Prepaid Car Rental at Marrakech Airport

Pros: when collecting they were perfect!

Cons: when dropping off the car they made up artificial damage and charged my credit card telling me that Discovery would fully reimburse me since I was fully covered by Discovery insurance, When this was see on my booking the charges went up and up!!!

Pros: I didn’t like anything.

Cons: Firstly they don’t have an office. You meet them in the general airport car park. You do all your paperwork and payment in the car park. It didn’t feel secure at all. Secondly the we were given a very old car, five years old that had lost nicks and bumps and scratches on it. Even the windscreen had cracks in it. It wasn’t very clean. It was noisy and very rough to drive. Then in the first day of using it a fault light on the dashboard came on. The whole car was old and not fit to be driven.

Cons: Had to wait for the agent to get to me and also the car was delivered with hardly any fuel in it

Pros: Everything went perfectly smooth! The car was great, the takeover easy, the price was amazingly low. Lastly, they come off as serious actors.

Pros: It was affordable, I added full coverage. When I return the car there was not hiding fees. Just very simple to the point. I will highly recommend it

Cons: Arrivée seulement à 14h30 La location est hors aéroport Voiture toute rayée De plus panne d essence puisque le loueur n’a pas laissé une goutte Le temps de trouver une pompe essence je suis tombé en panne lorsque j ai appelé plus de crédit et le loueur n’a pas cherché à me rappeler J ai dû marcher pour d abord acheter un jerricane à mes frais et mettre de l essence et ensuite un temps précieux pour retrouver mon véhicule puisque je connais pas bien Marrakech Encore une expérience ratée

Pros: Not you regular car rental experience. They charged my credit card for the deposit instead of holding the amount and releasing it once the car was returned. I have to dispute the deposit with my credit card company. I’ve reached out to Prepaid Car Rental and they have not been helpful with Assisting me getting my deposit of USD1,300 at all. They keep saying it will be returned soon.

Cons: The deposit experience and lack of communication to get my money back. They also tried to make me pay in cash at the beginning and were very reluctant to have me pay for the car on my credit card. A red flag at the beginning for sure.

Cons: - Disputation about car cleanliness when returning. I believe we were not asked to return cleaned car, the staff said we were. But no extra charges were applied. - Damage policy (fixed prices for various damages) and refund procedures (paying the damage to rental company and then claiming for refung from agent) not explained nor available during pick-up. - Somehow lax communication when cooperation for the claim needed after rental.

Pros: absolutely nothing

Cons: The tyre was so bald it blew up and nearly killed us. On repair we found out it had allready been repaired 5 times!!! manual says change at 7000km i doubt this was done within 70000K!

Pros: la voiture était récente

Cons: feux mal réglés, voiture à récupérer sur le parking de l'aéroport de marrakech mais aucune indication, et le personnel qui est venu récupéré la voiture nous a arnaqué de 200 dirhams prétextant que la voiture était trop sale. je n'ai pas eu le droit de mettre mon propre commentaire sur le bon de retour et je n'ai reçu absolument aucun document (contrat, facture ou autre) après avoir rendu la voiture alors que l'agence dispose de mon whatsapp et sûrement de mon adresse email. Je ne recommande pas.

Pros: The pick-up guys were very efficient. The drop-off was very fast and easy (but we didn't sign any paper)

Cons: the car was quite damaged, we had to take many pictures before riding it to prove none of the scratches were ours. Still looking for the money blocked in the credit card (guess it'll take one more week) No power steering (stronger arms but sore too haha), no airbags for passenger nor ABS.

Pros: Promptness at the pick up of the car

Cons: Condition of the car, the empty tank of gas.
