Despite only one small defect on pick-up report, the car was damaged all over, dents and scratches, causing worries that we´d have to fight every dent and scratch missing from the pick-up report. This however did not materialize, drop off was quick and smooth.

You have to be very careful there, because they add an insurance to the contract that you never asked for and makes no sense, but costs 260 EUR for 11 days. By the way If you needed insurance, you can buy it online for less than 7 EUR per day!

The car model was nothing like the one we wanted. We were 'upgraded' but the car was nothing like the smaller one we requested. When asked to not upgrade, I was told I'm having the upgraded car anyway as the one I wanted was no available. Upon return of the car you wait 30+ mins to go to the airport.
