Cons: We had a flat tyre just less than a couple of hours after picking up the car. It was extremely difficult to get hold of the customer support by calling the number provided. We had to use other office number to get through in the end. We were told by the customer service that we need to try to fix the problem by ourselves and if not, we had to pay the rescue service. We had been waiting for more than four hours before getting another car. It cost us more than 200 euro.
Pros: The car they gave me , was exactly the same as the car I ordered.

Cons: When I collected it, I noticed some scratches which were not explained to me. I signed a page of basic agreement details, but found later in the documentation the Original Damages page with my signature applied on it. When I returned the cathe member of staff who came to review, said after a quick look that there is a new damage which I should pay for. I was charged 140€ for a damage I surely didn’t do. He seemed determined to present this scratch as new. It seemed that he knew it beforehand.
Pros: I actually got an upgrade, very nice car, more spacious and powerful than what I have reserved. Not that clean but was OK. The stuff was very helpful.

A young driver fee of 17.25 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 25, with a maximum of 172.50 EUR per rental.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional charges will be applied.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
