Cons: Even though I had full insurance wiber was taking a €1000 euro deposit or I pay for insurance with wiber. I ended up taking wiber insurance also. I felt pressurised to take insurance. Very bad experience.

Cons: V slow when I was dropping off car and needed to get to the airport.

Pros: I bought insurance thrue Discoverycars.com. But Wiber didnt accept that. They said that the car wasnt insured and I had to Deposite 1000euro because it wasnt insured by Wiber.

Cons: Staff more instead about taking too each other. One person at the desk. Took a Spanish lady kicking for before someone could be bothered. 40 minutes to drop off the car

Pros: Quick airport transfer, quick pickup process. Nice new, clean and functional car provided. Quick card deposit refund processed immediately as I returned the car.

Cons: The pickup agent tried to pressure sell me insurance which I had already bought from DiscoverCars and made a point that I wouldn't get priority treatment when returning the car. Not a nice feeling. The drop-off agent made the point again that I wouldn't get priority on the airport transfer bus, which when you're trying to catch a flight is a scary thought! However, another nice agent came over right away and took us on another bus.

Cons: Shuttle service from airport too small, so lots of waiting and people pushing in to get on. Then agent trying to pressure paying extra to avoid having a large excess, even though had already got extra insurance

Cons: Pick up by minibus is always hard with car hire companies, people not taking any notice of queue. Ticket system maybe? Easily done with QR code art bus stop

Cons: Drop off... The guy tried to rip me off when I returned the car. If I didn't have photos of the car when I picked it up they would have charged 319 euros for a smudge on the bumper. They billed me for it, but it took them 20 minutes to take it off the bill. It was not a dent or a scratch, and would have come off with a wax job. RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!!! They tried to rip me off!!!!!!

Pros: Pick-up was easy and relatively painless. no hassle over the additional insurance because I bought full coverage from the booking agency (Discover Cars).

Cons: The office didn't open until 7:00 am, and the staff was less than cordial and cheery at that time. No clear instructions as to where to drop the car or where to load the airport shuttle.

Cons: I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the staff member that served us on collection and drop off. Extremely argumentative in his approach and unwilling to provide even the most basic customer service! On collection they clearly want you to pay for their fully inclusive insurance, even when you tell them you have cover yourself. We had to pay an £1100 deposit for a Ford Focus which had more dents then a banger car. We were then expected to record all of the damage on an online portal

Pros: On est arrivé à l’aéroport avec un peu de retard, il y avait personne qui nous attendait. J’ai appelé appeler appeler. Personne n’a répondu. On ne m’a pas contacté. On ne m’a pas laissé de message. Je n’ai pas pu avoir de voiture. J’ai dû louer autre part dans la nuit, avec des extras à payer, je suis très mécontent

Pros: Booking was straightforward. Excellent service via Wiber. Shuttle bus service (Alicante) was also excellent with no delays either way - although it was late April.

Cons: Wiber service was excellent - nothing to dislike at all.

Cons: The map they provide you for directions back to drop off were not very easy to work out. I had to google them to make it easier for me to get there.

We paid for full insurance and agent persuaded us to buy another vandalism insurance for additional 127 eur telling that everybody takes it and every day wiber has vandalism acts. When we asked about deposit refund she answered "we will see" - very unprofessional customer service. Only wanted to sell more.

Pros: Quick and easy transfers. Friendly, efficient and informative staff. Car was nice, a little bashed but all was recorded with pictures. You’re encouraged to take own pictures and upload them which feels more secure. When I dropped car off they checked it straight away and approved the refund in front of me. Great all round.

Cons: Petrol policy states Full to Full They asked to pay a refundable petrol deposit of €74 before picking up the car, nowhere is stated about this! Pickup the car with full tank, return the car with full tank! And depending on your circumstances what you chose to pay full refundable deposit or take other options they charge this petrol deposit. I have received back my full deposit paid but not sign yet of my petrol deposit! Be aware of this if you planning to use Wiber!

Pros: Once we got to the desk to pick the car everything went smooth. We got quite new car with full insurance for very good money. Car was clean and in very good condition. Staff was very nice and kind which made experience even better. Car drop off went very fast and with no issues. Overall, everything was great except time to pick up the car.

Cons: What we didn’t like about rental was time it took to get the car. We went to the pick up zone (for us because office is a few km from the airport) where first bus was full and we were told that in a few minutes next one will come. It came after 30-40 minutes. In the office, although there were only 3 other persons picking up the car, it took around 30 minutes to get our turn.

Cons: The Wiber staff was rude and unhelpful when I refused to buy additional insurance from them (I already had insurance for this booking bought via DiscoverCars). I was told that I will have "problems" on drop off if I don't buy it. On the drop-off the staff was rude and unhelpful again, intentionally slowing the drop-off process when knowing that I am in hurry to catch my flight! Unbelievable! I will never choose Wiber again in Spain and don't recommend anyone to do so.

I emailed them back but never got a reply. It wasn’t a major issue but given some customers might be travelling for more than 2 hours its difficult to respond to an email until arriving at destination!.

Cons: Ils m'ont donné une clé de voiture dans laquelle il n'y avait pas de batterie alors le verrouillage central ne fonctionne pas je m'en suis rendu compte seulement après qu'on ait volé ma carte de banque et la personne qui m'a volé ma carte de banque à payer pour 65 € sans contact dans un magasin donc cette fois-ci mon expérience n'a pas été génial je souligne aussi que à partir du moment où j'ai pas pris l'assurance chez Viber ils ont commencé à être désagréable et dire que le moindre dégât sera
