RentalPlus at Cagliari Airport

Pros: Fast and efficient service offered at the desk.

Cons: not 100% clean car, very dirty windshield.

Cons: TOTAL SCAM!!! I rented a car in Cagliari which i used for one week and then returned without any damage as the videos that I took upon pick up and delivery can confirm. However the company insisted that the drivers lock was damaged and charged me for that the outrageous amount of 500euros which was the deposit plus some administrative fees on top of that!! I am writing this review so that no other clients feel completely ripped off by this scam company..

Pros: No discussion at the desk!

Pros: Car was at least ok and didn't break down. Rest of the rental plus experience was a disaster.

Cons: Rather use another rental company. Rental worked out MUCH more expensive due to using a debit card. Consultant who assisted was not very helpful. Will never use the again if at all possible. Hard to find directions back to return the car. The whole experience was a mess. Never again.

Cons: I paid for rent a car 252 EUR + 74 EUR EUR for full coverage. Total was 327 EUR. When i was picking up the car I need to pay aditional 322 EUR for debet credit card + 100 EUR. I got 100 EUR back, total amout is doubled to 652 EUR. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Never expect this in EU country. I will complaint for this.

Cons: Car was dirty when we picked it. Full of sand and dashboard and inside windows were full of dust. So bad we had to clean it because at night it was glaring like crazy. So we cleaned the car in the beginning and at the end to avoid their cleaning charges of 100+ euro!!

Cons: When arriving at the rental desk, no one was there, and they arrived after more than 30 minutes. I paid €180 for the car in advance, and when I was supposed to leave a deposit at the rental desk, even though I had enough for a deposit on two cards, they refused to accept a deposit because the card did not have embossed numbers. They were able to accept a deposit, but told me that I would have to pay a €240 fee, to accept my credit card and to give me the rental car. Absolutely unacceptable

Cons: Terrible service when it came to accidental scratches on the car. Some very minor scratches and they charged us over €680, which we of course could not refuse as we had to catch our flight.

Cons: Tried to blame us for existing damage. Time to pick up the car was ridiculous. Staff were inexperienced and had no idea what they were doing.

Cons: The drop off was horrendous. The address at which to drop off was incorrect. When I called the number the company refused to give me their address and instead gave me directions from the airport which were useless and incorrect. Once we finally made it to the location (because we googled it!) we were met with a line of ppl waiting to pick up and drop off cars with only two ppl helping customers. It was an awful end to our rental experience and almost made us miss our flight
