Pros: Nice goldcar reps, quick and easy handoffs, no extra products beeing pushed.
Cons: Great service, but should update directions to rental desk and/or bigger notice on stall it directed to in first place. No biggie for me but might cause problems.

Pros: Easy dropoff
Cons: I ordered a car with luggage capacity for three bags/suitcases, but the car we were provided (Seat Arona) only had capacity for one bag. Also, the car wasn't registered at the airport, which ended up using over an hour trying to get out of the airport.

Cons: It didnt work without agent assistance. On any event there were 2 machines keys can only be in 1!

Pros: It was quick once we found were to to go. Instruction to find the key and go machine where spot on except it was shut with shutter around, which blocked the ‘keyngo’ sign so we couldn’t actually find it! 45mins trying to figure out where to go, along with phoning for them to be no help. Once we did find it after asking there was so many others in the same position. There was another self service keyngo machine but it did not work so everyone had to que!! Car has scratches and bumps all over!
Cons: The staff were brilliant once found. A little hard to understand about fuel deposit and we sent the car back full, and did not receive the deposit back!
