Pick-up instructions
1. Exit the arrivals terminal between gates B and C. 2. Cross the moving walkways beneath the bridge towards the parking building. 3. After crossing two pedestrian crossings (the first regulated by a traffic light and the second marked by pedestrian signage only), turn left to take the pedestrian path. 4. At the end of the pedestrian path, another black pedestrian path begins, marked with the "Other VTC" signage. Follow this path, enter the parking building, and continue until you find a red door with the sign "Abonados G". 5. Cross the door, and directly in front of you, you will find the meeting point for courtesy shuttle.
Drop-off instructions
Vehicle must be returned to our office. Our complimentary shuttle will transport the client back to the airport.

Pros: Easy lovely car apart from the waiting everything was quick!

Cons: Only thing we could say was we had to wait a while to pick up the car as there was only a few members of staff working meaning we waited in the Que for a while The same to drop off the car there wasn’t clear instructions where to leave the keys and we were not approached by any staff members so left us winding around for 15 minutes

Cons: Collection took around 30 mins or so, no screen wash in the car and the transport shuttle was not easy to find

Pros: The shuttle service drivers were excellent and very supportive. We received great service during both pickup and drop-off for our large family. The drop-off was also handled very quickly and efficiently.

Cons: The interior of the car was clean and well-maintained, but the exterior was not. It seemed like the 9-seater hadn’t been rented recently, as there was noticeable dirt on the windscreen and front bonnet. I had to clean it myself before driving.

Pros: Customer service was great

Cons: Hard to find the pick up mini bus, directions could have been a lot clearer. We ordered a Bellingo specifically so we could put our road bikes in the back with the back seats down. When we arrived at the car there was a fixed grill between the back seats and the boot so it was not possible to fit our bikes in. The hire firm were helpful in finding us an alternative car.

Pros: Good price for a nice car and quick collection and hand back wait with immediate shuttle bus in both directions.

Cons: No joint inspection of car on collection so I felt the need to video and photo the car before driving it - just in case there was a discrepancy in what damage was existing. Fortunately there wasn't and my security deposit on my debit card was released.

Pros: Relatively easy and quick to pick up. Good car choice, price excellent

Cons: Being pushed repeatedly to take on extra insurance even though this had been carried out via discover cars Mismatch in said condition of car eg no scratches/ bodywork issues with reality on pick up. Hard to assess as black car picked up at night from the corner of a dark car park.When queried this at the time staff did not come out from booking office to check validity of what we were saying and amend damage sheet on car...we were just told to take a video, which we had already done.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff for collection but less so for drop-off.

Cons: ordered a Citroen Berlingo or similar but unlike UK version the one offered did not have folding seats resulting in having to choose a different car at an extra cost of 90 Euros and delay to collection. Also, drop off person had not read the existing damage report, although what was written was not very clear, and they did not appear to understand the limitations of reviewing/recording car condition at pick-up in the dark at 22:30. This process could be improved for both customers and staff.

Cons: It took ages for us to get the car from the rental office. Although there were 12 counters there were only two people working. It was extremely slow and a lot of people were waiting with children including us - it took way too long to get the car. Even at drop off it took us too long and the fuel indicator of the car was faulty because it didn’t indicate that the tank was full despite filling it fully. This is something the rental agency should have known. Just unpleasant waiting for so long.
