Pros: Rhodium does not actually exist, so there is nothing to like.

Cons: Rhodium is actually Goldcar who I will not ever use. I am afraid I just do not trust them after previous bad experiences.

Pros: Value for money

Cons: When I asked the agent at the rental desk if the Fianza would be held or used on my credit card she assured me that it would be held but not presented. However the card was presented and thus significantly limited my spending capability whilst on holiday. This is not good customer service. Agents should tell the truth and misinform customers.

Pros: I was unaware that Rhodium were part of Goldcar and would not have taken the hire our with them had I known that. Your organisation was fine apart from that, and I think you should make it clear who customers are dealing with. Despite the Agents reassurances with the "maximum" cover that I took out with Discover Car Hire, Rhodium/Goldcar still charged me approx. £100 which I subsequently got back after complaining. Very stressful situation at the Car Hire desk !!

Pros: Only the cheap prices but will never use this company again due to the horrendous staff that work for Rhodium.

Cons: Everything apart from the good prices to rent the cars. However this will never encourage me to use this company again due to how terrible the customer service was.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Rhodium (Goldcar) are atrocious and you should not offer them as an option on your site.I went to the desk and was told that the price I had been quoted by you was no longer available and instead I would have to pay 5 times the original cost. They refused to back down or to print me details. I then went to a different desk of the operator and they offered the quoted price. I suspect a con going on here and I would look into it further. Additional 30 minutes for them to locate car.

Cons: I am so angry because Goldcar wanted to charge me a new insurance for the car. When I picked the car up, the car had several scratches, I went to the office and they didn't want to revise the car and stating constance because they told me that the scratches were small.... I wait not to have any surprise with my deposit. So, the car was so dirty and with papers of the last customer...

Cons: No response to emails. They charged me an additional £112 for the vehicle to what the order was. Emailed 3 times, no response, extremely unprofessional. I wont be using again which is a shame aa everything else was good. Will be escalating to the managing director and ceo if i dont get a response.

Pros: Nobody was there from Rhodium and we were referred to Goldcar who said the car i ordeed was not available and they would not hire us a vehicle at the prie stated on the agreement

Cons: For the resdons described above, i would never use Rhodium again.

Cons: Felt scam. "Full to full" means I wlll be charged if I don't return the car with the deposit full. Rhodium charges you a random amount (because a full deposit does not cost 111€) and they claim to return it later to you. This is blackmail.
