Target Rent at Cagliari Airport

Pros: Very bad experience with the agent at the rental desk, that was almost forcing an extra insurance with his negative attitude and negative examples of worth case scenarios all the time. It was not a positive start for our vacation.

Cons: Lake of transparency and not answering the messages.

Cons: I called upfront because my flight was delayed and I would arrive after the grace period of 1 hour. The agent on the phone told me that the system might automatically cancel the booking and that they might not be able to secure the car for me...I find that annoying that supposedly, agents cannot override the system.

Pros: Nothing. No trust at all. They refused to check the car with us, lots of dents and risks that were not in the pictures, tank not full and insisted a lot for an extra insurance even after knowing they we already contracted the discover cars one.

Cons: There was a really heavy push to take up the additional insurance even though additional insurance cover was taken up with Discover Cars. They insisted I was not fully covered and wanted to charge an additional €30 per day. I refused but then I was told I would need to to valet and clean the car prior to returning it and also have the a receipt from a local fuel station to indicate proof of full tank. This was a bad experience at pick up. However car return was normal and with no issues

Pros: This is the worse service that I ever used. Your customer support is completely useless. It took 1 week to reply to my email and after 2 weeks I still don't have a solution to my problem. There is no phone number on the website and there is no way to contact customer support. There are no works to describe how unhappy I am.

Cons: Target Rent did not help me solve the problem and they have rent me a much more expensive car. They didn't nothing to help me or solve the issue. I want the refund of the fee that I've payed in advanced and the extra cost of the car that I rent. Additionally, I want to know why my reservation got canceled because this is not a proper way to work and to treat your customers. I've traveled to many countries, cultures and I've never been treated with so much disrespected.

Cons: The rental company told us it is not possible to recieve the car without insurance full - we already purchased it with Discover Cars with full protection. So we refused. After that they insisted they need credit card to block the amount on the card. We had several cards with enough amount on them, however they were DEBIT cards (as most of the European cards is), which they refused. So instead of arguing with them for another hour we had to pay 170 EUR on top for another full protection insurance
