Pros: the typ off car was exactly what we ordered

Pros: The car we got, was the car we booked.
Cons: I didn't like the fact of being scammed and after talking to the owner about the fact he couldn't act this was because of our religion, he desided to return my deposit and admitted that he tried to earn some money. That's not how you treat visitors of our country

Cons: Their machine for the deposit is not working since February, as explained by them. They not provided others solutions. As they took me out from the airport, it was impossible to find a taxi easily for me. The worst experience for me.

Cons: We were told the counter was open from 7am, so when we dropped the car off at 8am we were surprised that no one had arrived yet. We have to go back and forth from the airport to the carpark many times until someone arrived. They did not say sorry and were very unhelpful. We eventually managed to hand the car back but it took way too long and many other people were upset too.
Pros: Mr. Tarik was the only service minded guy on this company.
Cons: booked the car at 20:00 and get it only at 22:07 even I was at the airport at 16:00 after agreement with wanalou, but I had to wait till 22:07 Bad communication, ignoring my calls and blocking my phone number to not be able to reach them again.
Pros: I did not like them thetefore I wont recommend them.
Cons: Uncompetent agent, lot of administration mistakes. Licence of the car expired two days before the end of rental period.
Pros: Poor service
Cons: Rude, disrespectful customer service. Over charged me when I picked up the car and tried to over charged me again when I dropped off the car. It took more than an hour to get the car and I was the only one on line. Then, it took almost 3 hours to drop off the car with the one person in line and making me go back any forth to the car to check the condition and wait for someone to meet me. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the service and the systems in place to pickup and dropoff the car.

Pros: When youndrop off rented cars they inspect it right away and release the deposit. At least this is what happened in Ravat, Morrocco, Africa.
Cons: Customers before me had to pay for a damaged spare wheel. They were mid-age couple, I don't think they would do that. It looked like trap

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Cash, Diners, Debit cards.
When using Debit cards, a 3 % surcharge on the total cost of extra equipment and services will apply.
When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes. American Express is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
If the vehicle requires a special cleaning procedure after it is returned, a minimum charge of 40 MAD will apply.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
