Cons: Very disappointing experience. The credit card I initially tried to use—despite working elsewhere—was rejected, forcing me to use another and deplete my funds. The car itself was in poor condition: worn brake pads, unstable at highway speeds, and had safety issues like lights shutting off during turn signals. A minor scratch (not my fault and officially reported) led to a 4000 MAD charge and claims the car would be unrentable

Cons: It took more than 1.5h for a car (we were somewhere in the middle of the queue). Car interior was not cleaned and AC was not working (even tho we selected more expensive car for it). During pickup not all car damages were marked, good that we took dozens of pictures (windshield was cracked and images with dates were carefully checked on dropoff). Also spare tire was flat from the beginning (we forgot to check on pickup) and he checked it first thing on dropoff, like he knew... Felt sketchy.

Cons: La atención personal fue un desastre, el señor hablaba a tal velocidad que no conseguí entender nada, sólo que tenía que pagar 180€ si quería llevarme el coche y encima me hizo un cargo en la tarjeta de más de 200€ además de los 700 del depósito, todavía no sé en concepto de qué ni me lo han devuelto. Sólo espero no haber sido víctima de una estafa, ya que no se me ha devuelto ni el depósito ni los 200€ de no sé qué.

Pros: I think if the prices are respected they are a really good option, but they try to get your money as much as they can.

Cons: Ended up paying similar prices to bigger companies which are more transparent, better services, and have cars in better conditions. The car was not in good conditions and as we used we got to know things which were not working and we were afraid of being charge for things they were already not working. They did not declare any issues at the pick-up.

Cons: they suggested that we should have taken the car to the car wash. That that is what the contract said. Didint see that info anywhere.This is the first time in my 30 year rental history that I have been asked to clean the car. The car was used for 3 weeks in a country which is always dusty but absolutely the car was not filthy.

The airbag and wngine check (amber) sign came on wituin 150km of Marrakech and they knew it had problems because they had tried to botch a fix on a sensor that kept coming out

Pros: IMANE WAS AMAZING, SHE HAS EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME BEFORE GETTING THE CAR AND GAVE ME INFORMATION ABOUT THE RETURN SO I DON'T HAVE TO BE DELAYED WHEN RETURNING THE CAR.

Cons: The fuel light lit up as soon as I got the car and had to pay for parking but I didn't have any change when arrived from London.

Hacen todas las gestiones dentro de una furgoneta sucia y vieja. Ademas, no dejan pagar con tarjeta de debito, tiene que ser de credito. La nuestra no era de debito y la unica solucion que nos dieron fue cancelar la reserva y perder todo el dinero. Si esto no fuera poco, la fianza es muy alta. Por lo tanto, no recomendamos esta compañia.

In fact it has no office at the airport but an old and fatiscent van, waiting the customers in the park, where every normal operation of managing the reservation is not possible. And if you need to solve any administrative problem they don’t help you as It’s usual in a serious hire car company. Chose Budget Avis or any other company.

Cons: The agent was really unprofessional on the car- delivery and on the car-return process. No contract or copy of the invoice has been shared. The car was not in line with the booking made and I have to pay an extra 150€ to rent a car for 5 person waiting under the sun at 45° at 14:00 for two hours.

Cons: The car was low quality and had a number of minor faults. One developed into a bigger problem when the boot would not shut. The agent was downright rude when I dropped off the car. He didn't say a word at first then wanted to charge me for various things I thought unfair. He ended up tearing up the form when I questioned it. The agency is also impossible to contact. I tried 4 different numbers I was given for them by discover or on the rental agreement. They didn't answer any.

Pros: cheap price, rental "office" is the blue van that's on the parking lot on the left if you come up the stairs of the main parking area, says "United". Car worked, not the best, but good price. You have to pay 100 dh at the end to get it cleaned.

Cons: the car is old, a lot of smoke out of the pipe, dirty and with lots of scratches. The tires are bad, have little to no tread, and got two flats, one tire had to be completely replaced. Even the spare tire is bad. I hope they get the budget to at least put some new tires on the car. At least one tire is new now haha

The reverse gear was not easy to shift. The seats looked dirty and very worn. We did not feel safe at all doing the long trips we did in this car.

Pros: The checkout was good and quick but I got charged with 100MAD for the cleaning of the car. I never rent a car and have to clean it before the checkout.

Cons: First, they gave us a car without the driver seat adjustable, and in very bad condition with a lot of scratches, claiming we got another car that looked ok, but the first night we had to push it because the battery was empty, and I got a light on the dashboard about an electric issue and when I called the customer service they told me that issue is frequent with this brand and I just have to keep it as it is until it stops completely otherwise they can't help, they charge me 100MAD for cleaning.

Cons: The car was not ready, when we drove off it had many error lights on the dashboard and no seatbelts at the back. We returned it. The lady seemed upset so she pointed at a few other cars and told us to find what we wanted. The second car choices were very poor, and the one we took was the least bad but it had a failed indicator (the spare part was in the boot). When we returned it the car had not been washed so the attendant wanted 20€, I mentioned it had a full tank and gave him 100mad cash.

After calling her manager she accepted I was not liable. There was a cleanliness clause to the hire contract. When I returned the car I was told the cleaning service cost 30EUR or pay 20EUR if I paid up front. This was not mentioned in any paper work and felt like a scam. I paid the 20EUR for sake of ease.

But they were still unable to provide what I asked for. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never use United or Discovercars again. Ever.

Pros: United runs its office out of a dead car in the parking lot behind the airport and was not easy to find.

Cons: When I came to collect the car, I was told my booking was not confirmed, then I spent an hour on the phone and waiting for another rep to sort it out. The car had to be mobilised from somewhere, and I stood in the baking sun & heat with my boy for an hour in the parking lot. We got a car in the end, but the process could have been much smoother.

Pros: The car had dents and scratches all over with over 137km on the clock. The car was heavily used and straggled to accelerate.

Cons: Hi, the car had 160,000 km unthinkable for a rental car, the vehicle was given to me with the flashing fuel reserve I broke down with, on the last day a bearing in one of the rear wheels made a terrible noise and to finish the everything when I returned the vehicle I was told that I had damaged the left rear bumper, there was nothing mentioned on the description before departure of the vehicle, fortunately I make videos before each departure from car rental otherwise I would lose my deposit.

Discovery Cars don’t have a desk, we eventually found the rep in the car park. Car had 147k on the clock!! On returning the car they tried to fine us for not washing it, we refused to pay and eventually they backed down. Whilst it did the job for what we needed, the quality was extremely low and I wouldn’t rent from United again

Cons: Their representative (a small woman called Iman) is rude and has zero customer skills and was immediately suggesting that I would lose my $1200 deposit because I wanted to go back to the hotel to get a video to prove that the car was already damaged before I took it. Fortunately I found the video and proved that it was already damaged. The other guy was nice and apologized but this girl was very rude to me and my wife and never apologized to us even after we proved her wrong.

I habe reserved an SUV und they tried to rent me a small car since i am 2 hours late according to them. Then I had to have a very hot conversation with them and after 30 minutes they organised a SUV for me. they tried to cheat me in all means. 3.I returned car on 22.9.22 in tact and left Marrakech but on 23.9.22 they debited chf. 34.16 from my credit card .

Returning a car was waiting for an hour for someone to show up - the member of staff had an accident on the way (which is fair enough, but someone else should be sent over immediately). Overall worst car rental experience I had.
