Pros: The staff were by far the nicest and most helpful car rental staff I have ever met! We arrived very late into Marrakech after some terrible queues. It's was slightly tricky to find the rep as we hadn't called ahead but we just walked out to the car park and asked around. The staff were expecting us and were all ready. Carefully checked the car for all the usual pre-existing marks and scuffs. When it came to drop off they were also very helpful and friendly. No issues with the car.

Pros: I rented from location-auto before and I was very happy about the service. This time my experience was worse.

Cons: The car was very dirty and the horn wasn’t work. I took the car because it was the only available one at that time. Also I surprised when I found that the horn isn’t working and I was far to return it back. Usually the location auto service is good but this time it wasn’t.

Cons: They don't have an actual office and work out in the open. Our departure was late so we updated our arrival time which changed the rate in our favor. However, since they don't have an office they do not receive any updates and were unaware that we were going to arrive later and that our rate had changed. We waited in the hot sun for an hour while a customer argued with them and then another half hour trying to explain our rate had changed. They gave us a dirty car with used front tires.

Pros: Nothing.. it's not the first time that I rented from them but it will be the last.. they always have very bad vehicles and they all seem to be clocked.. dirty and full of dents.. cheek asking for full £1300 rental fees

Cons: Voiture toujours sale, ils doivent payer le ticket de parking en laissant le ticket dans la voiture déjà prépayée, mais étant donné qu’ils n’ont plus d’abonnement, si les clients ne réclament pas, ils laissent payer la sortie de parking, ce qui est normalement prévu dans le prix. Et le pire, c’est que cela fait plusieurs fois que je loue une voiture et les deux dernières fois j’ai dû me déplacer à l’aéroport Pour réclamer mes cautions non restituées

Pros: I don’t rent the car eventually as the transactions were being done from the back of a car boot and they had no office.

Pros: The pick-up spot: if you exit the airport, walk across the parking lot towards the exit booth, there is a trailer to the left of it, look for the employees with the red vests. Organization seems a bit busy sometimes, but always a good new vehicle, friendly employees, no problems with the car and deposit paid back promptly. 3rd time renting. You can pay vehicle rent with european debit (Meastro) and deposit with regular credit card. Reliable and no haggling with prices, easy. Will choose again.

Cons: Dirty car inside and outside. Also I had to pay for parking when gate out of their car park, which was strange, and stuff in charge from car park said that they have nothing to do with rental company.

Cons: We had to pay to get the car out of the parking lot. Luckily we took some cash out in the airport to buy a sim card, otherwise we wouldn't have had any money to pay with. Also they only accepted cash and it was after 11pm .

Pros: Rated condition of car low but I actually feel thats a good thing. There was nothing wrong mechanically it was just a bit scratched and dirty but that feels easier than an immaculate car. They were relaxed about it but noted everything down professionally and gave us the space to check it over. We got the extra insurance as it wasn't expensive and the reps were great

Cons: the booing stated meet and greet but there was no one there and one of the other travel reps had to go and find someone for us. The actual pick up was in the airport car park, so we could have found our way there with instruction rather than wait for someone. A minor problem.

Even though I wasn't able to use my credit card, for a small extra fee (my own fault) I was allowed to use my debit card for the deposit. Rent with confidence !!! (coming from a pretty paranoid guy :)) )

Cons: No office, no umbrellas, scorching heat in the parking lot. Their office is the boot of a long forgotten car. And that's why they look a bit dodgy. But if you can go past that, everything else is spot on. We 10/10 recommend !!!

Cons: Horrible company. First we booked a car to 01h00 and nobody was there plus the contact number was turned off at night. Then the car had bad tires, totally used and one even explode. I needed to change it with the spare and next day went to a garage to repair it. To drop off nobody was there. Needed to wait 30 minutes to somebody appear. Really horrible service! Totally not recommended. Its better pay more and use another rental company!

Pros: We were a bit skeptical when we picked up our vehicle as it was dinged up. We did over 2000 km in our car with absolutely no problems. It took s everywhere we wanted to go. It was a good surprise. I definitely would rent from them again. Price is very reasonable.

Pros: It is absolutely the cheapest car rental agency that can be found in Marrakech. The thing we liked the most is that we get a car that is in excellent condition and it served us amazingly good (we travelled across the whole country in it, more than 2000 km), but it had some scratches, which made the whole renting process a lot easier - we were much more relaxed about not to make the smallest scratch (which we didn't!), since the car was already had a few.

As soon as I started to show some opposition, they let me go without paying anything but because I really did no damage. The guy even asked me to show some video of the car condition when I picked it up. The thing is that the paper that they gave me didn't mention any damage because they took the good one with them and gave me a blank one. Really bad behaviour from them.

Pros: The service was quick and no hassle! Our attendant met us in the parking lot after we called him and got through the paperwork in about 10 minutes. We documented damage and worried he would try to scam us (due to reading reviews of other companies in Morocco) but he did not and we had no problems.

Cons: It was a little difficult to get a hold of our attendant to return the car 2 hours earlier than we had specified, but once we did it was no problem. The deposit held as pending on our credit card for about 3 weeks before it disappeared, I would have liked for that to be quicker, but otherwise no problems.

Cons: The cars we hired were absolutely covered in damage. One of them broke down not even 200 yards outside of the airport because they gave it to us with 0 fuel. 2 days later the fuel was leaking so they had to swap the car. Our car has a full tank of fuel and I asked for the replacement to have the same amount. They brought it with at least £15 worth less fuel than agreed and still haven't given me the money back. The cars were rubbish and the company is rubbish. Do not use them.

Pros: As the other reviewers have pointed out, yes you need to find Mr Tarik out on the parking lot. However, it was not difficult at all since he was on the phone answering my questions promptly. I got the car with no waiting and everything went smooth. The car was exactly what I had booked and it was spotless clean. I drove around 2000km in 4 days making a big tour of Morocco without any problems. Return of car also without problems, got the deposit back on the credit card very fast. Thank you!

Cons: The car pierced the tire 200 km from MArraquesh and the first contact sent back to Marrakesh to change the wheel (it was from another car). It was solved after a brief discussion. I recommend to anyone who uses this car rental to check the tires, the step if it belongs to the same car, the wheel wrench and the triangle.Film the car before you pick it up. Check all the risks in the bodywork, as they say that there is no problem but in the return they all check. Look the cigarettes holes at seat.

Cons: - we booked(and paid) two child seat and there was only one child seat and one maxy cosy available - one tire profile was very low - you should mention more clearly that the car driver must be the same person as the credit card owner. We had to pay for an additionnal driver that we didn't use.

They wanted us to pay in euro which was more than the price in dollars. When I booked the car it was booked in dollars. They tried to charge me more by saying that the exchange rate fluctuated. Exchange rates dont fluctuate that much to make a huge difference in price. Paid more than I was quoted
