Pros: Unhappy as I had stated that I would be dropping off the car @ 6am when booking, they chat me over 60€ then after- as a fine- not happy about that.
Cons: They charged me €60 for dropping back the car EARLY- this was agreed with discover card- so not recommending hertz.

Pros: The agent at the desk was very helpful. Didn't try and upsell even more insurance. Also discussed the full to full policy and advised that as we were dropping off at an ungodly hour, that full to empty would probably be easier and how much I would be charged for it. Not so easy working out where in the car park to drop off, but got there in the end.
Cons: It was all positive. Other than the size of the car. Was expecting the boot space to be bigger given it lists 5 bags would fit. (Peugeot 2008). It's a modern car thing though, massive on the outside and tiny inside. But it was in great condition and easy to drive.

Driver requirements

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.
