Cons: Said car was ok at drop off, but then claimed we had damaged front bumper when we hadn’t. Took money off our credit card for this. Have complained, yet to hear from them. Believe this is connected to the fact we declined their optional extra insurance. Would not use them again.

Cons: They tried to cheat me with additional insurance while I had full coverage already and threatened me with deductibles from my credit card in case of accident.. which they did after rental was over without any explanation/reason and had to initiate claim procedures to get extra deductions returned.

Pros: rented so many times, but this was the worst expierence for car rental...

Cons: The return place was closet when we came at 08:10 it should been open at 07.00! it opened at 08:18 and only one person at the office! it took 30 min to check our the car (Big line!) Will never use this comppany again. service was bad...

Cons: Car was damaged and there was no pre checks, Worried all holiday that I was going to be charged for the damage. Now 6 days since my return and I still haven’t received the money taken off my card for fuel even though I filled up just outside the airport

Cons: Silly ticket system at airport. QR code version wasn’t working. My number didn’t appear on screen. When I went to an available agent (despite nobody else waiting) told me she won’t see me without the ticket. I had a confirmed reservation, this should have been enough. But I had to try and take another ticket and then wait again.

Cons: They have taken the excess on pending a week after I dropped of the car!

Pros: The fact that you get the knife to the throat and that the insurance would not be sufficient while you did take out it with Discover Cars makes this company an unsatisfactory for me. It is probably their strategy to raise extra money in this way to fetch. And they have not refunded the deposit of 100 euros for the full full policy either.

Pros: Collection fairly easy. I have rented for years from Alicante so not as difficult to navigate various costs involved now.

Cons: There was a dispute about a small amount of damage on return. Thankfully I had photographed the damage on collection otherwise I would have been blamed. They need to step up their awareness and records of any damage however small before customers collect.

Cons: The car offerred was clearly smaller than the advertised one. (duster vs Peugeot 3008).as we had lots of luggage, we needed to go for an upgrade. This was unprofessional. We will probably not use ok rent a car again.

Cons: On returning the car the amount of petrol was queried. There was more in than when collected. We were asked if we could put more in as wasn’t quite full we declined. We were asked had we taken a picture of gauge but we hadn’t. The matter was resolved however we have been hiring cars in both Alicante & Murcia since 2004 and have never had any issues before.

Pros: Cars were new and in relatively good condition. I had an issue with damage to the car that was not originally spotted on collection but due to a previous accident and it was sorted out by their representative in a timely manner.

Cons: Upon receipt of the documentation for both cars from the agent there was no indicated damage, however on inspection I found some numerous damages and would be unsure if this was an oversight and shows they don’t inspect their cars or it was on purpose in order to catch people not taking full insurance. Either way, beware.

Cons: The staff appear to be on commission to make extra money (Theory not fact but comes across that way)For that reason the check-in takes for ever. Returning the vehicle the agent asked for you to wait whilst he examined the vehicle as if wanted to find fault. A small mark was found on one alloy wheel for which €260 was charged. Clearly this didn't impair the road ability of the vehicle and no doubt wouldn't be changed. With a plane to catch no time to argue. Clearly excessive fee - Rip Off

Pros: The desk agent was fine, good really, but there weren’t enough for the queue and people who were queuing at priority then joined the main queue at the front as the agent on the desk went for a break

Cons: 1. The car hire shop was not in the location it said it was 2. We waited 1.5 hours to be served 3. Once we were finally served we were told we HAD to pay and extra €150 euros for premium insurance. I had already taken out the highest insurance on the website and had paid in advance for it. I was told if I didn’t pay this extra €150 euros they would have to take €1000 as a holding fee for the car, and if there was any damage or dirt in the car I would loose it all

No one told me level 2 drop off. They conduct there business out the back of a van in the car lot no clear signs were to go. Very stressful. The car itself was covered in sand and had no screen wash. I had to jet wash it for the return worried I would get charged. Frankly I've had enough of car hire in spain the staff attitude awful

Pros: satisfied all my expectations, was a smooth pickup in Alicante with an equally smooth drop off in Madrid. No hidden extras, car was in top condition, even had a free second driver as they offered me a choice and I chose an automatic for ease of driving in the Spanish cities!

Cons: One way rental fee, but having said that, all car hire agencies have this charge, so in essence - nothing.
