Pros: The car was in good condition. I got Dacia. It did its job for what I needed it for. I do not like that make of car - Dacia, but that is my preference. Overall I was satisfied. I paid for full coverage, but when I got to Tenerife airport I have been asked to pay over 100 euro more if I want to get AA coverage as well. I didn't get it.

Despite only one small defect on pick-up report, the car was damaged all over, dents and scratches, causing worries that we´d have to fight every dent and scratch missing from the pick-up report. Samuel was amazing and helped us to the car with our luggage and fitted the baby seat (I hope I’ve spelt your name correctly) We used a different company the previous year at the same airport and it was a complete nightmare and a scam! Looked like it had been in a sand storm and the wheels had looked like they'd never been cleaned from new... Coated in brake dust!

You have to be very careful there, because they add an insurance to the contract that you never asked for and makes no sense, but costs 260 EUR for 11 days. By the way If you needed insurance, you can buy it online for less than 7 EUR per day!

Cons: Fraudsters. The company manager wanted to blame me for breaking the car body, which I did not do. The deposit on the credit card has not yet been unblocked. The car was Chinese, and I ordered a Ford Fiesta

Cons: They ware nagging me for buying additional insurance although in the web search the insurance was clearly included. There was no car that I have picked on the website. Record-go gave me the Chinese knockoff car "Dr" which was big, clunky, used too much gas and has not enough power to move around hills of Tenerife. Car was leaking windshield fluid which made it impossible to clean the windshields and had issues with dipped lights (they were not working) as well as internal lights (not working)

Cons: rental agent, I was confused about deposit payment methods and amount, insurance conditions given did not match the conditions i was given from discovercars.com reservation papers

Cons: the transfere between the airport and and the office wasent so easy form me, because I am a surfer and they didnt have a bus where I could fit my equipment... the time I spent in the office was soooo long. And they dindt have roof rack for rent. It is strange because Tenerife is very popular place for surfers and windsurfers

Pros: They had the best deal at the time of our booking. Didn't take the extra insurance and they didn't try to upsell. Fair documentation of car damages before pick up and no tricks that you can sometimes experience in other countries played to get extra money od you.

Cons: The location is about 10 mins from the airport and the shuttle bus runs about every 20 mins so calculate extra time in.

Pros: They didn't try and make a charge up when returning.

Cons: No organisation is the main issue. The reception to collect is unorganised with people pushing in front of each other. The time taken to go through the paperwork to receive the car is lengthy. The car model was nothing like the one we wanted. We were 'upgraded' but the car was nothing like the smaller one we requested. When asked to not upgrade, I was told I'm having the upgraded car anyway as the one I wanted was no available. Upon return of the car you wait 30+ mins to go to the airport.

Cons: I was charged twice as much as I was supposed to pay

Cons: It’s off airport and the shuttle drivers are miserable. On the way back there was a mad rush for the shuttle causing arguments as everyone couldn’t get on. This would really stop me from using them again despite the great car. Needs more organsisatoln

Pros: Service was absolutely awful, flight was delayed we arrived at 21:50 and there was no shuttle bus waiting for us as the office closes at 2200 with no exceptions.

Cons: Lack of customer care

Cons: Took about an hour between queueing and dealing with rental agent. Rental agent took calls while dealing with us. There was no obvious queue - people were just standing around - the rental agents weren’t advising people what to do. We submitted all our info online prior to the rental and had to write it all out again by hand on a piece of paper. Never came across a more inefficient car rental company. Will never go with ye again.

Pros: They price was different when i went there to collect the van plus they guve me different car and i paid 100 pound deposit but they refund only £82

Pros: The first agent was very nice.

Cons: The agent where we dropped of our car was not so friendly and listening. The conditions on the phone were different then they told us in person.

Cons: Big deposit, do not accept Apple Pay, inflexibility (if you want to extend rental - you have to drive to their office 🤦‍♂️)
