Noleggiare at Pisa Airport

Pros: Absolutely would not recommend this company.

Cons: Our luggage was stolen from the car, the customer service agent replied to one email and then didn’t reply for the next week. Absolutely not helpful at all. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Pros: È la seconda volta che usufruisco del servizio di Noleggiare: la prima volta su Milano e non mi è stata fatta trovare alcun auto per la quale avevo prenotato e anche fatto il check in online 2 ore prima del prelievo; la seconda su Pisa e almeno l’auto c’era. Auto adatta al nostro utilizzo ma con diversi difetti.

Cons: Personale abbastanza gentile, tranne un ragazzo che sembrava quasi l’avessimo disturbato entrando nel gabbiotto del parcheggio per chiedere dove si trovasse l’auto da ritirare. Vabbè. Fiat panda grigia. Presentava evidenti danni, ammaccature e graffi già segnalati e riportati sul contratto. Al momento della riconsegna, dopo meno di 24 h, lo staff ha deciso di addebitarci €180 per un puntino sul vetro che abbiamo faticato a vedere anche mentre ci veniva indicato. Solito truffatori.

Pros: Got scammed, our flight was late so they rented out our car. We had to pay 4x as much, 400EUR instead of 100!!! for a new car. It was not mentioned in the terms&conds to alert them about a 2 hour delay. Scammers.

Cons: The employees wanted to charge me 200€ for minor scratches that existed on the rear bumper at pickup, and did not want to watch the video I made that day, saying that I signed the contract stating that the car had no damages. Unbelievable!

Cons: Terrible service I booked the car from 10am turned up at 1pm after waiting an hour in the Que with a 2 year old who was very fed up. To then be told that because I am late they have cancelled my car booking. They said I did not put my flight details on my booking which I was never emailed to do so. So I lost my deposit and came away with no vehicle. They offered me a car for 2 times the price I booked it for online and I could not afford this price they did nothing to help me what so ever.

Cons: The reserved child seat was not available. The agent at the desk didn't offer any help to resolve the issue they created. The rental agency is not in the arrivals terminal as advertised.

Cons: They spent ages looking at the car when we returned it looking to find something so that they could charge us; which they did, a small scratch (and I mean small) on the bumper of which we were unaware. Most companies say scratches such as this are normal and accepted, but Noleggiare insisted on charging us 100 euros for the scratch, which is ridiculous, plus 80 euros for 'administration' when no administration was involved and no parts needed to be changed. A complete rip off.

They were quick to invoke the 1 hour grace period as a reason to void the pre-arranged agreement then tried to offer me a lesser car for almost triple the original amount. Agent was taking several photos of something on the screen or desk with what looked like their personal phone while they had my documents. Then made a call to the depot with a different phone. Very unprofessional

Cons: Their pick up processes are cumbersome. We'd checked in online, and still it took over 30mins to get into our car. And that EXCLUDES the wait while they dealt with other customers who were far from prepared (add on another 45mins-1hr for that. Also, a Transit van/people carrier isn't really an "upgrade" from a Peugeot 5008 when having to navigate narrow Tuscan roads. Other options should have been possible (including the car type we booked months in advance!).

Pros: The agent starts of friendly until you don’t take their insurance out, his attitude changes and he becomes rude and quite aggressive. If you take their insurance the agent will remain friendly and helpful but you will end up spending a lot more on cover you might already have.

Full of dust and dirty windows! Last but not least staff were under-manned and also not service minded at all!

Cons: Our flight was delayed by half an hour. We then spent an hour in their queue and by the time we got to the front of the queue they had automatically cancelled our booking as we were more than an hour "late". Complete case of "computer says no" over which the desk staff had no control. Ended up with a larger car for additional cost, although that included their platinum insurance over which we had no discussion. I was just quoted an all-in price. Most of the queue was similarly affected.

Didn’t actually use the 2nd reservation so no refund or credit on the advance fee as far as I can see 4. Survey doesn’t offer “not applicable” in responses

Cons: The car was in bad shape, made lots of engine noises, was not confident the car would last through the rental. The customer service was poor. The agent at pickup didn't think my US license was valid (it is a normal license from a state in the US) and spent 30 minutes verifying that it was valid. At drop-off, they scoured every single inch of the car looking for something to charge me for, it was really weird. They were giving other customers hard times about tiny dents, seems like a scam.

Cons: They insisted we needed an international driver's license which we did not have. We went to every other car rental place in the airport in Pisa and not one required an international driver's license. We have also rented cars in Italy before and never had an issue with the international driver's license. This is a complete scam to take our money and not give us a car. We were able to rent a car from every other company in Pisa, Italy. They only refused because they already had our money.

Cons: Nonleggiare didn’t hold the reserved and partially paid car, although l wrote DiscoverCars my flight number and the flight was on time at 2PM. But Nonleggiare gave away the car earlier and the personel said “you didn’t come at 11AM”. But l didn’t rent from 11AM. The personal offered another car of lower category for 33% higher in price. So l went and rented a car from another rental car company. Please, take into consideration that l have approximately € 109 good at DiscoveryCars.

Cons: No directions from Pisa airport to their office - when we eventually found it ( we had to call to ask for directions as the email just said follow the signs even though there weren't any !! ), the office was called and and we waited 15 minutes before a person showed up.

Pros: The staff we friendly. It was just across the road from the main entrance to the airport .the agents moved really quickly and efficiently there was no delay and no transfer bus that ALL the other agents needed once you arrived.

Cons: There is a man that works there who is extremely rude. He kept rolling his eyes at me and then answered another call when I was trying to talk to him. I was being polite and he was just so rude I couldn't believe it. The issue was I only had a debit card not a credit card, this wasn't clear on the booking. Your team were helping and said they would change the name on the booking to my partner and I asked the man and he just shouted no at me and walked off. It was just disgraceful.
