Pros: Honest and transparent

Cons: On the booking someone was supposed to be at the meet and greet. Unfortunately they wasn't and I had to find someone to give them a ring, wasn't much of an issue for me but for someone who doesn't really know morocco or the language might struggle.

Cons: Car arrived with half flat tyre. We didn't realise at the time until we got on the motorway as described above. looking back at the video we took you can see the front tyre is deflated. It also took me to ring someone for them to come over to the airport to give us the car. I called them about 6-7 times before someone picked up then they met us 15 minutes later than the pickup time. The back seats also did not go down meaning I could not fit my surfboard in.

Cons: The price of the one way trip; the fact that a representative should have waited for us outside the terminal but there was anybody so we had to look for them in the parking lot. Too much time spent in picking up the car so that we had to pay the parking on our own. The first person I talked to didn’t speak English neither French, so il was difficult to communicate.

Cons: We paid for a baby seat based on the weight of my baby, upon arrival no baby seat was provided. When we asked for one, the agents brought out a seat intended for older kids. We told the agents that it would not be safe for our baby, and they told us to come back the next day and they would have the seat we paid for. We showed up the following day and they turned us away and told us they had nothing for us. This endangered my baby and ruined the first few days of our vacation.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1020.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge. Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
