Pros: Very friendly staff at the airport location, who go through all the points of the contract with you. Easy pick-up and return of the vehicle without any hassle. No extra fees or costs on pick-up, what was booked in advance applies, no extra insurance, etc.

Cons: Returning the vehicle at the airport was extremely quick: park the vehicle, hand over the keys, done! I don't know yet whether this is a negative point, but it's positive for the departure date. However, the vehicle already had several scratches when I picked it up (I photographed them in advance), which were not “discussed” either when I picked it up or when I returned it. As long as I don't receive a claim for damages weeks later, I'll still consider this a positive point...

Pros: Efficient service. Very clear process. Had slight issue with car on 2nd day. Brought a replacement car to my hotel- upgrade too, within 30mins of making the call.

Pros: We have a problem when we arrived we mised our flight and come to airport 2 days later. I called Cicar on tenerife and they said everything is ok. When we arrived 4 employ of cicar said the reservation was canceled and we can get the same price everything is problem after about half hour come one guy and solved everything we get the same price and better car and everithing was ok. I Dont remeber his name because we was in stress. If you read this - thank you, you saved our vacation.

Pros: The car was almost new, only 25k km. Well equiped car, was perfect for our holiday.

Pros: The car had the gas tank on empty when we got it. We fill up the whole tank of gas; then we found out the car was wabling when we were hitting the breaks on the freeway, at spreds over 95 km/h. We did not want ti change the car so we dont lose the full tank of gas

Cons: The car was not in a great condition. The internal boot cover was broken as was the floor mat in the boot. There was also a minor vibration at higher speeds and the tires didn’t match. Overall it was a fine car, however.

Pros: The queue was a long wait after a long flight, however this wasn't the staff's fault, it was a long queue and they worked as fast as they could. I would recommend and use Cicar again

Pros: We had to change our car after collecting late at night it was a large car and we had ordered a small one, but the staff were efficient and helpful

Cons: Our flight had been delayed by 1 hour the lady who was in the cicar office said in future if we did not put the flight number on our paper work the office will not remain open for us. I travel a lot and usually do put my flight number on the form, my mistake but maybe tell customers how important flight number is.

Cons: The signs at Tenerife South airport send you to the drop off point, not the separate collection point. The number of staff were not sufficient to deal with the huge numbers, leading to a nearly 2 hour queue. The staff didn't tell me they'd given me a Manual transmission car rather than the Automatic transmission car I'd paid for.
