Cons: Always have to wait quite a while for airport shuttle pick up (30 mins this time) and usually have to ring before anyone comes despite them having my flight number so easy to check. Had a tiny chip on car this time and was charged 387€. Ridiculous amount especially considering cars are almost never repaired.

Pros: Very good as I said earlier, everything was made very easy for us. Thank you and I appreciate the way that everything was handled.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like about it was I had downloaded two lots of passports and two lots of driving licenses and still had to give it all when I got to the office. I don’t like to give that private information out over the website and then only to have to do it when you arrive there anyway

Pros: Friendly non pushy staff that actually make you feel that you not signing your life away under heavy sales pitches and the unbelievable lectures from most other car hire firms staff .I have used them twice recently and will continue to use them moving forward superb.

Pros: The vehicle was in good condition and the staff were great. Most importantly we got confirmation that everything was good with the car at the end of the rental straight away.

Pros: Quick & efficient with none of the usual nonsense about buying their insurance when you already have adequate cover.

Pros: Quick and easy. On return of the car the agent didn’t appear to be examining it for any slight damage that I may have missed on pick-up in order to charge for the damage like some other rental companies I have dealt with in the past.

Cons: Online registration time consuming and failed at the end. Very long car rental pick up procedure. Ridiculous additional insurance price (converted 810 Euros/month!). Rented car was not ready to go due to broken navigation software and had to be exchanged again. Embarrassing return procedure with more than 5 minutes of visual car controling (probably cause I rejected the outragous insurance offer of 81Euros for 3 days?).

Pros: We were deeply disappointed. The tank was not full when picking up the car, so we had to go to fill it very soon. We naturally tanked the vehicle full before drop off but were charged extra because the salesperson falsely claimed it was not full. Which was a total lie.

Cons: We hated the whole service. We were charged extra insurance (in addition to paying one to Discover cars), because we couldn't leave the inreasonable credit card posit of 1250€ at pick up. So we paid first 89€ and then 260€ extra at Moovers. And because this wasnt enough robbing our money we were charged for the gasolin as told before. Please stay away from this company. And no, this review is not to harm the company's reputation, it is to give other customers a clear and serious warning to avoid

Cons: did not let me rent a car due to me not leaving spain until after i was suppose to return the car. did not return the money i prepaid for it either. they never informed that they only rent cars to people for the entire stay of the visit. but still lets me prepay like that was not a issue. complete money scam, i advice noone to use this company ever

Cons: Long tume to be picked up by the shuttle, took forever to get the car , agent tried to sell US something we didn’t want. Way too pushy. Took long to return it too, they tried to find any little dent or something. We didn’t have problem but the customers who came at the same time couldn’t even see the “scratch” and the agent throws to charge them. Will not be using this company again.

Cons: We rented a plug-in hybrid, where charging cable was not made available, but charging points around the cities required said cable.

Cons: When I picked the car up it was dark, and so a full inspection wasn't possible. When I returned the car, after 3 days, they quickly scanned it and immediately found a small dent, about the size of a 1pence piece, just below the wing mirror on the passenger side. It was very difficult to imagine how it could have happened as it was not in an exposed place, and the paint work was not scratched or cracked. I was billed €360 for the repair! Caveat Emptor!

Pros: Because there is this small clause which states if you don’t have a plane ticket that covers the date you picked up the car and return the car they won’t give you the car. Movers said talk to discovercar and discovercars said it’s in the small print.

Cons: The pick-up from the airport with shuttle bus can be within a range of 200 meters with pillars in between. We missed the first shuttle bus, because it was all the way on the other side.

Cons: Tried to force us to pay for full insurance at a price that costs more for 2 weeks than I pay for a whole year for my own car. I explained I had taken my own insurance to cover the excess but he said if we had an accident which was our fault or was hit by an uninsured driver and the car was written off we may have to pay the full value of the car, I said on the hire agreement it said the maximum accident excess was 1000 euros but he said in some cases it could be the full value of the car.

Cons: They were not helpful at all and so rude, instead of helping.

Cons: They did everything they could to find the tiniest of scratches on the car which I’m almost positive must have been there when I picked it up as the car sat in a private garage for most of the time.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and efficient. I completed the paperwork online prior to collection which speeded up the process of providing the car.

Cons: They tried to charge 400 euro for a scratch we didn't cause then reduced to 200 hoping we'd just pay up as we had a flight to catch - a trick used by hire companies I'm sure. They'd taken photos at night of the vehicle and either they missed the scratch or purposely didn't take a pic - it was dark and late we didn't spot it. On return they said we'd caused it and used the pics to show it wasn't there before l. We insisted they show photos prior taken in daylight - there was the scratch!

Cons: Moovers charge additional cleaning fees which I was not made aware of. Hired a car for a beach holiday and the assistant claimed the car was ‘too full of sand’ and would need additional cleaning. When I disputed this, I was told it was his opinion that mattered and that was the end of it. There was sand in the car but a minimal amount, not ‘the tonne’ he claimed. Totally unfair to charge extra money for a mandatory service that every car receives after hire. Would not recommend Moovers.

Another couple who had purchased the top up insurance never even had their car checked over! I do hope that Moovers are not becoming a ‘Gold Car’ company in as much as accusing customers of damage they did not do just because they did not purchase the extra insurance with them!!!

Pros: Really good service and there was no hard sell on insurance. The service provider went round the car with an ipad type which recorded all of the faults, which were then emailed to us. We were a bit dubious at first because they are a newish company, but we'd definitely use them again.
