Ok Mobility at Alicante Airport

Cons: Unexpected charges

Pros: Ok Mobility helped me and explained the issue with the insurance I bought through discover cars.

Cons: Ok Mobility provided a good service, but their location had moved to inside the multi storey car park which Discover Cars did not communicate to me. The location they gave was some random location. Discover Cars is terrible. I will go direct to the companies rather than use them.

Pros: Mark was extremely helpful and efficient - He ensured that the GPS/Sat nav was set up in English for me when I collected the car

Cons: I was early and went for a coffee but my small car did not arrive.

Pros: There was an issue supplying an automatic vehicle which I booked. They had a larger vehicle which I was initially offered at e15 per day upgrade, then a smaller free of charge 😀 . They then gave me larger car free of charge but I had to reject in the car park because damage reconciliation was impossible and the car was to large for me to drive. Fortunately a car was returned whilst I was waiting in the car park which I was offered? I was happy with car however I took it uncleaned.

Cons: Hello Discover cars ... They are shoplifters !! first thing : tank not full : 3 liters to short...not a big issue , but not according to contract. Second : I had to pay 60 euro for the road assistance Third : on delivery : 3 small damages , but these were allready existent ( I made foto's for protest !) !! and total 700 euri ,ridiculous , it's a great shame , kind of shoplifting..! So , that was the last time for OK mobility.. I would appreciate your reaction on this story..kind regards

Despite office being open, there was no-one to check the car over so I left, not knowing whether they would find any damage that I could contest. As it turned out, everything was okay though a week later, I'm still waiting for for excess deposit to be returned to my credit card.

Cons: The agents were all motivated by up selling. I was offered an upgrade which would double the cost of my rental. ( said no but it wasted a lot of time) I was offered extra insurance, even though I had full coverage and it stated as much on the agreement I showed to the agent. £1700 was blocked on my card as a deposit, despite the agreement stating it would be £1260. I have returned the car but £699 has been taken by Discovercars with no explanation which I am trying to get back.

Pros: The operator we dealt with lied used underhanded tactics to scar you into obtaining additional insurance. When on return i was advised by Carlos I didn't need to take the additional insurance as this covered accidental damage which i wasn't advised of full. Neither did I get the opportunity to read and understand the additional i Insurance cost I was told I need other wise I couldn't take the car and would have to pay or use another rental company!!!

Cons: Nothing. Sales assistant clearly lie to make more revenue of special deals listed on your platform.

Cons: Wrong car size, smaller than ordered. Issues with car, coolant critically low and sensor issue. Couldn't get through on support line. Car condition - damage to bodywork and sensor issues.

Cons: At pick up he said its a lie we are fully covered via discover cars and put a lot of pressure on us. I know how it works but it is really bad for other customers because they tell a lot of lies putting you under pressure so you take the extra insurance.

Pros: They assisted me to rent a car after all at a reasonable rate, although the price was higher than the discovercars rate.

Pros: The rental price was very good. The car was in very good conditions.

Cons: Long queue at the counter. The agent offer a 296 euro insurance, telling that we are not covered at all, one of the reason being that we paid at the counter the cost of rental. She said there is not agreement with Discovercars, so the insurance we have (according the voucher) is not effective, so what we paid online to Discovercars is only a fee for rental, and not an insurance. Anyway, we were stressed the whole vacation because of this.

Cons: The don’t document any damage whatsoever on a 10,000 km car. Difficult to check it completely including underneath and roof yet when you return it they always find things! They found a scratched wheel that was €600. Luckily i had proof that it was like it when picked up but the ganache report that you don’t see until after you’ve received the car and driven off in it as they email it to you says nothing. They’re not an honest company in general but they also just give you total rubbish on phone!

Cons: I was offered a van not a car. The blonde woman was one of the rudest people I have ever met. She was rude to the old man in front. I stayed very calm. She still was aggressive and rude. I asked her to calm down. She threatened me with no car at this! A little bully. I didn’t take the van. I left. We would never use Ok Mobility again. I’d rather pay more. It’s the second time we’ve had issues with this badly managed company with staff who clearly need training in basic customer service.

Pros: Although I paid for full protection, the customer service representative continuinely, rudely, kept saying that the cover I bought was worthless and that I had to pay for the extra cover or there was a good chance I'd lose my deposit. Not the type of attitude you want or expect at the start of your holiday.

Cons: The lady at the desk did the hardest sell technique possible trying to get me to pay over 230 euros for more cover when I had already paid for peace of mind. She repeatedly warned me it would cost up to 2000 euros if I scratched the car even slightly. Although I resisted the temptation to cave in and pay it seriously impacted my enjoyment of the holiday and made driving a tense and neurotic experience which I would not ever like to repeat. She was really horrible and had been trained that way

Cons: I made a booking for Elite SUV, my flight was delayed by 5 hours, I called discover cars and let you know regarding the situation, to let OK mobility know we have been delayed. Arrived in Spain at 1am, OK mobility said my booked car had now been released, I had to get a new hire car from them, a lower car class and ended up paying more than £100 more! Won't be booking again through you or OK mobility. I think I was also mis-sold their premium insurance with no opt out.

Cons: Pick-up: Way too long waiting time! We waited 1.5 hours. Upon arrival you had to register, where you can choose between: new rental, reservation or fast track. People came in between who chose fast track that costs €40, to get to the turn earlier. There were only 2 people behind the counter. It went very slowly per handling because the employee tries to unnecessarily sell another insurance. Everything has already been arranged via Discovercars.

They do not check the car with you so its up to you to seek out any damage which apparently I missed one little bit and was charged 140 euros. I will definitely not use them again

When I went to an available agent (despite nobody else waiting) told me she won’t see me without the ticket. I had a confirmed reservation, this should have been enough. But I had to try and take another ticket and then wait again.

Pros: Cars were new and in relatively good condition. I had an issue with damage to the car that was not originally spotted on collection but due to a previous accident and it was sorted out by their representative in a timely manner.

Cons: Upon receipt of the documentation for both cars from the agent there was no indicated damage, however on inspection I found some numerous damages and would be unsure if this was an oversight and shows they don’t inspect their cars or it was on purpose in order to catch people not taking full insurance. Either way, beware.

Pros: Fiat 500 nice car ideal for single person doing little mileage

Cons: The staff appear to be on commission to make extra money (Theory not fact but comes across that way)For that reason the check-in takes for ever. Returning the vehicle the agent asked for you to wait whilst he examined the vehicle as if wanted to find fault. A small mark was found on one alloy wheel for which €260 was charged. Clearly this didn't impair the road ability of the vehicle and no doubt wouldn't be changed. With a plane to catch no time to argue. Clearly excessive fee - Rip Off

Pros: The desk agent was fine, good really, but there weren’t enough for the queue and people who were queuing at priority then joined the main queue at the front as the agent on the desk went for a break

Cons: As above, especially the extra insurance cost and the drop off place at Murcia airport is in a ridiculous place too hard to find so we nearly missed our flight although the shuttle was very efficient when we got another company’s agent to take us there

Cons: Had arranged to hire vw golf,on arrivel was told golf not available,howevèr for more money could upgrade to tiguan,had to make do with peugeot at same cost of golf,was told to inspect car on 4th floor and return to 2nd floor to advise of damage this should have been done with mbr of staff.!lots of damage on car!was told would receive email of damage,but did not,very unsatisfactory from start!just hope do not incurr any charges on £1400 credit card deposit,oh and washer bottle was empty,

Cons: 1. The car hire shop was not in the location it said it was 2. We waited 1.5 hours to be served 3. Once we were finally served we were told we HAD to pay and extra €150 euros for premium insurance. I had already taken out the highest insurance on the website and had paid in advance for it. I was told if I didn’t pay this extra €150 euros they would have to take €1000 as a holding fee for the car, and if there was any damage or dirt in the car I would loose it all

Cons: Picked car up at level 4 so rerurned it at level 4 to be told after queuing up it must be returned to level 2. I had to then rejoin queing people to hand keys back. No one told me level 2 drop off. They conduct there business out the back of a van in the car lot no clear signs were to go. Very stressful. The car itself was covered in sand and had no screen wash. I had to jet wash it for the return worried I would get charged. Frankly I've had enough of car hire in spain the staff attitude awful

Cons: They have been completely dismissive of my complaint and repeated statements that the parcel shelf was not in situ when the vehicle was collected, and that this is an administrative error made by the member of staff when compiling the vehicle condition report when we took delivery.

Pros: Would recommend OK rent to anyone, not only got the 9seater I’ve booked it was business version woth apple car play reverse camera on top of that they have actually charged me few quid less and took the excess down to zero where else you would have to pay extra for that here I actually paid less, this is first time that happen to me when renting car.

Pros: satisfied all my expectations, was a smooth pickup in Alicante with an equally smooth drop off in Madrid. No hidden extras, car was in top condition, even had a free second driver as they offered me a choice and I chose an automatic for ease of driving in the Spanish cities!

Cons: One way rental fee, but having said that, all car hire agencies have this charge, so in essence - nothing.
