Pros: Aren’t explained the security deposit process to my understanding. They were able to speak English for me to understand.

Cons: The car was not clean. I had to clean the car upon receipt. I had the car for 2 month so expected to wash at some point but not immediately.

Cons: Providing to sign rental agreement of 1100MAD (~106 Eur) price, while in Keddy order confirmation was: "Pay at pick-up 75.86 EUR." After few minutes, when asked, " but it was amount of ~75Eur to pay", the response was like "I would check later". No need to check, the overpay has to be returned. The car was returned back the same as taken, without damages.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
