Pros: Efficient pick up. Car was in excellent condition/ new
Cons: We weren't told the car could run on fuel and gas, so when the car started beeping continuously, we weren't aware. This meant we had to go back to the desk which wasted some time. Once we were told, it was all sorted.

Cons: 1.5 hours to rent (Pisa). Nobody at return desk for 40 minutes (Bologna). Couldn't find car in parking lot (wasn't where it was supposed to be). Severely understaffed. Picture is the unstaffed desk I sat in front of for almost an hour in Bologna.
Pros: The car was nice, affordable and efficient.
Cons: We waited for two hours in a queue of only four people at the rental desk. When we got the car it was filthy inside and out had to wait a further thirty minutes to get it cleaned. It’s now been 5 days since dropping off the car, Leasy have managed to find the time to take full payment for the car but no word on my €800 deposit(car was checked and undamaged). Can’t get hold of Leasy regarding when my deposit will be refunded. Nightmare when travelling. Would never use this company again!

Pros: On returning the car there at 7pm I had to take the queue which was long AGAIN, customers where not happy again, and that was before they started there holidays. Eventually I had to skip the quests and explain I was only returning the key and agreement as there was no one out collecting the key, checking the petrol gauge etc. Great pricing but far from delivering customer satisfaction. I fly into Pisa at least 6 times a year but the hassle via the price, I don’t know, would I book it next time?

Pros: Rentalcars was the problem. Leasys solved the problem. We asked 4 days before the pickup time to make it earlier. your agent Kamila answered very fast to our mail, indicating she will check with Leasys. After one day she updated us that our request is denied.. But when we arrived to Leasys in Pissa earlier they gave hs a car as we asked.
Cons: It was election day in Italy and Sunday6/ ONLY ONE AGENT worked and we waited more than 90 minutes. But when we arrived to ahe desk, the agent gave us amazong service and solved the problems and even upgraded us.

Cons: Waited in line almost 3 hours before finally getting into car with only 5-6 customers in front of us. Drop off address was wrong on Leasys paperwork and signage was incredibly poor.

Cons: I booked online specific car Fiat 500 , and on arrival they said they don’t have it.But at the end everything was sorted and I got a Fiat 500.

Cons: Very confused staff at pick up desk, most of whom spoke only Italian. With 4-5 staff behind the desk it took almost an hour to get our keys. None of the data on our Discover Cars hire voucher had been transferred to Leasys electronically, so we had to hand write all our info for the staff to input manually.
Cons: No-one there on arrival, despite the fact that I'd called saying we were delayed. (Other rentals were open). No-one there until 9am the following morning (when it should have opened at 8am). Over an hour to get everything processed. Tyre pressure fault on pick-up.

Pros: The car was clean and in good condition.
Cons: The value for money was poor, and the huge unexplained price increase felt like a deliberate insult from a company actively trying to fleece its customers. The staff at the desk were incredibly slow and showed no interest in acknowledging or helping us or other customers. They appeared to have no training on or understanding of the most basic customer service values.
Pros: The staff were amazing. My 12 yr old locked the keys in the car, it took awhile to phone around because the info was in the car locked away. Every person I spoke to ( even though it was not their dept and they had little English) tried to help and eventually they lead me the international number. Once I phoned the international number within minutes the staff sorted a response service to come to me. They quickly resolved the issue.
Cons: A little slow at the desk checking in and out. However the staff were amazing to deal with. So I just had to chill, slow down and wait.

Cons: It took 15mins per lease to process paperwork for every pickup. There was only one operator. It took over a hour’s wait to collect. Car was not full of fuel when collected.

Pros: The friendliness of the agent, and especially a free upgrade of the car - a plug-in hybrid. The car was just 2k km old, practically in a new condition. There is nothing worse than when you book a certain category/car and expect it but get something beyond that class. The agent gave us also a booster seat for our 9-year-old boy without any charges. Cannot tell how much they made our day on that day by all these gestures. I have a number of rentals across many countries but this one is #1.
Cons: It was a bit clumsy to find out actually where we were supposed to go to pick up the car. And, the drop-off procedure was somewhat lengthy - we had to wait in the queue to drop off the keys at the pick-up desk.

Pros: Professional. Not pushy for extras. Recognised me as a regular client. Great English. Upgrade because car I booked wasn’t available. No quibble return or sense that rep was ‘looking’ for reasons to charge for damage
Cons: (In common with other hire companies) process is repetitive & admin heavy. 2nd driver insurance far too much (so I don’t take it).
Pros: Pisa airport was smooth.
Cons: The agents at Genova airport tried to scam me. They said as I didn’t have full insurance that I’d have to pay for the wing mirror damage. When I challenged them that it was literally a bit of dirt I was able to wipe off with my finger, they couldn’t get rid of me quickly enough.
Pros: The agent in Pisa was very friendly and very efficient. However we missed a chip on the windscreen and I only noticed while I was driving.
Cons: When I dropped off the car in Naples the agent was not so friendly and superficial when talking . I explained the unnoticed chip on the windscreen and she provided for me a paper saying that I have to declare that the car was given to me with the chip on the windscreen in Pisa but she was very suspicious and not very talkative.
Cons: Every time I have hired with Leasys I get a number of additional charges with no explanation.
