Pick-up instructions
Winter season ( Nov -Jan ) After exiting from the arrivals, you will have to turn right and half way down the hall, on the corner of the Goldcar office, you will find the KeynGo by Goldcar Machine. For the rest of the year: After exiting from the arrivals, you will have to turn right and walk to the end of the hallway. You have to go up one floor (Level 1) and cross the bridge on your left. Once over the bridge, you will find the car rental car park. Use the elevator to go down to the 2nd floor. On this floor you will see the Goldcar office, where you will find the KeynGo by Goldcar machines.

Pros: fast and simplicity of collection, though the exact floor where it was positioned in theca park was not clear

Cons: Th return as fussy: truer were NO clear instruction where to bring theca, just the map and satnav link, which was hard too follow in the airport environment and which took me to departures drop-off lanes.

Pros: Easy dropoff

Cons: I ordered a car with luggage capacity for three bags/suitcases, but the car we were provided (Seat Arona) only had capacity for one bag. Also, the car wasn't registered at the airport, which ended up using over an hour trying to get out of the airport.

Pros: It was quick once we found were to to go. Instruction to find the key and go machine where spot on except it was shut with shutter around, which blocked the ‘keyngo’ sign so we couldn’t actually find it! 45mins trying to figure out where to go, along with phoning for them to be no help. Once we did find it after asking there was so many others in the same position. There was another self service keyngo machine but it did not work so everyone had to que!! Car has scratches and bumps all over!

Cons: The staff were brilliant once found. A little hard to understand about fuel deposit and we sent the car back full, and did not receive the deposit back!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Tire & Glass Coverage, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax, Environmental Contribution fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.

Additional information
All refunds (unused fuel, deposit, etc.) are made in EUR even if the customer was originally charged in a different currency when picking up the vehicle.
If the vehicle requires a special cleaning procedure after it is returned, a minimum charge of 180 EUR will apply.
An administrative fee of 50 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours

If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 6 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
