Pros: The in person service was impeccable.

Cons: The fact that I did not get the Skoda Fabia. Although both Fabia and Corsa are from the same class, the trunk space of the Corsa is much lower. It made the trip more challenging.

Pros: Much cheaper than “big” rental companies but comparable if not better service. Service agents don’t push extra products you don’t need. Love how Wibr sends you an email with pictures of all the nicks and scrapes the car has so you can double check against your photos.

Cons: Since it’s an airport location, service can be slow when large groups of customers show up.

Cons: car was returned abt 9:20 am and till now, I have no email confirmation about that fact so I do not know when the money will be returned to my account this is the only topic for a improvement.

Cons: Tried little too hard to make me buy full protection and one of the employees tried to make me pay for a damage that I didn't cause (was already there before the rental started)

Pros: Efficient process for picking up and dropping off using a ticketing and prioritisation system. There were the inevitable delays however these weren't excessive. The car was in good condition and was clean. The price of the hire was very good.

Pros: It is hard to like anything when they charge us for roof damage we didnt do and frankly isnt it even real.

Cons: Committing insurance fraud saying we damaged an antenna when the car has a shake fin antenna and no damage. Also claiming roof damage which is just a complete lie but the only thing not in our pictures so they can charge us.

Cons: Charged €600 more than the deposit stated. Was 5 minutes away from the airport after picking up the car and the air pressure light came on. There was a nail in the tyre clearly there from pick up. While they did come and fix it they kept our deposit

Cons: Queuing at the start. Other people who arrived later were attended to vis the ticket system before me. When I queried this I was informed that it was because I didn’t take the company’s insurance. I have my own accident insurance. That there is a hierarchy regarding waiting times is simply wrong. Also, I had to ask for a swap at the start as the car had sticky tree residue all over it. The guy behind the counter was very stressed. Usually they are pleasant at Wiber. He wasn’t.

Pros: Quick airport transfer, quick pickup process. Nice new, clean and functional car provided. Quick card deposit refund processed immediately as I returned the car.

Cons: The pickup agent tried to pressure sell me insurance which I had already bought from DiscoverCars and made a point that I wouldn't get priority treatment when returning the car. Not a nice feeling. The drop-off agent made the point again that I wouldn't get priority on the airport transfer bus, which when you're trying to catch a flight is a scary thought! However, another nice agent came over right away and took us on another bus.

Cons: Shuttle service from airport too small, so lots of waiting and people pushing in to get on. Then agent trying to pressure paying extra to avoid having a large excess, even though had already got extra insurance

Cons: Drop off... The guy tried to rip me off when I returned the car. If I didn't have photos of the car when I picked it up they would have charged 319 euros for a smudge on the bumper. They billed me for it, but it took them 20 minutes to take it off the bill. It was not a dent or a scratch, and would have come off with a wax job. RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!!! They tried to rip me off!!!!!!

Cons: Fast, no nonsense, honest, nice, great cars, nothing else matters

Pros: Pick-up was easy and relatively painless. no hassle over the additional insurance because I bought full coverage from the booking agency (Discover Cars).

Cons: The office didn't open until 7:00 am, and the staff was less than cordial and cheery at that time. No clear instructions as to where to drop the car or where to load the airport shuttle.

Cons: I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the staff member that served us on collection and drop off. Extremely argumentative in his approach and unwilling to provide even the most basic customer service! On collection they clearly want you to pay for their fully inclusive insurance, even when you tell them you have cover yourself. We had to pay an £1100 deposit for a Ford Focus which had more dents then a banger car. We were then expected to record all of the damage on an online portal

Pros: Booking was straightforward. Excellent service via Wiber. Shuttle bus service (Alicante) was also excellent with no delays either way - although it was late April.

Cons: Wiber service was excellent - nothing to dislike at all.

We paid for full insurance and agent persuaded us to buy another vandalism insurance for additional 127 eur telling that everybody takes it and every day wiber has vandalism acts. When we asked about deposit refund she answered "we will see" - very unprofessional customer service. Only wanted to sell more.

You’re encouraged to take own pictures and upload them which feels more secure. When I dropped car off they checked it straight away and approved the refund in front of me. Great all round.

Cons: Petrol policy states Full to Full They asked to pay a refundable petrol deposit of €74 before picking up the car, nowhere is stated about this! Pickup the car with full tank, return the car with full tank! And depending on your circumstances what you chose to pay full refundable deposit or take other options they charge this petrol deposit. I have received back my full deposit paid but not sign yet of my petrol deposit! Be aware of this if you planning to use Wiber!

Pros: Once we got to the desk to pick the car everything went smooth. We got quite new car with full insurance for very good money. Car was clean and in very good condition. Staff was very nice and kind which made experience even better. Car drop off went very fast and with no issues. Overall, everything was great except time to pick up the car.

Cons: What we didn’t like about rental was time it took to get the car. We went to the pick up zone (for us because office is a few km from the airport) where first bus was full and we were told that in a few minutes next one will come. It came after 30-40 minutes. In the office, although there were only 3 other persons picking up the car, it took around 30 minutes to get our turn.

I was told that I will have "problems" on drop off if I don't buy it. On the drop-off the staff was rude and unhelpful again, intentionally slowing the drop-off process when knowing that I am in hurry to catch my flight! Unbelievable! I will never choose Wiber again in Spain and don't recommend anyone to do so.
