Pros: Clean and nice car apart from existing damage which wasn’t all declared on the car before handed to us. Staff wouldn’t come out to go over the damage with us. After sending an email of complaint about staff member he went ahead and added further damages to the vehicle claiming that the car had been in an accident. Shocking behaviour from this young man. Hope it gets investigated and resolved. I’m beyond words at this point.
Cons: Horrendous staff. Poor service. Sent an email of complaint and staff has retaliated with a fabricated claim that the vehicle was in an accident. Member of staff who took pictures of the new damage is the same staff member I had sent an email complaint about. It’s an obvious and vindictive retaliation on his part. I can see a reflection of his face on the damaged vehicle photos he sent. I would like this investigated and escalated please.

Pros: The car we recieved had few dings on it. which was a problem on the return, Autovia asked us to prove it wasn't our responsibility. It feels a bit okward to prove somthing Autovia knew was not our responsibility. We hope that Autovia would drop this quest....

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1390.00 - € 1950.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.
