Cons: In our arrangement it said that they would meet us at the terminal, but they didn’t, so we had to call them and find their Office by our own. The car seemed pretty old. The gear system seemed out of order, eventhough the car only had run for aproximately 66.000 km.

Pros: The car (Dacia Duster) was a very basic model with few phone connectvity features, but it was a workhorse and handled the roads very reliably. We got everything we expected. Agents were efficient and friendly. At drop-off, Amin went above and beyond but driving us to our nearby destination.

Pros: This was my second time renting with the AirCar and I am happy with their cars and value for money. I've recommended other people as well

Cons: At the pickup time, the agent was not very friendly and was rushing to get my signs on the papers without going through the car's condition. However, at the drop-off time, the agents were very friendly. I don't like that they don't provide Insurance to reduce the deposit to zero. Their desk is in the car park at the far end and they should mention that in the instructions for pickup

Cons: The alarm light for regular service was still visible. The fuel tank cap was broken; I found it at the gas station. We also had a stuck belt in the back seat, because of which we also received a penalty. I had to disassemble it and remove the belts from under the seat.

Pros: We got good value for money with a 7 seater, that was in good condition and up to the task of a week long roadtrip.

Cons: Service was a bit curt, although things were managed without issues.

Cons: A lot of messing around, not a lot of clear instructions, no proper introduction to the car, some options that allow for more money have less deposit wasn't really that obvious option that was given or taken.

Cons: I would prefer the car to have slightly more fuel in the tank instead of being nearly empty. Although there is a fair fuel policy so you can deliver it empty as tou got it, I'd prefer it to have some more fuel.

Cons: We had the back glass smashed in a little town 300 Km away from the drop off point. We paid to reduce the excess, however when I called them they suggested to drive to Fes to have the car changed. With a smashed glass! We had to find a mechanic and change it at our own expenses. At least they did not charged us further on return

Cons: Agents serving at pick up and drop off look a bit stressed. Would have been better to be greeted by friendlier and welcoming folk. Maybe they were having bad day. Not a big deal as they were professional and efficient in their work.

Pros: He said that I damaged the car which I did not. The damage was already indicated on the check out sheet - it was a small scratch. The agent told me if I gave him 20€ it could “go away”. I said no and then he charged my credit card 100€.

Pros: Actually located in parking 2 just outside of airport. Agent was helpful and spoke good english. We opted to pay extra 80 to decrease deductible from 1400 to 200, although probably did not need this but good for my peace of mind. Received an automatic as requested. The outside of the car was pretty dinged and scratched already, which was also great as I didn't have to worry about any minor scratches, in Marrakesh you will see why this was a good thing. Drove to merzouga and back with no issues.

Cons: Car was empty on pickup. Which also means you can bring back empty, but added initial stress to driving in new country. Also, high deductible of 1400 if you don't opt for their insurance coverage.

Cons: The car was completely empty from gaz it was a very stressful moment to get go to the gaz station , the agent did not tell us about all the documents required over the phone , made us going home twice supposed to pick up the car at 7:30 am it was picked at 9:30am was charged cash and also by credit card

Cons: Despite my booking for an automatic car, I was told that they only have manual car. My friend couldn't drive manual so I had to drive alone which was extremely inconvenient. We finally got to the car after almost an hour. As we drove to the parking gate at Marrakech airport, they couldn't find the parking ticket and gates didn't go up. They made us change the car and gave us a dirty car that was not cleaned instead. Overall horrible pickup experience with no compensation.

Cons: Desk hard to find as they all are in departures not arrivals The car was tired, dirty, had bald tyres, knackered suspension and wandered around the road and clearly had a tough life,

Cons: We did not get the car we reserved. The car was dirty and there were all kinds of lamps burning while driving. They said it was normal. At the end the car had technical problems, but we finale made it. I brought the cars one day in advance back, so we had to take taxi's, but I was too scarry to drive any longer.

Pros: Desk is easy to find in the airport and the agent was quite helpful.

Cons: The car left mirror had been repaired and I wasn't able to position it correctly for use. 2 warning incident lights were lit (saying that the cruise was not functionning). but overall the car did it's job perfectly and aircar was well above the other's prices for the same car.
