I asked if the car was diesel or petrol and he looked at me with disgust as this was on the car keys which I did not know. I also asked if i should return the car full or not full and he told me to do whatever. They charge 88 euros for petrol and it is only approx 50 euros.Upon returning the car they told me I would not get my deposit back

Cons: Victoria refused to allow me to use my credit card stored on my phone, insisting a physical card is required. This is unacceptable as previous car hire company allowed me to use. I was forced to use a debit card and pay for extra insurance I had already bought. The card is the same on my phone as is the physical card. Every single other outlet in Spain does not require a physical card. A scam and I will never use Victoria again.

They refused to inspect car on drop off so no way to know if they’ll refund my deposit as they could now state something was wrong with the car after I left. They took money off for fuel despite me returning it with more fuel than I got it with (had 680km of fuel at pick up, and dropped off with 720km worth). I’m now stressed about it.

I was even told off for parking the returned car in apparently the incorrect place, however as I pointed out, no one let me know when I picked it up where to return it. Lights flashing, rear indicator broken, front windscreen wipers broken - on day 7 of car hire I took back and requested an exchange and luckily they did and the agent was shocked at the condition of the car and the fact I had proof this was known about on day 1 on collection, with recordings of staff telling us the car was okay to take on Spanish roads - with no working rear indicators and no working front wipers!

Upon collection, the inspection carried out by the rental company’s employee lasted no more than 15 seconds and took place in complete darkness, after 11 PM. I had to return to their office twice just to have them mark significant damage on the rims and bumper on the pick-up report. Upon returning the vehicle, I was charged for a minor scratch approximately 1 cm long—damage that most likely was already there when I picked up the car.

When we returned the car on a Saturday, noone would check the car with us and said the only staff qualified to check work Mon-Fri. Surprise, surprise, an extra £25 for a tiny bit of dirt on the seat that I'd have washed in seconds had I been present when the car was checked. I'd avoid if you can. Clutch was also very sticky.

After passing us the keys to the car we discovered the car keys did not work on the car. I had to wait for ages then to get the other guy to help us and get a replacement. After another 40 mins we got a replacement car. No customer service!

Pros: Great help, easy to use drop off pick up etc. Staff where brilliant. 4* . Will be 5* if my deposit and fuel go in within 4 days.

They are a very deceiving company and I would definitely recommend anyone considering renting from them to AVOID AT ALL COSTS,, as you are likely to end up paying them for damage that was already on the car. Would I use them again. MOST DEFINITELY NOT. I've sent them an email refuting the damage, I haven’t even had the courtesy of a reply. Please be aware using this company.

Cons: The company withheld money on my credit card. When I returned the car I was told everything was good. After I left, they did a 2nd check and they found a knick on the front bumper and charged me 105 euros. The car was full of knicks when I picked it up. It is well documented on the internet that company is scamming customers. This seems to be a standard practice of Victoria car rental.

Cons: All of the previous comments and we tipped the car up with fuel, to a full tank and they have since charged us a fee for this and damages that did not happen during our lease. SCAM! AVOID!

Today they sent me a bill for 130€ which is for petrol when I returned it full with a receipt from a garage 5 kms away, they claim it needed 3 litres, they have made an extra cleaning car (I have a holiday home here and regularly hire cars, this has bever happened to me before) and also claimed there is a scratch, which from the picture they sent is tiny and would easily polish out. Noone available to check the car on arrival.

Friendly staff Car was good, Opel Zafira 7 seater with parking sensors and a camera Fuel refunded after two working days We had a problem with the car unlocking as the key had been repaired as we waited to pick it up, they offered us a new car no questions asked but it wasn't that much of a problem so we didn't bother

That shouldn't rent a car that has such a poor condition

Pros: Car was good to drive and an automatic as requested. Good size for two adults plus luggage. It was economic with impressive fuel consumption. Well equipped and with efficient functional controls .
