Pros: Only positive feedback. Rental documents were prepared and signed in a few minutes, no delays. Car was ready to be picked up. They accepted debit card as I did not have credit card. No issues after car return.

Pros: Price was very good. The service at the desk was good and very happy with the car which was nicer than I’d expected. I would be happy to use this company again. Only one thing was the shuttle bus to car rental area which involved a long wait. The bus is shared with many car rental companies so this was the same for everyone. It was August and busy.

Cons: The deposit of 884 euro Rental Plus still didn’t gived back,after more than one month still didn’t have the money 884 euro on my credit card. The email of this Rental plus customer service doesn’t exist and no one answer on general phone!!!

Pros: Great company and new cars, however their office in Pisa airport is not in the main office building. It is about 10min extra walking from the main building.

Pros: We found it really easy. But best of all were the two young men washing the cars when we arrived to drop of the car. My husband accidently forgot his phone in the car but we had left the keys in the safe box. The young men went over and beyond to help find someone to access the box for keys. They drove him all over the airport. Big thank you to them.

Cons: We bought the extra insurance through discover cars but what we learned was if something goes wrong, you have to pay with your own money and then claim back from discovercars or whoever they used for the extra insurance

Pros: The representative that served us was very nice and very easy to deal with and made the whole process go very smoothly even though they were having computer issues. It was not easy to find the actual building and had to ask someone in big main building where to find it. Lack of signage.

Cons: we arrived two hrs late as plane was delayed. There was nobody at the desk, impossible to reach them. I called 20 times also the day after. We had to spend 30 euros on the train ticket to Pisa and back for which I will ask to be refunded. Absolutely not professional, totally inconsiderate of people's situations. Horrible. Nobody could give us their number. Rental Plus should close.

Pros: The office was shut on arrival. Causing the rental costs to treble. Also, causing great stress and anxiety to my mentally disabled son

Cons: They didn't check the car with me . They had delivered the key which was very worn-out and that was it. I myself took pictures of the state of the key and car which had some scratches on the bottom just to protect myself with later overcharges than they could claim against me. Never happened btw.

Cons: Couldn’t find the pick up point, not sign posted. Tucked away from all the other companies at the back of the car park. Lack of signage or directions both on collection and drop off. Car was a new vehicle, but hadn’t been clean properly externally and the inside hadn’t been touched, full of sand and dirt. Same as a really nice car when you looked beyond that.

Cons: In hindsight, I would have stayed with a smaller car because we went up into the mountains north of Lucca and the roads weee steep, narrow, and winding. For me, an automatic transmission would have been better because I wasn’t very good at standard transmission.

Cons: No 24 hour availability to return car before an early morning flight so I had to stay overnight in pisa before my flight. Also I did not understand that I was charged about $178 just to book the car in addition to the daily price and insurance of the car. I thought the $178 was paid in advance as part of total daily price and I would only be charged for the balance. That was an exorbitant price to pay just for making a reservation which I was not aware of.

Pros: I would say it was very good. Friendly and efficient. This is a no frills operation and location was not in the rental car area but very easy to locate.

Cons: Rental plus was fine, but Discover Cars needs to get their categorisation of cars right with the rental companies. An Audi A3 is NOT in the same category as a Ford Fiesta.

Pros: Floor mats, and maybe having the car I choose, a Fiat 500.

Pros: Provided us with a brand new condition vehicle. The one we had booked was not available, but we got a bigger one instead which was a surprising but welcome change. Check in/out was straight forward.

Cons: We booked a mini and the rental agreement says mini or similar - we were given no option except to take a huge 4x4 jeep It was too heavy for my husband to drive so I was sole driver. Driving on the very small roads was extremely stressful . Our itinerary was to explore Tuscany - hill villages etc this proved impossible and so we had to change our trip , cancel and rebook accommodation . The woman at rental plus was very rude , she was distracted by other staff . She wanted rid of us asap ,

Cons: There were no service. The lady in the little shack that is the office was not helpful in any way and just said "we don't have a car"

Cons: Waited 90 minutes to be told that as I wasn’t at the front of the queue within an hour of the collection time, they had taken my deposit, marked me as a no show and given the car to someone else!

Pros: Seemed polite and friendly until I had a problem. "It's a good car. Don't worry. All is good," before the car broke down.

Cons: Gave me a car that broke down and stranded me in the mountains, refused to help me except tell me to call roadside assistance, and then denied all responsibility, saying I didn't book directly with them, so I have to deal with the "broker" (online company who provided rates)...even though it was their car and should be their responsibility. Lots more, but you limit the amount I can write!

Cons: We were told we would be collected by a shuttle bus from a gazebo near the arrivals lounge. We waited there for nearly an hour with another couple who were told the same thing, but no bus ever arrived. We eventually had to walk up to the rental desk, which was at the other end of a very busy car park with no pavements. Definitely not ideal while travelling with a 2 year old.

Cons: Insurance matter. They said, that in spite of full coverage insurance paid in advance via discoverer, it does not count in case of any damage. The damage has to be by us and we shall reclaim from Discovercars.
