Pros: We got a new car in good condition, on a good price. We dropped off the car in an another city, it wasn't too expensive.
Cons: The drop off the car: in Madrid it was difficult to find, where to drop off the car. After we found the place, it was quick.
Pros: Suppled a better car after a replacement car after the first one leaking oil and engine failed warning light on dash

Cons: I always use comparison sites for every other financial decision. I will never use this site again. I paid for full insurance only to be told at the location desk that it doesn't cover anything and to be asked for hundreds of euros more. Call support centre kept on insisting they have to accept it but the desp person wouldn't speak to the call centre support. In the end I was without the car and haven't got my money refunded. I would strongly recommend against using this site.

Pros: Flight was delayed and at pick-up nobody was answering the no 0034 902 105 055 so we had to book an hotel and the next morning we rented a car at the desk of Europcar. There is no refund of the prepayment of 120,69€!
Pros: No queue, clean car, clear damage list in english and spanish, pleasant staff, car 'on airport', ok for seniors.
