Pros: Over one hour to pick up car Arrogant and very rude agent on desk Agent used scare tactics when I refused his extortionate cost for additional insurance I refused to sign agreement until I checked car for damages,Agent refused to issue key Car was dented,took vid,returned toAgent who refused to discuss His comment was I’ve signed agreement go away!!!! Car hire €350 his additional insurance €315 Ridiculous and Company needs to stop this practice

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, photocard driving license.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
