Pros: Cette société est une véritable arnaque. Elle exige une carte de crédit avec chiffres en relief, alors que ce type de carte n’existe pratiquement plus en France. C’est simplement un prétexte pour facturer des frais supplémentaires à l’arrivée. En réalité, leurs terminaux acceptent parfaitement les cartes sans relief, à condition de payer un supplément. Procédé trompeur et inacceptable.
Cons: Par ailleurs, j’ai interrogé plusieurs loueurs traditionnels pour savoir si cette exigence était généralisée : la réponse a été clairement non.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Bad communication (never answered phone calls or messages to the phone number provided by themselves) Slow pick up (received lots of calls to pick up the car quickly but then encountered many issues of them asking for more money). Slow drop off (nearly missed flight as we were waiting 1 hour for someone to show up). And many more issues.
Pros: The pick up was on time BUT the car was not in a good condition. The tires were worn out and needed to be replaced and the interior was dirty. We even had to pay for parking in order to pick up the car. They don’t have an office and they work out of the airport parking lot so they forced us to pay for parking in order to leave. The drop off was very late even though we were there 30 minutes before. We had to wait for almost an hour for them to come! They also asked us to wash the car!
Pros: It's hard to describe how UNPROFESSIONAL the pick-up process of Optime rent is! A day before my arrival I've got short directions via DiscoverCars that said "Once you complete your arrival process, got out through the main door and proceed to the parking lot where our agent will await you". And so I did. The parking lot is a vast space, there's tens of people everywhere, taxis, busses etc. I kept on walking for a while but it was pointless so I returned to the main exit looking for the agent.
Cons: There's NO WIFI at the airport, Optimo didn't contact me via WhatsApp, I only had their local phone number. Luckily I found a local man who helped me to call Optimo. It took 3 other people to call them to help me localize where the agent was waiting for me and that was some TOTALLY RANDOM SPOT at the far end of the parking lot! Insane! How was I supposed to find him. I lost almost 45min looking for the car, it started raining, signing the papers was done at spot, in the rain. Terribly experiene!

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
There is a charge of 30 EUR per rental per driver.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
An administrative fee of 60 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
A damage administration fee of 150 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
