Cons: When they moved out of parking lot it is more complicated. Location of their office is bad. Clerk while taking back the car speaks about dust on the car - in Morroco ?!?!?! Propper genuine IDIOT. The managers should strongly kick his dummy ass.

Cons: They moved from the long time parking to an office outside of the Airport. The transport service to the office is not as fast as it should be - the wait for the transport was this time quite a long one - the drive is short maybe 5 minuters or so - why to wait over 20 minutes ?

Cons: Unacceptable! The rental agency charged me €50 because I presented a business (commercial) credit card. The agent told me they do not accept commercial cards. In the end, they accepted it, but charged me €50 for it. I am requesting a refund of this amount from Discover Cars. Additionally, I paid an extra fee for a vehicle upgrade, which I did not receive because there were no upgraded vehicles available.

Cons: My bag was stolen from being pick up by location auto personnel to signing the contract at the location auto agency office and still waiting to get access to camera but nothing heard

Pros: I booked a small car for about 8 days and the price was really worth it tbh. They picked us up from airport and took us to their office which is about 4/5 mins away, signed the papers took the deposit, gave us a Kia Picanto and off we go. Returned the car and got my deposit back same day as simple as that… seemless experience. I would definitely use Location Autos again.

No one at pick up point when I arrived. Too dark to see car condition or fill in paperwork. Pick up point need improvement. Especially to identify where it is.

If they do not stop this they go out of business, total pure genuine idiocy. They should fire immediately that idiot which came with this absolutely stupid idea. Usually the clerks are fine - the one taking the car back was totaly RUDE -I have never seen such a thing in many years. I had a car from Location auto at least 15x times - but probably this was the last time.

Pros: The staff were by far the nicest and most helpful car rental staff I have ever met! We arrived very late into Marrakech after some terrible queues. It's was slightly tricky to find the rep as we hadn't called ahead but we just walked out to the car park and asked around. The staff were expecting us and were all ready. Carefully checked the car for all the usual pre-existing marks and scuffs. When it came to drop off they were also very helpful and friendly. No issues with the car.

However, since they don't have an office they do not receive any updates and were unaware that we were going to arrive later and that our rate had changed. We waited in the hot sun for an hour while a customer argued with them and then another half hour trying to explain our rate had changed. They gave us a dirty car with used front tires.

Organization seems a bit busy sometimes, but always a good new vehicle, friendly employees, no problems with the car and deposit paid back promptly. 3rd time renting. You can pay vehicle rent with european debit (Meastro) and deposit with regular credit card. Reliable and no haggling with prices, easy. Will choose again.

They were relaxed about it but noted everything down professionally and gave us the space to check it over. We got the extra insurance as it wasn't expensive and the reps were great

(coming from a pretty paranoid guy :)) )

Cons: Horrible company. First we booked a car to 01h00 and nobody was there plus the contact number was turned off at night. Then the car had bad tires, totally used and one even explode. I needed to change it with the spare and next day went to a garage to repair it. To drop off nobody was there. Needed to wait 30 minutes to somebody appear. Really horrible service! Totally not recommended. Its better pay more and use another rental company!

Pros: We were a bit skeptical when we picked up our vehicle as it was dinged up. We did over 2000 km in our car with absolutely no problems. It took s everywhere we wanted to go. It was a good surprise. I definitely would rent from them again. Price is very reasonable.

The thing we liked the most is that we get a car that is in excellent condition and it served us amazingly good (we travelled across the whole country in it, more than 2000 km), but it had some scratches, which made the whole renting process a lot easier - we were much more relaxed about not to make the smallest scratch (which we didn't!), since the car was already had a few.

Pros: The service was quick and no hassle! Our attendant met us in the parking lot after we called him and got through the paperwork in about 10 minutes. We documented damage and worried he would try to scam us (due to reading reviews of other companies in Morocco) but he did not and we had no problems.

Cons: It was a little difficult to get a hold of our attendant to return the car 2 hours earlier than we had specified, but once we did it was no problem. The deposit held as pending on our credit card for about 3 weeks before it disappeared, I would have liked for that to be quicker, but otherwise no problems.

Cons: The cars we hired were absolutely covered in damage. One of them broke down not even 200 yards outside of the airport because they gave it to us with 0 fuel. 2 days later the fuel was leaking so they had to swap the car. Our car has a full tank of fuel and I asked for the replacement to have the same amount. They brought it with at least £15 worth less fuel than agreed and still haven't given me the money back. The cars were rubbish and the company is rubbish. Do not use them.

Pros: As the other reviewers have pointed out, yes you need to find Mr Tarik out on the parking lot. However, it was not difficult at all since he was on the phone answering my questions promptly. I got the car with no waiting and everything went smooth. The car was exactly what I had booked and it was spotless clean. I drove around 2000km in 4 days making a big tour of Morocco without any problems. Return of car also without problems, got the deposit back on the credit card very fast. Thank you!

Cons: The problem is the pick up. They say you have to call to get your meet and greet with your name in the chart. My name was not anywhere. I couldn’t call. I had to ask for help to find the place. The lady was in a very bad mood blaming me for not having found the agent inside the airport

Cons: Host did not show up on agreed pick up date. I waited for him at the airport but he still did not show up so I had to go home and told him I would have to keep the car until the next day.He was screaming at me on the phone the next day when we finally met.

Pros: Nothing. This was the worst rental car experience I have had. The location and agent were not identifiable (no sign, no uniforms, just a person in the middle of the parking lot). When we did find Location Auto, it was hard to work with the representatives.

Cons: The rental desk and agent were impossible to find. They were unhelpful in checking in and getting us a vehicle efficiently. It made the experience very stressful.

Pros: Friendly very rep. But Be aware that the booking cost is not included in overall. I had to pay an extra £140.00 which equates to 1400.00 DH in local money. But I recieved my deposit which I paid on card of a total of £120.00

Pros: Good localization at MArraquesh airport e quickly droopf

Cons: The car pierced the tire 200 km from MArraquesh and the first contact sent back to Marrakesh to change the wheel (it was from another car). It was solved after a brief discussion. I recommend to anyone who uses this car rental to check the tires, the step if it belongs to the same car, the wheel wrench and the triangle.Film the car before you pick it up. Check all the risks in the bodywork, as they say that there is no problem but in the return they all check. Look the cigarettes holes at seat.

Cons: - we booked(and paid) two child seat and there was only one child seat and one maxy cosy available - one tire profile was very low - you should mention more clearly that the car driver must be the same person as the credit card owner. We had to pay for an additionnal driver that we didn't use.

Cons: Doesn't make you aware you have to wait 24hours for voucher. I didn't get car at time it was booked as voucher hadn't been received and had to return to the airport later in the evening to collect car.i incurred extra taxi fares traveling to and from the hotel as voucher received later than I needed.

Cons: Couldnt get a hold of customer service on the weekend. The car had balding tires, no working horn which are both dangerous, the USB port was broken, the face of the radio came off. They wanted us to pay in euro which was more than the price in dollars. When I booked the car it was booked in dollars. They tried to charge me more by saying that the exchange rate fluctuated. Exchange rates dont fluctuate that much to make a huge difference in price. Paid more than I was quoted

Cons: There were no tools in the car. We had a flat tire and were stuck out in the middle of nowhere.
