Pros: Car was as requested. 5 seats and plenty of room for luggage.

Cons: Long wait at desk on arrival. Not shown damage. I found later that my signature was attached to all the photos of previous damage and I was not taken through it at pickup. Cars are parked very close together and difficult to inspect. On drop off the agent tried to charge for damage which was clearly in the photos. Advice is to take high res photos of every single inch of the car else they have got you. Had 3rd party excess cover which they played to imo.

Pros: Agent at desk was excellent.

Cons: The original car had a bad smell (we had to get it changed), and not enough agents at rental desk.

Cons: The outside had a lot of scratches. Some of which weren't reported. We took pictures, but upon return of course they found another one. Since we didn't have CDW this was our problem. Even after this he clearly didn't add any of the other unreported scratches.

Cons: I asked for a VW GOLF and I received a Toyota Corala (berline). We were traveling with special transport (bike), so there was not enough space in the Toyota to put the bike in, that’s why we asked for a Golf. But the agent proposed us another car.

Cons: We had a flat tyre just less than a couple of hours after picking up the car. It was extremely difficult to get hold of the customer support by calling the number provided. We had to use other office number to get through in the end. We were told by the customer service that we need to try to fix the problem by ourselves and if not, we had to pay the rescue service. We had been waiting for more than four hours before getting another car. It cost us more than 200 euro.

Cons: When I collected it, I noticed some scratches which were not explained to me. I signed a page of basic agreement details, but found later in the documentation the Original Damages page with my signature applied on it. When I returned the cathe member of staff who came to review, said after a quick look that there is a new damage which I should pay for. I was charged 140€ for a damage I surely didn’t do. He seemed determined to present this scratch as new. It seemed that he knew it beforehand.

Pros: I actually got an upgrade, very nice car, more spacious and powerful than what I have reserved. Not that clean but was OK. The stuff was very helpful.
