Cons: problem with "full-to-full" policy. I've been on gas stadion 25 km before rental office and guy tells me that it will be 50 euro purchase, or I need to go for closer gas station, because policy was "max 10 km away from rental office"

Cons: The front window was messy from the inside of the car. When we were dropping a car at night, we were supposed to use a voucher for taxi for 6 people, but taxi provider informed us that is not having a car for 6 people, that affect with a lot of stress, changing the plans on how to get all people into the airport and affected with a delay over 30 minutes to get to the airport.

Pros: Stay away from Avis/Budget - they are super inconveniently located and it will take at least one hour for you first get to the rental and second to get the actual car which by the way you will not have a chance to check for damages before signing the contract including agreeing on its condition.They also put a deposit by physically taking the money away from you card instead of blocking it- it may make a difference if if dont have an account in Euro.

Cons: Besides what I already wrote, car was dirty inside with plenty of stains on all seats. But the worts part is that they send me invoice stating that I returned car with 7/8 full tank and that they will charge me with extra payment of 55 euro for that. I happened to take a photo of receipt which states I put 53litres of gasoline from station 3km away before returning a car and I compared it with tank capacity of exactly the model of car I had - either 50 or 55l capacity depending on a version.

Pros: The staff were helpful at the pick up office. There is a good pick up service from the airport once you find the bus stop. Pick up and drop off were very quick and easy. The car provided was clean inside and good value for money.

Cons: It was not clear where the bus stop was for the pick up service no clear on how regular the bus was. Once a Jet2 rep explained where the stop was it was easy enough to find and the bus service was just a short 10 min ride. The outside of the car was dirty, and the windscreen washers did not work properly - this was a problem when it rained.
