Cons: The Budget car rental office is located outside the airport. There is no clear indication of the airport terminal where you can find the transfer bus.

Cons: A rental car covered with a thick layer of dust which obviously stood there for quite a long time. I could hardly look through the front window with the sun in my face.

Cons: Having to get a shuttle to the rental office isn't ideal. Also, the only way I knew which bus stop to go to, was by asking a rep of another rental company. This needs to be improved.

Pros: Disappointed that Budget showed no compassion when I had my driving licence stolen and they cancelled my booking even though the local police said I was still OK to drive. For that reason will never use Budget again.

Pros: The staff were helpful at the pick up office. There is a good pick up service from the airport once you find the bus stop. Pick up and drop off were very quick and easy. The car provided was clean inside and good value for money.

Cons: It was not clear where the bus stop was for the pick up service no clear on how regular the bus was. Once a Jet2 rep explained where the stop was it was easy enough to find and the bus service was just a short 10 min ride. The outside of the car was dirty, and the windscreen washers did not work properly - this was a problem when it rained.
