Cons: Service was perfect! if i was to find a gripe, its that none of the car rentals where in the airport terminal as i selected, but in car park, and no sigh saying this!

Cons: I made the reservation in my own name, but when picking up the car the payer and driver turned out to be a different person. Because of these changes, we had to pay an additional €50 for an extra driver, which seemed unfair — ‘either pay or you won’t get the car.’

Pros: Everything went smoothly. The car pickup process was very quick and professional, and the option to pay and block funds on a debit card was a big convenience. The car we received was practically brand new (only about 3000 km on the odometer), which made the driving experience much more enjoyable. Returning the car was hassle-free, and the deposit was refunded instantly. Highly recommend!

Pros: Excellent service. Car was perfect. Staff were helpful, stayed late to wait fur us when our plane was delayed past 11pm. Would highly recommend. If you want to drive from Marrakech to Merzouga over the Atjas mountains then Aircar is perfect car rental agency.

Cons: Existing damages were not noted before pick up, this was then an issue while check out as had to explain existing issues with agent in a lot of detail for them to understand and avoid any excess. Car was clean but some equipment were not working as expected. Again the agent tried to charge for the existing tyre issue which was already explained during check in. Terms and no other information about car was provided except for the agent to give keys and was left to figure out myself.

Cons: In our arrangement it said that they would meet us at the terminal, but they didn’t, so we had to call them and find their Office by our own. The car seemed pretty old. The gear system seemed out of order, eventhough the car only had run for aproximately 66.000 km.

Pros: The car (Dacia Duster) was a very basic model with few phone connectvity features, but it was a workhorse and handled the roads very reliably. We got everything we expected. Agents were efficient and friendly. At drop-off, Amin went above and beyond but driving us to our nearby destination.

Cons: At the pickup time, the agent was not very friendly and was rushing to get my signs on the papers without going through the car's condition. However, at the drop-off time, the agents were very friendly. I don't like that they don't provide Insurance to reduce the deposit to zero. Their desk is in the car park at the far end and they should mention that in the instructions for pickup

Cons: The alarm light for regular service was still visible. The fuel tank cap was broken; I found it at the gas station. We also had a stuck belt in the back seat, because of which we also received a penalty. I had to disassemble it and remove the belts from under the seat.

We paid to reduce the excess, however when I called them they suggested to drive to Fes to have the car changed. With a smashed glass! We had to find a mechanic and change it at our own expenses. At least they did not charged us further on return

Pros: Actually located in parking 2 just outside of airport. Agent was helpful and spoke good english. We opted to pay extra 80 to decrease deductible from 1400 to 200, although probably did not need this but good for my peace of mind. Received an automatic as requested. The outside of the car was pretty dinged and scratched already, which was also great as I didn't have to worry about any minor scratches, in Marrakesh you will see why this was a good thing. Drove to merzouga and back with no issues.

Cons: Car was empty on pickup. Which also means you can bring back empty, but added initial stress to driving in new country. Also, high deductible of 1400 if you don't opt for their insurance coverage.

They made us change the car and gave us a dirty car that was not cleaned instead. Overall horrible pickup experience with no compensation.

Cons: We did not get the car we reserved. The car was dirty and there were all kinds of lamps burning while driving. They said it was normal. At the end the car had technical problems, but we finale made it. I brought the cars one day in advance back, so we had to take taxi's, but I was too scarry to drive any longer.

Cons: The car left mirror had been repaired and I wasn't able to position it correctly for use. 2 warning incident lights were lit (saying that the cruise was not functionning). but overall the car did it's job perfectly and aircar was well above the other's prices for the same car.
