Pros: They are always helpful. Understand the problem and they car very good, reliable. The shuttle service is brilliant they are friendly, good sense of humour, positive.
Cons: I have not find any issue in this car rental company.
Pros: Almost everything was good
Cons: Not well organized on call support. We had an issue with a car but it was still drivable. When we called the support phone they told us to drive the car to the office where we picked it up and they did not create a ticket. When we drove the car to the office they asked us several times why didnt we create a ticket. We felt kike we did something wrong. The phone support should be trained to provide clear instructions regarding the issue with the car.
Pros: Once at the compound, straightforward.
Cons: Full to full policy, but my car was not full when I got it. ( discovered en route). It was returned full!
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing so problaly i will book again soon
Pros: The in person service was impeccable.
Cons: The fact that I did not get the Skoda Fabia. Although both Fabia and Corsa are from the same class, the trunk space of the Corsa is much lower. It made the trip more challenging.
