Cons: They spent ages looking at the car when we returned it looking to find something so that they could charge us; which they did, a small scratch (and I mean small) on the bumper of which we were unaware. Most companies say scratches such as this are normal and accepted, but Noleggiare insisted on charging us 100 euros for the scratch, which is ridiculous, plus 80 euros for 'administration' when no administration was involved and no parts needed to be changed. A complete rip off.

Cons: Extremely slow service at Pisa Airport with a single person serving while there were multiple people in the queue. They were quick to invoke the 1 hour grace period as a reason to void the pre-arranged agreement then tried to offer me a lesser car for almost triple the original amount. Agent was taking several photos of something on the screen or desk with what looked like their personal phone while they had my documents. Then made a call to the depot with a different phone. Very unprofessional

Cons: Dear Company, You asked me to write to you about my satisfaction with the quality of the vehicle rental from the car rental company that collaborates with you. So, I am responding to your request. For at least fifteen years, I have been renting cars around the world twice a year. I have never had such a bad experience with a car rental company as with Noleggiare. Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 15.11. until 15.04.) Snow chains are included in price.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
