Victoria Rent a Car at Alicante Airport

Pros: Fast shuttle from the airport, arrived as soon as we got to the bus stop. Friendly staff Car was good, Opel Zafira 7 seater with parking sensors and a camera Fuel refunded after two working days We had a problem with the car unlocking as the key had been repaired as we waited to pick it up, they offered us a new car no questions asked but it wasn't that much of a problem so we didn't bother

Cons: THEY ROBBED ME OF 150 EUROS AFTER THE CAR WENT BACK, THEY SAY THAT THERE WAS A BACK SEAT LIGHT BULB OUT, A BOOT LIGHT BULB FAULTY AND WITHHELD 150 EUROS. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN

On return very quick - we asked for confirmation all ok but was told it was and deposit would be refunded. €900 had been taken on pick up but 3 days after returning only €680 was returned. No explanation and no reason either as was told all was ok

Cons: Arrived late at night and after finding various small and significant damage to the vehicle they said it didn’t matter and that I should take videos and pictures but that I had full package and no deposit so not an issue. When I tried to return the vehicle they checked it thoroughly and tried to claim I had damaged it. I have many pictures and videos including the voice of the representative that told me it would be fine. Some damage I would have had to have laid down on ground with torch to doc

Pros: Shuttle bus easy to find and didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes. At the office there was no attempt to sell anything so we paid the money, signed the paperwork,collected the keys, and off we went

Cons: Everything was good. The only small thing was that getting back to Victoria Cars involves using a service road which is quite narrow in places and has no road markings. Just something to be aware of.

Cons: I received a Jeep Compass which was different. On the website it was presented the Trailhawk version, that have off-road capabilities, instead I got a basic version with 2wd, that was broken. One of the tyres had not enough air pressure, the car was vibrating all the time driving over 100kmh and the next day a few electronical systems got failure. That shouldn't rent a car that has such a poor condition

Pros: El agente me dio un contrato diferente al ordenado y confirmado. Contrariamente al acuerdo contractual, tuve 1000 km gratis durante el período de alquiler y sin franquicia. Viktoria cambió el contrato a 200 km por día gratis, lo que da como resultado 800 km por 4 días de alquiler. La franquicia en caso de daños se fijó en 100 euros.

Pros: Car was good to drive and an automatic as requested. Good size for two adults plus luggage. It was economic with impressive fuel consumption. Well equipped and with efficient functional controls .

Cons: The car had some minor damage eg small dents, scratched alloys, marks on seats when we picked it up . A surprise considering the price. Detailed directions for the return to the off airport office would have been useful. An up to date road map also.

They were not prepared with their administration even they possessed our personal information before arrival. We had to control the car ourselves and had to mention all the damage on the car. They could have done this by themselves before and than we just needed to verify. The baby seat was not in place and they just gave it to us and was not clean.

We called Vicoria cars who told us to continue driving and that it was a fault with the sensors. For the whole holiday we were expecting the car to break down. In UK we would not drive a car with a fault code shown

When we got to our destination we saw there were some small scratches on the bonnet. So we just waxed it and they couldn’t be seen but a bit of hassle we could have done without. the fuel policy is a bit odd. We paid full to full but they charge you €90 for the tank of fuel we filled the car back up at the cost of €56 they refunded 3 days later

All the information I needed was explained by the agent about if an accident happens or etc etc, in an easy way for me to understand. Overall very good customer service.
