Cons: I booked a Citroen C3. In the terminal at the company counter I was given the keys to a Hyundai. In the parking lot, I discovered it was an i10. A fair replacement? Are they the same class of car? Good thing there is a company branch in the parking lot where I was instantly exchanged the i10 for a Seat Arona. Unpleasant, why should I have to prove anything, change anything..... Just give me a car of the right class.

Cons: Top Car was a complete letdown. The signposting to collect the car was awful – I had to go to the car and then back into the terminal. The car itself was badly scratched and damaged, so I had to take about 50 photos just to protect myself. The worst part was the staff – unhelpful, unfriendly, and clearly uninterested in offering any kind of service. No smiles, just grunts and cold stares. Only the guy at the end was okay, but overall this was a stressful, unpleasant experience.

After 45 minutes of waiting I asked another lady behind the counter whether she would be serving, she nodded. 20 minutes later she went onto a counter and served. We arrived late at night with a 3 year old and 7 month old both of whom were getting very upset and tired, the lady could see this was happening but made no efforts to help us or apologise. Awful customer service.

On returning the car again no handover when parking up. Asked by receptionist if can was ok and we said yes. Much prefer a proper handover

This was what took so much time picking the car up trying to document all the damage with photos and video. The car was over due a service and was not the cleanest I have experienced from Topcar. I am using them aging in May so I am hoping for better things.

Everything was fine, but it was my first time renting a car and it was dark when we picked it up. I would have been much more comfortable if all the scratches and damages were notified.

After I picked a car and leave the airport I stopped at the petroil station that was just next to airport. When I tried to continue I found that the car battery was flat. First I tried to reach costumer service but it was closed, I managed to start a car just only thanks to the help of the station employee.

Pros: It's my third time renting from TopCar and I always had good experiences. Helpful, efficient staff and good vale for money.

Cons: Normally I would expect the rental car to have at least half a tank full (ideally full to full as it is the easiest to return with the same level). My rental car this time had so low fuel level that the fuel light was on - not only this was a little annoying as I had to get fuel straight away at 22.30 but it was basically impossible for me to return the car with such low level of fuel. I ended up returning it with more for which I am not entitled for any refund.

Cons: We arrived at 1am, from discover cars was promised that top car representative will wait for us. After arrival nobody waited, nobody picked up the phone.. we had to pay taxi to our department and again in the morning for pick up the car - no refund, no appologise..

Pros: No hanging around. Desk in terminal well staffed. Easy return.

Cons: All good except car interior a bit grubby especially windscreen.

Cons: Horrible 100 meter lane and 90 minutes queuing to get the car while all the other car rental booths were empty

Cons: We had to queue for over an hour to get to the desk.

Cons: I had to ask them 10 times to sign the paper that care was damaged and the fuel was not full, they told me just take a photo you do not have to write it on the paper you have full insurance. Be carful first you sign the blank paper be or you see the car if not you will not get it, but you get one more paper so really look the car write all on that second paper and get there signature and take foto of the agreement. We did not have problems, they were friendly but you never know.

Cons: Top car tried to give us a car which had a lot more damage than indicated and on further inspection had a damaged tyre which I found meaning we couldn't rent that car. They didn't have an automatic car in the group we had booked so we had to make do with a manual and on first inspection that was dirty too and old. It was then washed whilst my family had to wait. It came back after 30 mins and then we could get it. I would like to get my money back, please.

Pros: Loved the person that was at the counter and the fact that for a small fee I could take full insurance!!

Pros: Car was relative new, less then 40000km. I found easy to find drop off zone.

Cons: Our plane were late and there were nobody at the pick up desc. We had to spend half night at the airport. I found the car interior dirty. I had to clean inside the windows, to see thru them. Even the, windscreen wiper was worn, didn't do its job.

Cons: Being given a worse car with a manual transmission but charged for a premium car (not the one I ordered), I was told that the fuel tank will be full and was charged for it! but it wasn't, had to wait for 2 hrs for in the queue to pick up the car after a later arrival... I had to pay a deposit on arrival with the agent even though I paid for cover and am still waiting for the return of the money.

Cons: Said the fuel was full, it was half full but only realised after picking up the car. However on return said it was fine !

Cons: I picked up the car from one place and dropped it off to another place, where the service provider didn't have an office. They didn't offered me any information about this and I spent approx. half an hour searching for the place to drop off the car.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and efficient staff who guided me through the rental process seamlessly. The car itself was in immaculate condition, clean, and well-maintained, reflecting the company's commitment to quality.

Cons: However, if I were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be the absence of a mobile phone holder for navigation purposes within the vehicle. While this may seem like a minor inconvenience, having a dedicated holder would have enhanced the convenience and safety of navigating unfamiliar roads during my travels.

Pros: Couldn’t supply the 9 seater Car we had booked , stating that DiscoverCars had changed the car to a 7 seater

Cons: They weren’t able to handle the number of passengers waiting to collect their vehicles. Took over an hour to get the paperwork done and collect the keys.

Cons: Certainly NOT!!! I made sure to ask for full coverage on a car rental and when we arrived to pick up the car the agent told us that the coverage that we paid was NOT their coverage So we had to pay twice!!! Upon my return I send an email to Discover car to hear that them say that I should not have taken another coverage YET on the other end they told me I would not be covered SCAM!!!

Cons: There was a massive queue at the airport issuing desk and the clerks were working very slowly. We appeared to be waiting with people who had not reserved a car in advance. We had a reservation and expected to pick up the key without delay, but it took 90 minutes' waiting time. Totally unacceptable.

Cons: the child seat was ancient. looked as if used for 10+ years, also no isofix on the child seat while all cars in europe starting 2011 are reguired to have isofix mounts was really dissapointing

Pros: No problem with the vehicle. It was a good match for the type selected when booking, and exceeded our expectations. Polite and efficient service at airport terminal office.

Cons: Disinterested service from the collection kiosk in the parking area. Gave me the key, name of vehicle model and just pointed at the car. Would have appreciated some helpful information as regards the drop off procedure, as the one-way car parking system at Tenerife South Airport is confusing.
