Pros: Easy to find the Top car desk, instructions were easy to follow. The car was very clean and comfortable.
Pros: TopCar tried to give me an old car, then a 2nd car with no sockets working.
Cons: They repaid my deposit back £40 short!!
Pros: Receptionist very helpful and efficient, had us on our way in no time.
Cons: A conflation of recent of payment/summary at end of hire would be nice touch. Was not a problem, but there was old chocolate in the rear door handle and some old very slight damage on the rear arch, would be nice to have a hand over that had noticed the slight damage, wife was worried about any issues.
Pros: The lady at the desk in Tenerife advised me to top up my insurance which provided me peace of mind during the holiday. The car was also new and immaculate
Cons: There was a bit of a queue on collection - but that was my fault for being a bit slow in getting to the desk.
Pros: Friendly staff, working frantically to attend to customers.
Cons: Car AC and general condition for a smooth drive should be checked regularly. Very unhappy with the car provided and should seek to provide cars as described on the web pages or similar.

Pros: Very easy and straightforward to hire the car. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Cons: Downgraded at desk and given 'free' half tank of fuel which was a kind gesture. However, given a 5+2 seater instead of 7 seater, which was a bit cramped for a family of 6 adults, and the engine size struggled to cope with us all on hills!
Pros: The service was excellent and the staff very polite. The vehicle was clean and in super condition.
Cons: Waiting nearly an hour to pick up the car at the airport

Cons: They provided a bright orange Qubo - but we soon got used to it. It was nicknamed The Satsuma by our family!

Cons: I was a bit worried that I will be blamed for the pre existing car scratches/imperfections
Cons: Returning was a bit chaotic. I appreciate there was a large number of flights departing but a designated return zone would solve that problem. €6 per day for the top up insurance is fine for a five or six day trip but for a two week trip it become excessive at close to €100. Think you could do better on that subject.
