Cons: They scamed med with the totalcover and taxes. So nothing. Hopeless! Would never rent car from them again.

Cons: False representation. Not transparent with fees The agent was arrogant and patronizing at the car drop-off. No customer service. I was given false information. The main problem is that more money was deducted than I was not told prior. This would have helped me make an informed decision. I will never use the company again.

Cons: disappointing experience with this car rental company. They need to be more transparent about the condition of their vehicles. The collection officer tried to upsell me multiple extras, including full coverage and insurance which I had already bought during booking. The agent initially noted 4 noticeable defects on the car, I video recorded 27+ defects If I had not done so, the company would have blamed me for all damages and withheld my £1000 deposit (which I am still waiting on my refund )

Cons: No handover / inspection process when returning the vehicle. No one in the return office to help (call special assistance for my elderly parents). No immediate confirmation that the car was returned in good order and no charges against the deposit would be made and that the car fuel was confirmed as full and no fuel charges would be made.

Cons: The rental agent at the rental desk acted so aggressive and threatening. I payed for an additional insurance at the Firefy website, and thought the insurance covered what it promised. However, the rental agent argued for the additional insurance at a cost of 280 Euros, and she behaved so assertive and threatening and asserted that I might have to pay for previous damage on the car which if I did not take thorough photos. She ruined the pleasure of renting a car, I barely used the car

Very bad service. will not use FireFly again and will warn others of their bad service

Cons: When booking I was presented a full-risk insurance. Later it turned out NOT to be a full-risk insurance but only a LIMITED full-risk insurance resulting in an excess of €1150 on the creditcard. As far as Theft is concerned, the info on the Rental Voucher is confusing because under "Included insurance" it says "Theft protection" whereas under "Full Coverage (Limit €3000)" it says "Refundable theft deductible". Finally, "All your risks are covered!" is incorrect.

Cons: The fact that they tried to sell me further insurance which I thought I had already bought for £75 when I booked the car, they said they would want another £200 for full worry free insurance and I still had to leave a £900 credit card security payment. I did not understand that I had to pay for any damages and then settle up with the Discover Car insurance in the UK.

Pros: Nothing we did not take the car. We went and booked with Goldcar as they did not hinour the contract. Instead they said your contract is wrong and in complete. its not our problem go talk to discovercars. But reaching you by phone is not possible !

Cons: Everything. They would make up prices and would not say what we were paying for. Things that were nowhere in the contract ! First 225 then 185 and eventually 90 BUT the last option meant than incase of accident we would pay extra 450 euros which again was nowhere in the contract.

Pros: Firefly I believe have taken advantage of the current covid 19 outbreak and are attempting to claw back money due to future losses. I rented a vehicle from alicante before lockdown and only managed to drive it to my destination before everything was locked down. The car then stood on the property unmoved for 4 days before driving back to the airport. The car was fully refilled a couple of kilometres from the airport , I even moved the nozzle as far out as I could get it to maximize the fuel.

Cons: The car was dropped off but the office wouldn't come out ( understandable) and conveyed to them all paperwork including fuel receipts were left on the seat ( I took pics). On returning my credit card has been deducted £150 for no given reason and am unable to get through to them.
