Drivalia at Cagliari Airport

Pros: I did not enjoy any of the services as my car was not available at the time that I indicated for pick up you guys had overbooked

Pros: NOTHING - this company is a scam, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Cons: EVERYTHING - it's been a nightmare trying to get a hold on anyone who works there. I am unable to get my money back (despite capitol one travel insurance, yup you read that right)

Cons: Ne répond pas aux mails, ni par téléphone. Problème mécanique de la voiture durant mon séjour sans avoir eu de solution apportée.

Pros: The Drivalia rent a car company was unwilling to assist and showed little regard for their customers. Upon arrival in Cagliari, the staff at the desk were equally unhelpful and provided no support.

Cons: Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Pros: Dropping off the car was OK

Cons: I tried to contacted them several times and never got an answer.

Pros: Risolto il problema creato da Locauto in tempi e modi efficienti senza sovrapprezzo salvo che abbiamo dovuto noleggiare un Auto per un giorno in quanto Locauto per 10 minuti di ritardo aereo ha chiuso il desk senza attendere

Pros: Didn't like it much. I received the car 3 hours later. If I would return it later as agreed I would pay fine. But I didn't got any discount for receiving it so late. Plus I wanted to call the office but didn't get any respond

Cons: I was waiting 2,5-3 hours to get the car. The employes were very slow or it was not enough personel.

Pros: The process of receiving the car was quite simple, if not taking into account a time wich was spended in qui.

Cons: I didn't receive my deposit of 40o EUR back

Pros: The agent did best what he could - but being alone, a single person, serving a long line of customers resulted in waiting more than 2 hours to get the car...

Cons: There was yust one employi, after 2 hours tere came another one.

Pros: The condition of the car was pretty good, got a better and bigger car than ordered w/o paying extra. Only 30k km onboard and with modern safety features. The desk workers are polite.

Cons: You are asked to sign the rent contract, including the damages, before you actually see the car and when you come back with pictures of damages not on the contract you are told that those will be later included. Sent the pics by email but never beard back and didn’t get the updated contract during 10 days.

Cons: I did not end up renting a car with Drivalia because their line was so long and they ran out of cars. I went ahead and rented with a different company that was speedy and helpful.

Pros: Nessuno mi ha consegnato l’auto. Al mio arrivo la Macchina non aveva il seggiolino( come richiesto) e tornato al desk mi viene detto li abbiamo finiti, infatti non l’ha pagato. Ok perfetto ma dirmelo subito evitandomi di fare 3 piani con valige e bambina a seguito? La ragazza del desk scostante e non di supporto ai clienti. Tutte le persone gestite da lei si lamentavano.

Cons: IN THE PICKING OF THE CAR NO ONE HAVE CHECKED WITH US THE CAR CONDITIONS AND WHEN OF THE RETURN OF THE CAR THEY TRIED TO RESPONSBLIZE FOR DAMAGES IN THE CAR THAT WAS PRE EXISTENT AND THEY WAS RUDE.

Cons: It was a bit hard to find the key drop box when we returned the car early in the morning.

Cons: It was the worst company you suggest on your website, I always use your service all the time I'm taking holiday in Sardinia, I have to extend my stay and I was using another renting through you and experience was much metter

Pros: The price was very good, and we got the car what we wanted to. The vehicle was in an excellent condition, equipped with hybrid technology

Cons: Snaking line in front of the office, only one clerk was buzzing. Didn't told me anything about the cars location, but the dedicated Leasys slots were full and none of the car was mine. So we set off to find the car, it took about 30 minutes. They have no office or colleague out there to help, nonetheless they asked me why I brought the key to the office at the drop-off, didn't I find a colleague of them in the parking zone? Confusing.
