Cons: Based a short way from airport though quick service once we arrived.

Pros: It looks like the company is there for long term: they strive provide good service. Good value for money. Car condition was good. Friendly staff. Electronic registration of car damages with photos. I like it, as it removes ground for potential issues. Quick drop off.

Cons: A bit too long wait time in the queue. The car was clean, but could have been a bit cleaner. Front glass needed a clean from the inside. It took a few extra minutes to find the shuttle bus. Maybe the instruction on how to find it can be make a bit clearer.

Pros: The process was really quick and easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Also be awate to rent the child car seat was more expensive than the actual car rental lol

Cons: The break of the car was not 100%, it is an issue due to mountain terrain. The digital documentation is fast and easy, but you never see what you are actually signing.

Pros: The second transportation to the location was smooth and kind. The dropping of the car and return transportation was very smooth.

Cons: The first transportation was ridiculous: we were invited to the bus, and then 5 minutes later we had to leave it as the driver forgot to check that how many seat was available. While the car condition was physically ok -except the large amount of scratches-, at every start we had to hear the auto warning "You should visit the service 45-51 (!) days before". A also hate the the painful process what the made due to deposit (not only with us, but I heard the chat with peer customer).

Pros: The first agent on pick-up was very nice and helpful.

Cons: Go by car gave us a car with NO OIL in it!! It started smoking up everyone we tried going up long steep hills. As we did not want to burn the engine we asked them to bring us another car. They said they could not do that and would send us a tow truck to pick it up and we would have to go back to their office to get another car (over an hour away) we waited 3 hours for them They charged us almost 300 euros for the tow truck! So them not putting oil in the car resulted in us loosing a day of

Cons: The car was in quite poor condition, lots of scratches on the outside and stains everywhere on the inside. I received about 20 pictures by email upon pickup, asking me to inspect the car and let them know if there were more scratches; imagine how long that took. And when you start driving, you start hearing all kinds of strange noises, not a well maintained car The shuttle takes long to fill up, we waited for half hour to get going; it’s a short drive to and from the airport, under 10 minutes.

Pros: All very smooth and easy, great service and car, reasonable price.

Cons: Shuttle bus took a while to collect me originally, more than the 10-15 minutes advertised, more like 25, I presume due to the fact I was the only one being collected at that time.

Pros: We were served very quickly and the guy at the desk was very friendly. Though the rented car had many dents and damages from the previous times it was rented, the guy explained it all carefully. We did take videos and pictures of it all ourselves too (just in case). When we handed the car back there was no issues and we managed to complete the procedure very quickly. The guy who checked our car said it was all fine.

Cons: The car we recieved was not cleaned properly... it was still muddy from the previous use. But we did not mind that too much.

Recommended by the desk to take photos but my photos only showed 2 additional scratches and suprise, suprise they found another on return, in an area not covered by photos. The charge was amazingly equal to the cost of the insurance I had declined. Also the car had an oil warning message but my email I sent on pickup bounced back from the firm. If you can go for a reputable firm like Cicar.

Cons: The car allocated had approx 20 body defects, all highlighted on a document emailed to me with photos. This is difficult to check properly on a phone. When I returned the car the agent tried to claim I had caused some more damage. Luckily I had taken a full video of the condition of the car when I collected it so could therefore prove the damage was pre existing. Goby Car should not be renting out cars with so many defects.

Pros: The taller service gentleman gave us the best advice when we picked up the car. He recognized that the email sent to us via the phone was fraudulent. The pictures were numerous and deceptive and incredibly hard to qualify. There was damaged not recorded and damaged shown in pictures that was not evident on the car itself. He suggested that we just video the entire car to ensure our own interest.

Cons: We felt victimized by this company. We had to ensure the charges we corrected and we were forced to have 2 drivers listed because of the credit card used. Big companies do NOT do that.

Cons: The car was below the standard I expected and had lots of superficial damage and scratches. We were told to inspect it before leaving. It was pitch black so we couldn’t. When it was dropped off, the staff implied I had scratched the car until I showed him a photo.

Cons: Shuttle bus that is supposed to be every 10-15 minutes was not present. For pick up we needed to wait almost one hour to be picked up! On car return we also needed to wait around 25-30 minutes to be taken to the airport.

Cons: The agent was a jerk. Wouldn’t rent me the car unless I purchased the full protection plan. So I never got the car.

Pros: This has been by far the best service provided by a car rental company. Excellent customer service and hassle free. Everything was quick and straight forward and they above and beyond to acomódate you. I would definitely use them again.

Pros: Excellent money-to-value ratio and the car was pretty decent. Car dropping of happened really fast and 10 minutes after arriving we were already on our way to airport.

Cons: The beginning was unfortunate - we arrived at the airport and saw how a guy holding "GoByCar" sign was taking off from the airport, so we had to wait 25min for next bus. When we arrived, there were 2 agents, but right at the moment when queue came to us, the second agent said sorry and run away. Also, we found out that the deposit can not be made with debit card, so we had to buy full insurance. The car had issues with back left wheel pressure and was constantly reminding about need for service

Pros: The car was good and just what we needed. The guy that made the check outside was super friendly and helpful.

Cons: Customer service was talking bad about me in front of me in Spanish, thinking I do not understand. They called me weird, because I called 2 times to ask where the pick up person is and I ended up waiting an hour in the airport. To them that made me weird.

Pros: Workers were very kind and helpful. The car was very nice. There were some additional dings on it when we picked it up, but thankfully, we took pictures before we left the agency and could prove it to the agent when we returned.

Cons: We struggled to find the shuttle, so that was a bit of a bummer. Then the poor guy working the night we picked up the car was working all by himself and he was slammed. We had to wait quite a while, but it wasn't his fault. He just needed help!

Cons: I booked via discoverycars.com and took their kasko insurance. I was then told that there was another insurance from your company available and suggested to take it. I felt like that was not nicely coordinated and I felt a bit pushed to take the other insurance.

Pros: The Rental process was super easy and quick. The car provider extended my reservation without any problems. Deposit was returned same day I returned a car. Transfer from and to the TFS airport was quick and driver easy to find.

Cons: The only concern I have is that the car itself was not exactly I expected. I booked compact elite class car and got Kia stonic that should’ve been classified as compact elite. I needed a big trunk and this car had a small one. Additionally, engine with no power.

Unfortunately, at the pick-up I only photographed the obvious damage because when the car was handed over to me it was raining heavily and I hadn't noticed that small scratch

Cons: The rental agent tried by 4 different reasons to overcharge me. Also she mentioned me that the car I had booked wasn’t able to be driven in hilled roads of Tenerife and I should pay more to take a better one. Finally I denied everything and the car was fine.

Cons: Difficult to find the shuttle bus staff at the airport as they did not have any signs. They did not accept debit card for the deposit.

Pros: The car was good value ($69 for a week). Although I would suggest a more powerful car if you are driving into the hills in the north.

Cons: GobbyCar is committing fraud by pretending I did not pay them $408 for a repair. They will not send me documents needed so that my insurance will cover it and they want me to send the money again even though I sent them evidence that it has already been paid!

Pros: They picked us from airport very fast with a shuttle bus, which was in front waiting for us when arrived. Car was new and clean. After car drop off the shuttle took us back to airport again very fast. Very smooth process, I would chose them again.

Pros: I did not like the fact that by the time we had got through passport Controle. GobyCar had closed. we then had to pay for a taxi 2 ways. with the cost of that i would have saved money by picking up a car from the terminal.
