Pros: Hire van received was the same as purchased and checked the sizing for space with customer services a few weeks prior.
Cons: Slow service upon collection and difficult to find location.

Cons: Return was crazy — nothing marked, we drop off the car, when I call the next day to figure out how to pay the additional charge for drop off, they say they have no record of the drop off, even though they sent an email confirming. Just crazy!

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
