Please note that there is no Avis/Budget/Turisprime desk at the airport. Once the customer has pick up their luggage, they will take the exit door just in front of the luggage hall. They must exit the building and head left from the exit gate. The bus parking area is located 400mt from the terminal building. Bus stop numbers E06 and E07. Color blue.

Cons: A bit dirty car. Windshield was very dirty, both from the inside and outside. Also there was no windshield wiper fluid.

Pros: The return service was quick and honest, the check in surveyed the car and declared there and then there was no new damage. They imediately confirmed this by email, getting rid of the worry that they would try to claim against your deposit, Well Done AVIS.

Cons: In tenerife South airpoprt they are off site, you have to walk the entire lengh of the airport terminal, to find the bus stop to take you to collection. there were no Avis represetitives at the Airport to ask.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Canary Islands.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
