Cons: The problem was with DiscoverCars.com. The experience spoilt our trip and I will make sure no friends or family waste time with this company . I needed a car for 48 hours, so booking at midnight I tried and tried repeatedly to set the start time at 1pm ( because I knew my husband’s flight was at 3.50pm on the Tues 20th that would be perfect timing to return the car). The website did not allow this. I tried repeatedly but it would. not allow me to scroll beyond 9 / 10 am

Cons: Rude car rental agent. The car rental agent wanted me to make the optional insurance to the car at the rental desk, despite the fact that I had already done it online on your site. When I told him that I would not do it again, because I was not going to pay for two different insurances, he started getting very rude, making fun of me and even telling me that the insurance I made on your site was not valid. Eventually for a basic Fiat 500 of 2017 he blocked 1073 Euro on my credit card for 30 days.

A Swiss man hiring a car was also confused and asked me what this all meant as we'd paid online. Not receieved my fuel deposit back, 3 days later
