Cons: Wasn’t clearly stated that I should go to Europcar desk (maybe it was and I didn’t look at the voucher!). Charged for out of hours pick up even though I was there queuing before time lapsed to out of hours - was waiting for agent who was dealing with other renters

Cons: Extortion 478.69 Euros for 3 days rental, I appreciate we added driver and upgraded insurance but the costs of car offered were never explained, sharp practice. Expect 4 Scathing reviews both for yourself and Eurocar.

Pros: We got a new car in good condition, on a good price. We dropped off the car in an another city, it wasn't too expensive.
Cons: The drop off the car: in Madrid it was difficult to find, where to drop off the car. After we found the place, it was quick.
