Pros: Return of the car and voucher for a taxi from the agency to the airport, outside the agency's working hours. Fast and good.

Cons: Imposing their insurance, even though you've already paid for it through the portal. In fact, this is a problem with all agencies.

Pros: Early drop off went smooth and well organized with a taxi transfer to the airport due to being out of working hours. Blocked Car deposit received on next day so faster comparing to another companies.

Cons: Even I have checked in online upon arrival I had to wait and go through all my details etc. Furthermore the person who was in charge of my pick up was too cheeky and made me angry trying to sell me an additional insurance as well as scaring me about consequences of not having insurance with them which went over my limit. He also asked me to fill fuel tank up from the closest gas station and present a receipt when I drop the car off otherwise I could be charged for extra fuel.

Pros: Very easy to use, better car than expected and very slick checking on return

Cons: I was treated very poorly with pressure to take out their expensive cover which was nearly £250 on top of car hire of about £130. I told the manager had annual policy to cover any possible damages . He refuted this cover and pressured hard to pay their insurance. Queues of people were waiting so it was difficult to keep insisting because many had been waiting 2 hours. I was left to find the assigned car in a dark yard at 10pm. No instructions given. Told car was full. It was less than half.

Cons: Slow checkin.Online checkin not working b4 we left. é80 extra for MAPFRE -this is usually free. We paid for extra driver BUT no proof of insurance so i had to do all the driving. The staff a mix of truculent and very friendly, strong smell of skunk rear of the office. Female employee bantered with co-workers how tired she was from a weekend drinking, getting stoned and coked up. More unsuitable banter too which stopped once they realised we understand a lot of spanish and speak a lot more!

Pros: I liked the option of the car, they gave to me. Quite a recent car so very pleasant to drive.

Cons: At the time of pickup, I felt the explanation provided was vague and lacked transparency. I found myself in a situation where, after a brief and unclear discussion, I felt pressured to sign for and accept coverage that I did not genuinely need.The consequence was that this rental ended up costing me significantly more than I had initially intended or budgeted for. Ultimately, I am left with the impression that the collaboration between your company and the rental desk is not as efficient.

Pros: Plenty of options, easy and fast pick-up and drop-off

Cons: Agent pushing too hard on getting insurance from them. Almost making me regret I booked with them.

Pros: I appreciated the on-site services and attitude of the Turisprime staff.

Cons: Unfortunately, my booking through Discovercars was charged even though the car was not available. I cancelled right away, but the payment still went through and I am still dealing with the refund process. The insurance assistance was also disappointing. After a slashed tire, we had to wait almost five hours for a tow truck. Local residents helped us change to the spare wheel, which the tow truck only inflated – and then charged €250. This left me with a negative impression overall.

Cons: I had already purchased zero-deductible insurance online during the rental, but when I picked up the car, I was insistently advised to purchase insurance with them. They explained to me that they knew other insurance policies weren't as good as theirs, taking advantage of my lack of knowledge on the subject. The guarantees and coverage were the same, and therefore they made me spend the insurance money twice.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Nothing. Extremely unhelpful, even tho I was late not from my fault and was trying to contact with them from minute 1 when I arrived to Tenerife. They do not care. Also I done Online check in and paid for some fuel deposit nearly £50 (online check in showed this option on website) and they said they do not have nothing like that, they don’t care about anything and I should contact discover cars, because they don’t care and can’t help.

Pros: The price of the rental was OK.

Cons: The car had a lot of smaller damages, more, than in the dokument at pick up, I had to make more videos, to be abel to prove at drop off, that we did not cause these damages. Finally it was everything OK at drop off, but it was a bit stressful for us.

Pros: Great overall experience! Was given a newer car and purchased the insurance and was glad I did. The mountains roads up north are very narrow and I almost got hit twice by inexperienced drivers.

Cons: Despite providing all the details online and expecting to only come and collect the keys, I had to wait in a long queue of people who didn't do online check in. Also I was threatened that I have no insurance except for the third party liability insurance and if anything happens, I'll be liable to pay 2000 euros. Agent at the pick up was very disappointed when I've refused to buy any extras and was became noticeably less friendly.

Cons: Address given on website is not the same with the cars location. Had to search company's name on Google maps in order to find it. Not very clear guidance where to pick the bus as well

Pros: They offered also Insurance. It needs to be clear how and with whom Insurance should be taken e.g. with Discovercars or the CAR lease company.

Pros: Things was in order, no unexpected issues, fast service on arrival and at drop off. Clear info at drop off regarding payment to be returned and what to expect. Upon returning the car, You get a return email quite fast with confirmation all is in good order, and no hassle about them having to check the car for every single (previous) damage.

Cons: No walk through of the car beforehand, an email was recieved well after pick up with the damages Turisprime accepted the car had, but by then You are already on the hook if there are any other damages to the car not in their system. I got an offer to upgrade the car to an I20 for only 1€ a day, I declined, and once I arrived at the pick up place, I still got an I20, so that feels a bit like they try anything to make You pay extra. Some of course goes for insurrance and other things.

Pros: The price was good. The car itself was clean and worked without a problem.

Cons: The bus stop from airport to the car rental was hard to find and the wait was very long (30mins+). The car was very bare, manual gear shift and no rear camera. I would also recommend more powerfull engine, this car had trouble getting up the steep slopes of the islands sometimes.

Cons: Unfortunately you need a shuttle to get to the car rental. The ac was kind of weak in the Hyundai i20, maybe it's type specific as I had to turn the ac on full blast to cool the car many times and the rest was on the second highest fan level. The inside of the windows were bit dirty like washed with dirty water. Most of the time it didn't bother me but at sunset you noticed it.

Cons: What is bad , is the fact that even if I payed an insurence by discovecars, at the Turisprime thei was explain me, if I an incident, or a scratch to the car, I must pay from my pocket and than I should resolve the problem with discovercars , otherwise I musr pay an extra insurance by them, and like this you must pay twice. I didnt't do it, an fortunately I didnt't have an event. But I think here is a problem. For a tire, if it' s happens something, they told me I must pay 2000 €.

Either I don't understand...or it's not correct..!!

Cons: I think that the lady on reception could have been a little more friendly. Wasn't aware that a shuttle bus was required to collect the car. Someone could have shown me to the car and spent 2 minutes explaining that the boot doesn't close unless you slam it. That the fuel tank opens with this button. That there are no parking sensors etc. That the clutch pedal is a bit stubborn.

Cons: The car was what we booked a hundai i20, but very basic, weak engine (struggled with the slopes in Tenerife). The windscreen's blades were useless, I had to clean and still they just smeared the water not removed. The rearview mirror was cleaned with something that left a stain, I had to stop to clean myself after pick up. The baby car seat was very dirty and worn, missing parts, but I was told the other car seats have got soaked with the rain, so I had to drive back the next day for an exchange

Cons: Had to argue with agent in order to get the car I had reserved (compact / hatchback) - agent insisted they could not give this to me and wanted to give me a combi car which would not have been suitable for small mountain roads / tight parking.

Pros: Very good experience. The agent didn't try a very hard sale of extra insurance. Just asked politely and took one no for an answer.
