AddCar at Marrakech Airport

Pros: Professional and friendly staff. Deposit returned on time.

Pros: Very friendly operatives , they are very professional Although they don’t have an office onsite they come straight away when you call them if they are not already there .

Cons: Make sure you have some change to pay for the parking when you exit the car park it only cost few dirhams less than a euro . But if you don’t have any ask them they would provide some change for you

Pros: The price was good, the payment was easy. They delivered on what they promised

Cons: There was no indication at the Marrakech airport as to where the pickup point was. We asked around and looked and asked people who couldnt speak english. There are no CLEAR SIGNS telling you where to go, NO person with a board welcomin you. We wasted at least half an hour trying to find the car collection point.

Cons: Car condition was not ok. Lots of issues and damages on the outside, also inside was the car dirty and Smïl’s to cigarets…

Pros: I liked how easy they were when I delivered the car.

Cons: That I had to show the car rental company dents he didnt write down. And my car was a different model than expected and this model did not have sliding door on each sides making it difficult to seat the children.

Pros: Everything but the €70 penalty for not having an embossed credit card.

Cons: That you asked for an embossed card. Between the two of us we had 9 cars from either Norway or USA and none were embossed. We were charged €70 for this!

Cons: The papers for the car was not up to date when i rented the car, so when I was stopped the police they took the Card for the car. When I delivered the car, they charged me 4100 Diram (410€) for that. The guy at the Addcar stand at the airport told me it was only a hold for 2 days, but they ended up stealing the money at the end.

Cons: I need to pay extra BIG amount, because I do not use Credit CARD.

Cons: En revanche, comme j’ai une debit card j’ai du rajouter 80€ en plus du prix initial à cause de la caution. Prendre moins de caution mais payer plus chère doit être signifier dans le mail et pas dans un document comportant les informations que les gens ne regardent pas. Le marketing a tout prix…

Cons: The young lady that served us although she was engrossed in paperwork still managed to find time to ho serve us, she was very friendly and helpfull, despite english not being her 1st lauguage she was excellent.

Cons: - unsupportive in explaining the payment terms - had to wait for the car in a parking lot at +35 degrees for over 1.5 hours - had to wait for the agent for 45 minutes when returning the car, in the same superhot parking lot - Skoda Rapid or "similar" is a stretch when the only car you can get from the is a Dacia Logan sedan

Cons: The agents try to cheat you whenever and wherever they can! I already took an extra insurance with DC, but then they tell you your MasterCard doesn't work. They suggest to try your normal (debit) card to take 550 euros as a deposit, but that costs you an extra 130 euros (another extra insurance...). The last day, I let them know I would return the car at 4pm instead op 3pm and therefor they try to let you pay extra. Finally, it took me 2 weeks and several messages to regain the deposit. Thieves!

Cons: The extra fees or you have no car , they agent requested £200 to cover more insurance which we already payed to discover cars , be very careful !!!
