Alma Car Hire at Marrakech Airport

Pros: We got bigger car, clean and in perfect condition. Everything was smooth.

Cons: When pickup, it was little difficult to find the agent on the parking lot - we have phone only to the boss. The roof has little damage, but agent didnt want to write it in the paper, he said photos are enough. When drop off, even though we communicated with the same agent, to the parking came some other person, took the car and didnt give us any paper or proof that we give the car back without damage. After another hour, some other guy called if we are still there waiting for him :-)))

Pros: Auto nám doviezli na dohodnuté miesto blízko mediny za dohodnutý poplatok 20€, čo bolo super a mohli sme rovno vyraziť, mali sme daciu daster a mala zadné senzory aj parkovaciu kameru čo štandartne nebýva. Celkovo sme boli spokojní.

Cons: 1h30 of delay for our flight. As soon as we landed I sent a message to Alma to confirm our arrival, we did all the checks at the airport and run to the parkibg but they had already given the car away. Illegal, stupid, arrogant way to give a service. NEVER AGAIN WITH DISCOVER CARS and NEVER AGAIN WITH ALMA. And I'll do all my best to share my experience in all the travel blogs I'm member of.

Pros: They were very fast to pick-up and drop-off the car.

Cons: The car provided had unregistered damages and it was up to us to show within pictures that it was not our fault. Some damages no the car could lead to have problems with the police at the many checkpoints.

Pros: Very easy process to rent a car. We pick up the car straight on the parking of the airport. Communication was great. We were able to extend renting time in a very last moment. Car very clean and in perfect condition. It was a pleasure to ride.

Pros: The booking process was straightforward, and the car was available on time.

Cons: After paying, I was told I had to pay extra for insurance, which was not made clear upfront. When I returned the car, they charged me for small scratches that were already there from the beginning. Even though I mentioned I had taken insurance, they said it only covered roadside assistance, not damages. I felt misled, and overall, the service was not worth the money.

Pros: Fast, friendly and affordable prices

Cons: The car was dirty inside and the front wipers were very used - almost didn’t clean the windshield at all.

Cons: All happens on the parking lot on the car hood, no office, no desk, no clear place to get to - you need to meet a person at the airport exit to take you to your car - which sometime may prove to be difficult as many rely on same principle looks like - it happen a bit to us.

Pros: They were helpful and resolved some issues.

Cons: The pickup for our car was 3 hours late and then they suggested we take the car dirty as it was late coming back from previous renters. This was out of control of Alma but I was not getting into a dirty car for 2 weeks. The wiper blades were worn out and we had to replace them on our trip. Nothing too concerning but not without issues.

Pros: Perfecte service, alle afspraken nagekomen. Ik had een kinderstoeltje gereserveerd echter was deze vergeten en meteen netjes opgelost door een nieuwe te kopen.

Cons: Alles was goed! Borg zeer snel terug betaald.

Pros: They were very laid-back and the pickup was fast. But most important to us is that they didn't even propose an extra insurance beause we were already covered by discover cars + they didn't make a deal with the drop off. Our car didn't have additional damage and the check went quick and very correct, that's why we would choose them again.

Cons: For communication sometimes there were misunderstandings which made us go to the office and then we still had to drive ourselves to the airport for the dropoff. My advice would be to clearly communicate your plans with them so they will tell you in advance what is the best way for drop-off and pick-up.

Pros: After midnight pickup possibility. Friction free quick service. Good contact.

Cons: No one showed up for meet and greet. They refuse crédit cards do you have to use débit card and charge extra/per day. They find little scratches and charge hügette amounts. My €556 hire for 19 days turned out €1096. Its a criminal organisation all over Europe (trustpilot)

Pros: Excellent service , agent met us on arrival terminal and we agent few minutes to pick up car. It was the same when drop off the car. Car was in perfect condition met our expectation what we booked.

Cons: We tried to contact them for changing pick up location (in the city centre not at the airport), but unfortunatelly we didnt get a respond.

Pros: The people were very friendly and helpful, their service was good, great value for money.

Cons: The infotainment on the car didn't work and there was no chance to fix it quickly. This was the only bummer on an otherwise perfect rental experience.

Pros: Ashraf who met me was courteous and professional. The car was brilliant and I would definitely use this company again 100%. When dropping off Hamza was quick and personable and I really enjoyed the service provided by Alma Car Hire. Best company I’ve used when booking thru Discover Cars.

Pros: Freshly acquired vehicle, spotless and prepared for the road.

Cons: I needed to return the car in a pristine condition, just as I had received it. This proved challenging for me as I had meticulously cleaned it just two days prior and had to embark on a 220 km journey to the airport. Despite my efforts, there was a trace of washer fluid on the glass, leading the agent to believe that the car wasn't entirely clean.

Pros: They contacted us in advance, checked the times. The car was in very good condition, we all took photos, everything was agreed. Very professional but also friendly. They did not try to charge us for anything extra.

Cons: We were very happy with the service. We had good communication and I felt reassured.

Cons: The car was cosmestically demaged. We did a video and pictures of demages, which was good decision as they would charge us deposit if we were unable to prove demages apeared before our rental
