DRIVUS at Marrakech Airport

Pros: Everything was really smooth and easy.

Cons: The car wasn’t filled up at the beginning so we had to go first to the petrol station and then begin our journey.

Cons: The tank should have been full it was empty, to give a tank back empty is close to impossible, so extra cost to take into considération. When we have back the car the tried to charge us to clean the car (it rained several so the cas was indeed dirty…)

Pros: since you didn't offer any service : nothing

Cons: since I never got a car : everything

Cons: Not very helpful, difficult to contact to arrange collection as there was no internet at the collection area, but my mobile had not connected to a local network yet. Empty tank of petrol which is unforgivable! No boot cover meaning nothing could be left in the car ever.

Pros: When on holiday we rented a car with Drivus. It has been a positive experience: + Friendly and helpful staff, not pushy on selling extra's + Location is really close to the airport + Very good communication by WhatsApp: quick in response, no nonsense and pro-active + Good value for money + Deposit blocked on credit card was liberated within 2 days after return of the car + Car can be handed in at the terminal

Cons: Cleanness of the car on the outside and inside.

Pros: Service was friendly and honest.

Cons: Instructions to find the pick up point were unclear. For future clients leave the airport walk across the street and up the stairs into the parking lot and look for the Avis car rental booth and you will find your pick up agent.

Cons: We were 1 hour late due to a technical problem with the plane, which caused a delay, but upon arrival we had to pay an additional €40 for the car, without taking the situation into account.

Cons: Was about to charge additional fee for late collection due to late arrival of plane to the airport. Had to dispute it considerably. Unclear terms prior to engagement of contract

Pros: Kind, helpful and friendly. We were travelling with 2 small children who were nervous about being in a new country and the team at Drivus went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable.

Cons: Initially hard to make contact when we landed.

Cons: Nothing at all. I booked and a car by discovercars.com when arrived they told me they couldn t block the amount on my credit car. I definetly do NOT recommend Drivus and Marrakech. Very bad service by Achraf and his crew. Do NOT book there. I hope the reaponsible ones read this because your office is a shame for Morocco

Pros: Unscrupulous company like most companies in Morocco. Empty gas tank and tourist traps

Cons: Unpleasant service at unpleasant moments. When I arrived, I waited a long time and just before the flight I was charged 3000 dirhams and almost another 500 dirhams, claiming it was for washing the car that had not been washed.

Pros: Car had no fuel when I collected, no greeting no smile,

Cons: No greet or smile, no fuel, car making noises while driving and was not clean

Pros: clean car in good condition (it was quite new), cheap deal

Cons: only 8 km worth of fuel in the tank at pickup, no window washing liquid, staff didn’t speak english, they fined us at drop off for not washing the car even though they never pointed out that it was expected we had to.

Pros: Very bad from collecting to the returning car process.

Pros: The cars provided were clean and in good condition, meeting our expectations. Although the agent did not speak English, they were patient and made an effort to communicate with us using Google Translate, which we appreciated.

Cons: The pickup process was a bit frustrating. There were no visible Drivus signs at the airport parking, making it difficult to locate. Additionally, the agent only spoke Arabic and was unable to communicate in English, which further complicated the process. Despite booking a car seat in advance, it was not provided at pickup, and the agent had to retrieve it from their office. This resulted in a significant delay, and we received the car an hour and a half later than expected.

Pros: Nothing. It was a bad service

Pros: Drivus treated us very badly- would not recommend. The Discover Car reviews are not representative of other reviews. Check around before renting from Drivus!

Cons: To pick up the car, they bring it to you in the airport parking lot. Takes quite a while to have whatsapp messages returned. Did not help that there was a language barrier, so that is on me. As they did the paperwork on the hood of the car, my phone disappeared into one of the young man's pockets. He did give it back after a bit of arguing. The car was on empty, and I ran out of gas a half mile from the airport. They came running and pushed me into the gas station. Very unprofessional company.

Cons: Very low petrol level in a tank while picking back, not informing about cleaning policy

Cons: Horrible service, no office or clear representative. We had to ask around, the person was not on site he can later. One there, We waited 2hours and a half for the vehicle. Vehicle arrived and was filthy inside, stains, dusty, dirt everywhere. The vehicle on the outside was accidented. Representative took the car left saying he would bring another one after we refused to take the car, he never came back. There were people that arrived after us and got serviced quicker, we were not prioritized.

Cons: We did not know that Drivus was not a part of the airport, so where to pick up and drop off was a little confusing.

Pros: Though the car was all scratched up, we did not have any issues with it on our journey. Drop off was also easy and communication improved.

Cons: Difficult to get in touch with for pick up and demanded cash payment and did not allow us to use credit card which includes our travel insurance.

He went through the handover process swiftly and efficiently going through all the necessary details. I will definitely come back to drivus for Jamals picture perfect service alone !

Cons: i paid for bigger car and got a smaller car. I was expecting to get at lease some money back. i have spend more than 2 hours to travel to the agent office to pick up a smaller car.
