Pros: Super slick, easy experience.
Cons: Car was damaged when I picked it up, but didn't impact the rental experience too much.
Pros: Rude at customer pick up desk, try to force us into buying extra insurance I said no he added it anyway. I then had to tell him I didn’t want it 3 times before he finally took it off. The car had a lot of cosmetic damage to it, wheel arch clips and plastic was hanging off, multiple bits of damage. We took a video of car but due to poor lighting and very tight car park space we inevitably missed abit of damage in the video, that we did notice when we got to the apartment.
Cons: After returning the car she looked at the back of the car then moved to the passenger side rear wheel arch where there was a scuff mark. She asked if we had a picture of this damage before which you couldn’t see the mark in the previous video because of the angle, she then said she would need to charge for this included the £200 charge and didn’t even finish the car inspection almost like she was happy she had done her job, joke of a service.
Pros: Lovely helpful agent when picking car up, he was very helpful.
Cons: Incorrect car size
Pros: Very efficient.
Cons: Nothing.
Pros: First I got a car with a non-working airco so I had to return. The second car gave an alarm that the battery of the keys were low and needed to be replaced, so I received a third car.
Cons: Nothing
