They did not have the car seat, I had to go and get it somewhere else, if I knew they did not have it I would have gone somewhere else.

Pros: If I ere to overlook a reasonable state of cleanliness - it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous rent- I would say it was in excellent condition.
Cons: The fact that it was hard to figure out a way to take into account the reservation and payment made through discovercars. And therefore due to not using a credit card-which is only mentioned after the payment online is made- lead to having to pay more and having to pay about double while the amount corresponding to a security deposit is still blocked on my card. It would have been better if you could drop the keys off to someone as well as inspect the car both during pick up and drop off.

Cons: The worst experience in my life in renting a car. 1st very unfriendly agent at desk. Car was old and smelling. I ask for a change, they refused. The au asked for a caution of 900€ to be given back after 1 month and a half! When started after few km had alert for back tires low pressure and alert for urgent motor oil change. I went back to the agent and I was so furious that they give me back money and caution. Moreover, gasoline tank was not full! To avoid like pest!

Cons: Damage on a hubcap on the vehicle is being attributed to us. We have a picture of the damage before we took the vehicle. This problem has not been resolved yet.
Cons: As you should know I didn't get the car they wouldn't give me a car with the U.S.driving license. And every ather rentals wore soled out. Luckily I found one rental that had one car and I got it. You should not put rentals that don't accept U.S.license on U.S sites. People who travel from U.S can't have physically european driving license. I was trying to get in touch with Discover agent over the phone, everything was unsuccessful. The hole experience couldn't be any worse.

Pros: The price was 30€ cheaper than other companies. It was definitely not worthy.
Cons: The experience was disastrous. The car rental agents were rude, defiant (when they notice that I wouldn’t take out a premium insurance) and did not inform me at all about basic aspects i.e. fuel type. Training in negotiation skills is more expensive than teaching how to instil fear and sell aggressively.

Cons: Didn’t make it clear that on return just can drop key in box, so ended up being car back at 6pm before closing and having to wait 4 hours until flight, when actually if we knew we only had to put keys through letterbox could have arrived 2 hours later

Cons: We were in line for 2 hours! I finally got taken care of they said I needed an international drivers license because the company was small. I have rented in Italy before without It. I did an expedited license no problem for an additional $45. When i was ready to continue the check in manager said I had to be taken care of my the same agent even though the agent didnt even have my name. When questioned she responded "I decide who takes care of you" even though other agents were available

Cons: There is no sign to tell you where to go. The signs for the rental cars go to somewhere else, and there is no sign at all to know where to return the car. In fact there is a Brent kiosk in the rental car return garage which is very confusing. There needs to be better signage!

Cons: Rude and unfriendly staff, baby seat not available, we arrived 2h earlier than scheduled and staff started issuing the car but when I refused to buy full insurance for 200 euro o was told I have to wait 2h as they cannot issue one before my pick up time! Surprisingly this was not raised as an issue until I refused the full insurance. I was there with 9 month old baby - no compassion at all. We had to go and rent from different company and I lost my booking fee. Will never use them again.

Pros: I liked nothing about Brent in Cagliari . They were unfriendly, made me pay extra because I was late and hazzled me about insurance
Cons: They were intent on selling us extra coverage and they told us that if anything happened to the car they would have to hold a 900 euro deposit while the issue was handled. So we caved and got full coverage eventhough your site said it was fully covered.
Pros: Never got the car because the desk was closed, nobody waited for our flight and they blamed the broker Discovercar. We lost the deposit, paid for a taxi and booked another car which cost much more as it was a last minute booking.

Cons: The pre-delivery check should be improved . The windscreen was filthy both inside and out, without proper cleaning products I could not clean the interior. Also the windscreen washer container was empty on delivery. Otherwise the car was perfect and terrific value for the weeks rental.

Cons: The rental tried to cheat me. The agent at the desk gave me paperwork indicating the car does not have any damages. When I suggested that maybe we should go and check just in case, she refused saying there were a lot of clients and ensuring that they never had any problems. But the car was damaged and they tried to blame me for that. Only after I offered to call the police they changed gave me another car. DO NOT RENT FROM B-rent!
