Pros: I have used Key Go Rent many times but this time the car was poor and the agents were not friendly. They also seem to have added more rules like the poorer companies which is disappointing.
Cons: The electronic copy of the car condition report takes around d 15 minutes to appear in your In ox so you are tempted to drive away. That could be costly if all defects are not noted on the form.
Pros: Once I managed to get to the office it was a good experience.
Cons: The pick up was over 1 hr. Several calls with were cut off. I managed to get a local to call them then was quoted 15 mins. 30 mins later called again & eventually got thru. Automated system was crap. Another German couple also waiting were not happy either.
Pros: Great car and value
Cons: Pick up a little slow from airport . I missed the minus sign on the floor 2 at Alicante Airport , so wasted time going to floor + 2 . Printing minus rather than a very small - on the print wound be better . The office said the bus had just left , but people still waiting said this was not the case . The young lady was a little over zealous checking the car on return , she went to get her boss to confirm all ok . To be fair it was her second day so probably cautious.

Cons: Terrible. Staff were so rude at pick up and drop off. Were forced to pay circa £500 damages for a tiny scratch that was already on car at time of pickup, photos were taken to prove this. I will be contacting my credit card company to enforce refund. Absolutely shocking

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information.
The customer must arrive on a flight on the same day that they pick up the vehicle; otherwise, they will be denied service.
A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 240 minutes.
