Pros: value and good return
Cons: the pick-up was very bad only one/two agents at the desk, took approximately 50 minutes and the hard sell of insurance was very intimidating
Pros: On airport, easy to find office and car.
Cons: Had to leave the keys in a secure box when handing over. Despite office being open, there was no-one to check the car over so I left, not knowing whether they would find any damage that I could contest. As it turned out, everything was okay though a week later, I'm still waiting for for excess deposit to be returned to my credit card.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
American Express, Cash is/are not accepted.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery service costs from 20 EUR to 120 EUR, depending on the distance.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge of 3 EUR per day, with a maximum charge of 30 EUR per rental. A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
