Pros: I liked the attention by some staff when we found the car. Anna was very helpful in amending paperwork (i.e adjusting the fuel amount on the paperwork to reflect the actual amount in the car) and provided options for a different vehicle if we wanted to change.
Cons: The initial process had a hard sell on extra insurance (80 Euros) that was not needed. Although we booked the car a while earlier we recalled we had taken the full insurance to waiver all costs. Fortunately we found the small print on the paperwork advising us to decline this, and to pay the refundable deposit. This hard sell for andditional unnecessary insurance, especially after a long journey, was annoying.
Pros: Car was ready and keys handed to me at the service desk in the airport terminal. In the past I have had to take the confirmation page to the office in the car park across from the terminal to collect the key, which took more time.
Cons: Queuing at the service desk for nearly an hour to collect confirm the contract and collect the key.
Pros: Topcar provided an A+ service.
Cons: The car was quite dirty when collected. Other than that, service was excellent.
