Cons: Car hire companies (inc Moovers) really need to provide a brief intro about the car being hired. After all every car is different and you need to be advised accordingly before you take to the road!!

Cons: They are very thorough with checking the vehicle over before they hand the vehicle over which made us feel very nervous. When we handed it back no problems.

Cons: Tried to upsell us to an adittional insurance that we already had through discovercars. Contracts in spanish make it difficult to understand what you are signing.

Pros: Very organised. Great communication via WhatsApp. Online check in makes pick up very quick.

Cons: They tried to charge 400 euro for a scratch we didn't cause then reduced to 200 hoping we'd just pay up as we had a flight to catch - a trick used by hire companies I'm sure. They'd taken photos at night of the vehicle and either they missed the scratch or purposely didn't take a pic - it was dark and late we didn't spot it. On return they said we'd caused it and used the pics to show it wasn't there before l. We insisted they show photos prior taken in daylight - there was the scratch!

Pros: Terrible because i never got a car because i didn’t had a flight number. The could change a company but i needed to pay 500 euro extra for 9 days and the car was smaller

Cons: Stupid reason you need a flight number. They probably could rent the car for a higher pice to other people. After 4 times asking they still only say its in the terms and conditions. But no explanation why. Terrible!!!!

Cons: No water in the windscreen wash from the the start. The quality of cleaning was ok but the windows are never properly cleaned and difficult in strong sunshine.

Pros: Moovers was easy to find. Pick up was quick. However, no Sat-nav on a modern car.

Cons: Moovers charge additional cleaning fees which I was not made aware of. Hired a car for a beach holiday and the assistant claimed the car was ‘too full of sand’ and would need additional cleaning. When I disputed this, I was told it was his opinion that mattered and that was the end of it. There was sand in the car but a minimal amount, not ‘the tonne’ he claimed. Totally unfair to charge extra money for a mandatory service that every car receives after hire. Would not recommend Moovers.

Cons: Got charged 300 euro for a stone chip, that is clearly why they can charge low rental costs, they will get there money by finding miniscule issues. Wear and tear will always happen.

Cons: When returning the car a new staff member (Rivo) tried to blame us for a non existent scratch. We demanded to speak to Antonio and very soon he agreed that the car was ok. Another couple who had purchased the top up insurance never even had their car checked over! I do hope that Moovers are not becoming a ‘Gold Car’ company in as much as accusing customers of damage they did not do just because they did not purchase the extra insurance with them!!!

Pros: Really good service and there was no hard sell on insurance. The service provider went round the car with an ipad type which recorded all of the faults, which were then emailed to us. We were a bit dubious at first because they are a newish company, but we'd definitely use them again.

I collected the car in the evening, the staff at Moovers, emailed the paperwork to me earlier in the evening so I was able to complete it and the car collection was super fast. I really like that it's paperless. They stayed in touch during my journey and were waiting for me when I landed. Cars are always spotlessly clean.
