ECH at Pisa Airport

Cons: They did not tell us that it is forbidden to drivw unpadded roads. We did not find any information their agreement. When we return the car, everything was ok. Two day later they send us email and told that reason and give us 96 € penalty payment and charged the security deposit to the credit card. We send two messages but they did not answer anything.

Pros: nothing

Cons: everything, it cost me LOTS OF EXTRA MONEY

Pros: The lady who greeted us on our delayed arrival was helpful

Cons: Their lack of willingness (or was it a language barrier) to explaining why they put a €5,000 charge in front of us on returning the car. This car had played-up" on our journey back to Pisa, but was all back to normal on its return. We had phoned them on our return journey to detail the faults we had experienced - but that cleared up. Their visual inspection did not include us & all they detailed to us was a €5000 charge, on top of our €1250 security deposit. They claimed this

Cons: Didn’t get the car I paid for

Pros: Efficient with no fussna

Pros: Very friendly desk workers and quick check at drop-off

Cons: The car was entirely damaged, the only parts which were not damaged were the tires

Pros: It was truly easy

Cons: The car was pretty damaged when we got it. Not that it made a difference to the driving but would have been nicer having a car without lots of damage.

Pros: That it was fast

Cons: -

Pros: Clean, tidy cars. Easy to find at terminal

Cons: Completely unhelpful when having issues with credit card, wanted to use a different credit card but would not allow as it wasn't same name on card. Ended up being forced into buying an insurance premium of nearly 300 euros due to them being unwilling to understand a banking problem

Pros: All the agents I spoke to were helpful, professional and friendly.

Cons: I can’t think of anything negative to say.

Pros: Good service great car

Pros: Ease of pick up.

Cons: very long wait in the hot sun to drop off and the person who eventually dealt with us was not very polite.

Pros: Speedy and efficient

Cons: Na

Cons: They canceled the rental

Pros: Nothing, if money taken from my company account for I don't know ow what ( i never toolbar car I paid because of fishy service from country desk )

Pros: Professional, friendly

Pros: Won't be using Discover again after this bad experience...

Pros: No issues

Cons: N/A

Pros: Nothing. There were 2 agents sitting in the booth and only one customer being served at a time. The speed of service was very slow

Cons: We did not get the car we requested. I have complained and still have not heard back from ECH. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN.

Pros: Easy and good price

Pros: Quick and kind service. Car was nearly new and in good condition.

Cons: A long walk to the car rental area, but not ECHs fault - just Pisa airport design

Pros: profesionalizm

Cons: nie mam

Pros: Very efficient when being served

Cons: Not clear what to do when picking up or dropping off at the ECH cabin. People just turning up, going to the cabin even though people are waiting. The staff should direct them to the back of the queue and not deal with them straight away.

Pros: I have reported them to the police

Cons: The whole hire system they operate is a scam designed to defraud travellers.

Pros: Was good Samuel in check out was very helpful

Cons: Direction for the pick location not marked in the airport very misleading

Pros: The agents were good and professional.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Friendly, not pushy, fast and thorough.

Cons: Nothing really. The walk from Airport to car hire depot was fairly long but ok

Cons: It have been two week already and still deposit haven't been returned. Car had to be dropped without checking as flight home departed early, and I did not get any feedback from company, I assume that they checked car after drop-off.

Cons: Seemed unproffesional. Waiting time inside to sign all paperworks, and waiting time outside to get the car.

Pros: Brand new car and very helpful staff

Cons: N/A

Pros: Very easy.

Cons: None.

Pros: Efficient and quick return service

Pros: Quality of vehicle

Cons: Refueling policy said Full to Full but was actually 3/8 full when we collected car and told to bring it back at the same level. Hard to gauge when refueling so it would have been easier just to have to fill fuel to full.

Pros: Service was great, quick, no queue, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Fast efficient service

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Fast pick up and drop off

Cons: The agent at the counter was not helpful and was rude. When my card was not working.

Pros: Nessuno

Cons: Tempi di attesa al desk Ignorato il voucher Discovery Cars e Richiesta de pagamento in loro termini. Gravissimo !! Servizio sbrigativo al desk senza proposte e soluzion

Pros: Friendly staff at counter and helpful car attendants

Pros: Pick up was slow and unhelpful but fine overall.

Cons: Very disappointed to be charged for the car exteriors to be cleaned, nowhere and a no time was I told this. 35 euros is frankly not on, the car interior was spotless, and cars must be cleaned for new customers anyway. I’m really not happy with this at all

Pros: easy to pick up and leave

Cons: all good

Pros: Value for money, ease of rental

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Helpful staff when receiving car, not the check in desk. Also helpful staff when dropping off.

Cons: Hidden fees and procedures not adequately disclosed or notify when booking. Only fine print after booking. This should be illegal.

Pros: When we returned the car the employee was searching desperately to find something wrong with the car. He might as well brought out a magnify glass. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car, no damage. It was just a little dusty. He said that we may need to pay for it to be cleaned, which is absolutely ridiculous. He seemed disappointed that there was nothing bigger wrong with the car seemed like a cash grab to us.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They fucked me and refused to rent me the car and you refused to refund me

Pros: Initially the price, but snow chains changed that

Cons: Pick up was very, very slow, 30 minutes. Standing waiting and car wasn't very clean. The top of the roof looked like car had been sitting in a dirty shed.Drop off was very very slow, 18 minutes.

Cons: Excess charge for use on dirt roads - in Tuscany where a significant proportion of roads are unmade.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Crawled over car noting everything dint and scratch at pick up. We watched people returning cars being challenged for adding further minute chip marks. We took 40 photos of the car and had no problem at return! Awful threatening culture, avoid as all costs.

Cons: They gave us the broken car (broken gearbox), so we should change it the next day

Pros: Easy finds, they do check-ups seriously with damage before you take the car. Multiple options and fair price.

Cons: The extra insurance that they offer, they tell it like the insurance at Discover Cars isn’t valid. This is not true, it’s a different way of being secure for some kind of damage. They try to sell an extra at the counter, we didn’t get it tho but I’m sure some people will buy it and extra costs are never a good start of the holiday.

Pros: The car itself was good and helped me get around on my trip in Italy.

Cons: The ECH desk were incredibly unhelpful and forced me to pay for unneeded full comprehensive insurance (even though I had my own with the RAC) due the the fact I was using a VISA debit card. A horrible start to our holiday.

Pros: The whole experience was overshadowed by the service received when I handed the vehicle back.

Cons: The attitude of the attendant when we handed the vehicle back. Charging me for pre existing damage. Awful.

Pros: Personable and helpful

Cons: Long wait to pick up the car as only one member of staff and lots of customers in the queue.

Pros: They are very thorough and have always been honest so far.

Cons: Am happy with them.

Pros: Straigh forward and quick as we'd used ECH previously

Cons: Bit of pressure selling for their insurance. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Pros: Nothing at all

Cons: Very arrogant agents they were treating me to cancel my booking In few occasions

Pros: Not a single thing

Cons: SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF MONEY AND FRUSTRATION, DO NOT RENT FROM ECH I paid 1.773,01 for a Fiat Panda for 11 days. 288,21 for the car rental. Then at pickup they made me pay 512,80 as an ‘extra insurance’ because the people at the desk didn’t know how to use the credit card number on the back of my debit card. The company from which I rented a house didn’t have any problem with this. On the way back to the airport a stone struck the windscreen, which lead to a crack. They charge another 972,-.

Cons: False charges applied (pre-existing damage outside of visual inspection), rude customer service

Pros: Nothing better than average

Cons: I took thirty photos to avoid false damage charges and was charged for damage under the front bumper which wasn’t me.

Pros: Not much

Cons: See above

Pros: Prompt and professional. No pressure felt to buy extras.

Cons: All great.

Pros: ITS A SCAM. YOU FORCED TO BUY EXTRA INSURES AND PAY THE COVERAGES UP HAND. BUT YOU NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVENT DAMAGED THE CAR.

Cons: ITS A SCAM. YOU FORCED TO BUY EXTRA INSURES AND PAY THE COVERAGES UP HAND. BUT YOU NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVENT DAMAGED THE CAR.

Pros: Nothing, they have ripped me off charging me for damage I have not caused. The rep actually pulled the mud guard off in one corner and stated I caused the damage. It clipped back in so I presume they use this trick regularly.

Cons: Nothing, total scam

Cons: Slow and very unfriendly

Cons: Nothing. The staff was very off-putting. They put us under a lot of pressure to buy an additional insurance, their own insurance - despite us buying a full Discover Cars insurance. Including saying that if we didn't buy their insurance, the deposit was 700 euros more expensive than if we purchased their insurance. Was unnecessary and slightly intimidating

Pros: Quick and easy

Pros: the strange thing was that when I did the pick upp they sad me that if the car broke by itself i have to pay for extra

Cons: in delivery process the gay that control was too hard even the dirty spot tried to declare as scratch

Pros: The process was swift when picking up and dropping off the car.

Cons: We had to pay an extra €200 on top of the £144 we had already paid because the voucher from the the subsidiary company discovery cars did not state that we would have to pay extra should we not bring a credit card.

Pros: They are very thorough at checking the car before they hand it to you.

Cons: The people at the counter before you go to the collection area are quite unfriendly. Also I asked for a Fiat Panda and I got a Kia Picanto. Didn’t really suit my needs.

Cons: Not helpfull agents that you have there .

Pros: Friendly service, easy to find .

Pros: Car was brand new, clean. Service was perfect.

Pros: NOTHING

Cons: EVERYTHING, VERY DISHONEST EXPERIENCE

Pros: Easy to pick the car up

Cons: The car was not as expected when I booked. It was dented and scratched in many places and lacked power. The car I selected was supposed to be equivalent to a Citroen C3, the Dacia Sendero was nothing like.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful personnel. Good experience

Cons: When collecting the car, the car required a service and battery in key fob and there was no water in the washer bottle

Cons: I will be making an official complaint as I have been charged additionally to my on line booking an extra £300 which I was not advised about. It said I could secure the car with a debit card and when I did they then charged me an additional €595 euros of which I will only be getting back €200. I am extremely annoyed about the whole thing and I would appreciate a call from you asap.

Pros: The car worked

Cons: Let a sour taste both on pick up and delivery, charging us on both occasions for non-existent issues. Car was delivered to us with no petrol in as well, so had to find a service straight away. Will not be using again.

Pros: I found out at the desk that my drivers license had expired a few weeks ago. I understand they couldn’t give me the car. We asked if we could change to name to my partners name, she had her valid drivers license with her. They said they had to make a new reservation and charged us €480 for the same car that I had booked for only €100. They refused to help us in any other way. Absolutely scandalous

Cons: Terrible

Pros: All good

Cons: Did not like that car was not full of fuel

Pros: They gave us a new car

Cons: As it was a new car with only 12 km, they gave it with the fuel empty

Pros: Nothing. Flight was delayed 2 hours. They canceled our booking the waited for us to arrive and charged us €575 for the same car that I booked for €169. Will it use ECR AGSIN

Cons: Nothing. They new we were delayed and that we would get there but still cancelled the car.

Cons: Still has not received my deposit back after 7 weeks.

Cons: Hidden extras,no possibility to use other person's credit card

Pros: They were in the terminal

Cons: Everything else.

Pros: Freidmly staff

Cons: Blacklisted after the rental without any explanation.

Pros: Ordinati

Cons: Fiscali

Pros: Nothing

Cons: No service at all at the costumers service in Pisa. I was the main driver and did not have a Master card, only visa card. The 2. driver was not allowed to pay or register his card. We coosed to cansell the car. Really not polite people we met in Pisa.

Pros: seemed staightforward enough.

Cons: long queue/wait for collection. Probably just bad timing of flights.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. Disgraceful company.

Cons: renting cars in Italy for over 20 years. Never had an experience like this. ECH an absolute disgrace “found” 2 minor marks on car on return 1-2mm which were so small could have been there on collection. ( all other companies don’t even note anything less than 25mm). charged €621 for this. Ignore emails sent to them. Still awaiting receipt of money they took so I can claim on my insurance. I note there is a significant volume of complaints re this co on various sites.

Pros: Actually i can't think of any good.

Cons: the service was very poor, actually there was no service, the car tyres were almost flat i had to fill the tyres at the nearest petrol station, the window washer water was empty and the engine emergency light was on when i asked what this was the staff stated that maybe i should check if the car needed oil and i was allowed to fill the car oil if i wanted. Also, the deposit should be released within 10 days - easy car needed 30 days to release the deposit.

Cons: Recommend quality monitoring. Clerk took 15-20 minutes per customer. Budget clerk got me checked in in 5 minutes

Pros: The car itself

Cons: HORRIBLE! Not helpful at all, we had to pay so much more even though we called three times to check with ECH. Worst car company ever. I felt really disappointed and upset because of this. I would like my money back.

Cons: Dusty inside on the glass needs better wipeing

Pros: It was pretty straightforward and thankfully they spoke proficient English (in Italy).

Cons: They tried to upsell additional insurance with threats that the extra coverage I already paid for was not sufficient in case of theft, collision etc. would have been a 300% price increase of the price already paid for the coverage. I said no. Drive the car without any issues or damage. Returned as good as I received it.

Pros: Just good service and a fabulous agent on collection of the vehicle. Desk staff a little slow

Cons: Office at pisa airport was difficult to find because there was an abandoned office with their company signs and that was not the right one

Pros: Nice car

Cons: Over charge when picking up the car I noticed they do it to other costumers. & Then they blame discover car. With no option to cancel

Cons: Complete scammers tried to charge me €1000 euro for a small mark on the bumper that was already there and a plastic wheel cover even though I paid for the upgraded excess cover

Pros: Not much to be honest

Cons: They doubled the Price of the rental because er only had a debit card, which was only written in small. Other people in Line had the same issue. Seems like that is Theis business model, hope people don’t read comprehensively what is written in small and then charge extra

Pros: Agents were pleasant.

Cons: Almost one hour in line. Unacceptable.. No paperwork was given to me at pick up or return. I have to trust them to drop the deposit.

Cons: My booking from discovery car was not take in consideration. Other type of expensis was not transparent when we book our car

Pros: Price, easy to drop off the car

Cons: Long queue of other customers waiting

Pros: the return was very speedy, fair and easy.

Cons: additional charges because we didn't have a credit card seemed harsh.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Not very serviceminded

Cons: They didn’t accept my full coverage

Pros: Nothing the service was appalling and I still haven’t been helped with a refund despite numerous attempts to get support from Discover cars.

Cons: This experience ruined my holiday.

Cons: You need to take a video of the entire car. They tried to charge us for damages from previous rentals. The car had several dents and damages that weren't listed on the form we received at pickup.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Our plane was late and we had a big queue at immigration and a long walk to your car terminal that wasn’t easy to find because we were two hours late. Your company decided to cancel our booking and the attendant in the car rental. Shop was extremely rude when he told us I had to pay over €200 to rebook itI told him I certainly was not paying that and eventually after half an hour of argument I got him down to €60 which I still I’m absolutely mad about being this was no fault of ours and your car

Pros: These were great. No problems and good service all round.

Pros: I appreciate the lady being there after closing time.

Cons: Everything about this booking was not clear: ECH told us the insurance we bought online was for the broker, not the car??! Also multiple hidden charges (yes it was in the small print but this is the first time we've rented a car abroad so we didn't know what we were looking at and trusted the broker and ECH) & not being able to get through to ECH when trying to call. I do appreciate someone being there after hours, I don't blame the representative. It needs to be clearer what you've got to pay

Cons: car was not on full tank , which means i had to guess what to fill at the end , wasted time as we could not agree on level offer to pay but was asked unreasonable fee ,had to go and refill , do not need the extra stress and aggro for a few quid worth of petrol ..

Pros: Terrible service.

Cons: Being scammed! Discover cars is a complete scam. The company will mis-sell the products they say they provide then leave you abandoned at your foreign location or make you pay an extortionate fee for the service you have already paid for.

Pros: Dents all over the car.

Pros: So everything worked out well and was smooth

Cons: Paid the extra insurance on discover cars. Com thought I was covered for everything, got to the rental company and was told there is 1600 euros excess had to pay another 140 euros to bring the excess down to 200 euros.

Pros: El coche era nuevo pero presentaba fallo de airbag, la luz de fallo de airbag estaba siempre encendida. Esto es un fallo muy grave y aún así no quisieron cambiar el coche por otro sin fallos.

Cons: There were fault codes (service light and tyre pressure warning) on the dashboard on collection.

Pros: Quick pick up and drop off

Cons: Raised price for no international drivers license, claiming had to when 3other people in our party rented from other vendors who were not, car had no window washer fluids or even a radio or navigation so had to fumble with phone to navigated a foreign country site claiming 2 bag 5 passenger so I paid more than the 4 passenger 1 bag ,parents rented from enterprise the same car that was listed as a 1bag four passenger, felt strong armed into paying more to not lose deposit and find a last minute c

Pros: Car in good condition, full to full policy, very good price and lovely staff

Cons: The instructions to find the car hire centre were poor and signage from the airport in the dark was awful

Cons: Slow at check in desk (but aren't they all). Upset that they charged over €100 for an additional driver. Very thorough check in and out. No water in screen wash.

Cons: Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when presented with the challenge of not having a car seat for us, which meant we were unable to use the car. Their initial response was that there was nothing they could do. Will never use ECH again.

Pros: Great fast and easy. New car.

Pros: The price and the fact the car was as stated

Cons: The slow pick up

Pros: Easy car hire

Cons: It wasn't full of fuel when I picked it up.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Nothing, the whole experience was dreadful and I certainly won't use again. The prices agreed in advance for an extra driver and child seat were doubled on the day, they tried making me pay for damages which were caused before I collected the vehicle, they don't have an office so you have to walk around looking for the rep on arrival - all in all, absolutely dreadful and I won't use again.

Pros: Nothing as did not get my booked vehicle

Cons: Unhelpful staff, did not get my booked car, offered another vehicle at a much higher cost so chose another rental company who were much cheaper

Pros: Close to the airport. Good value for money and not a huge holding fee.

Cons: Difficult to find the ECH sign when getting the actual car, they don't have their own booth, just a guy operating out of a boot with a clipboard. Lady at the desk did try getting us to buy more cover, suggesting that the Full cover we had paid for online was not full cover at all?

Pros: They tried to charge 150 more because of debit card, even though it says in the voucher it would only be around 20 euros more depending on the car.

Cons: They were not helpful and blamed discovercars

Pros: Nulla

Cons: il pagamento aggiuntivo che ho dovuto sostenere e non per colpa mia

Pros: The one problem was that the caragent tried to force us to buy an extra insurance. She made us very uncertain We were glad that we sent you an email vlfoeninformation

Pros: Very little, small outlet that is designed to rinse money

Cons: Cheapest price for a reason there where so many traps whether it was around not "accepting" credit cards and forcing to use debit cards and a different policy, chips on windscreens that existed prior and that wasn't even covered in this additional cover,

Pros: Very kind and competent staff

Cons: The fact that just one clerk was available for a queue that formed after plain arrived, therefore it took long to pick up the car

Pros: Clear and effective

Cons: The status of car motorisation Little exhausted

Cons: Unfortunately there was a bit of a delay in getting car due to the computer system going down.

Pros: Plenty of scratches already on car, had to be careful to ensure I wasn’t charged for them. Took pictures before setting off

Cons: offerring the excessive deposit and seeking a payment to reduce at the desk was the main negative. The price besides that was good, would recommend and use again

Pros: The tireslamp was turn on

Pros: Drop off was easy.

Cons: Extra costs on arrival and it wasn’t very well explained as to why or what the costs were for. We just paid it to be safe but absolutely no clarity when we arrived. Would not use again.

Pros: Fast and efficient service. Staff well organised and pleasant.

Pros: Prompt check in and out...

Cons: A bit tough to find car or someone to deliver it.

Pros: Competitive price.

Cons: Too slow in giving car, awful behaviour on return!

Pros: Lovely friendly staff

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Not a great deal..

Cons: Almost everything other than the man that helped us get a better car seat.

Pros: Staff were polite

Pros: Easycarhire staff were all very friendly and spoke good English considering we were in Italy. Quite straight forward pick up and return of car.

Cons: They state they are in the terminal which isn't true ( none of the agencies are), all are a 7/8 minute walk or a shuttle bus (which isn't a problem really).

Pros: honestly: cheap , relatively fast service.

Cons: slow ,manual filling up forms like ID numbers, emails, Driving license details. Always the same story with own insurance (when I already bought Full Insurance on booking page of Discover Cars) - must haggle and assertively deny the option. Checking all scratches (even 1mm diameter) - in Italy.. No own marked Parking - you must search for some guy in area.

Pros: In general was not bad, some delay to find a person to drop the car, but generally not bad.

Cons: Ridiculous report of car damages, not considering actual damages in the car and they want to give responsibility to the others. Fast check during the night, no proper light, no share the damage reports…Really bad

Pros: Nothing in particular - easycarhire is not an appropriate name in my experience

Cons: Waited for around an hour to collect the car due to poorly trained staff member and when we returned there were no signs or anyone present at the drop off- I serviced vehicle didn’t feel safe and terrible service i will not use this company again

Pros: The car was brand new

Cons: - Provided a car seat which had a very old clasp, it had exposed metal and springs and this broke during our trip leaving us without a safe way to transport our toddler. Luckily, the clasp broke completely on the final day of our trip, just before a 150 km trip to the rental office. When we raised it on the check-out, the attendant said that it wasn’t a problem, that it was not an issue and that he just wanted us to agree to pay an extra €20 for a “extra clean of the car”

Cons: 1. The pick-up time was scheduled for 17:00, but we were able to pick up the car at 19:30. The agent said that the system had cancelled the booking and that it would cost €40 to reactivate the booking. 2. The agent said that the prepaid fee on the discovercars website is not included in the booking fee, it is the discovercars commission. It was clear to us that it was an advance on the rental fee. Neither of which was properly communicated on the website during the booking process.

Pros: Non mi è stato possibile prendere l’auto con l’offerta da me selezionata dato che non conoscevano discovercars

Cons: Our flight was late and so we landed 2hours later. the rental company cancelled our reservation and gave our model car away and we were forced to take a different car for a higher price. Also we reserved a car seat. Their carseat was missing parts and they couldnt show us how to use it properly.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Made up damage that wasn't present in order to inflate the profit. I would not use again

Pros: Honesty and courtesy

Pros: La ragazza al desk simpaticissima ! forse si chiama martina. al di là di questo direi tutto ottimo

Pros: Quick, friendly, efficient and car was in good condition.

Pros: Clean interior of car

Cons: They sold us the insurance again. Also quote 5 euros per day for an upgrade and then charged us way more than that. Should have been 25 euros but we paid 35 euros and then VAT.

Cons: As above. Still not been advised about release of deposit after finding 2 very minor marks. Of a door of around less then 5 mm

Pros: Good value for money

Cons: The complete insurance package could be cheaper especially during off season period

Pros: Very bad experience, the car rental insurance information was misleading, the online insurance has a cut off time when after the booking pick up time it expires and you are forced to purchase their own very expensive insurance, desk staff weren’t helpful on top of this credit card was blocked and I had to use debit card and paid an additional fee. Will never use again

Cons: Still waiting for the return of my deposit. Once that's done, it'll be a clear round!

Pros: Quick drop off. Nice and friendly folks.

Pros: Staff spoke good clear English

Cons: Car was dirty on the outside, rear screen was wiped with dirt smears and there was no water in the windscreen washer which i found out when mud splashed on the windscreen on the Autostrade and the wipers dangerously smeared the windscreen.

Pros: Friendly and efficient

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: I had a poor experience with Easycarhire due also to the unclear communication of rental terms

Cons: The lack of professionalism, the tone of communication, the terms of rental (not accepting debit cards or Amex for a deposot forcing me to pay an extra fee for insurance cover, which I already purchased separately!)

Pros: Very easy and efficient.

Cons: Parking bay not very well-lit so difficult to find at night time on arrival in the dark.

Pros: Fast service, very efficient desk agent.

Cons: Returning the was complicated. There was no one to check the condition of the car and I had to call the company and they just told me to park the car and drop the key in a box. The deposit is still blocked on my credit card and I don't know when it will be released.

Pros: Quick to collect. Easy drop off. Car collected as booked.

Cons: Nothing. Thank you guys.

Cons: I was on my husband's account for the credit card but didn't have my own card. We should the account details but this wasn't accepted making us pay another £160 thereabouts. We weren't told where to pick the car up, walking around for over 45mins, not told what to do on our return and wasting time finding someone in the car park.

Pros: It was a good experience, helpful staff

Pros: The price was very competitive

Cons: Due to my naivety, I thought that 'Discover Cars' was the name of the car hire firm, rather than the website, so we were looking for the wrong sign. After rereading the documentation, we realised that we should be looking for 'Easycarhire' and then all was well. Can this be made clearer on the documentation to avoid considerable stress and confusion? Also, the car hire offices are a somewhat inconvenient distance from the terminal itself, so that was misleading and hard work in rain!

Pros: Car was excellent, staff were good.

Cons: Didn't like how they tried to pressure to buy extra insurance when we were already covered.

Pros: Prompt service

Cons: With a disabled traveller getting a bus to the centre added to the stress for them

Pros: Couldn’t even find desk at rental area - had to ask - the smallest there and was under Easy Car. Felt agent was a little aggressive when we opted not to take out yet more insurance.

Cons: Agent spoke English well.

Pros: No fuss and value for money.

Cons: Sale pressure to take additional insurance cover even after we had expressed that we already had this fully covered. Being told that the car was left with a full tank and stressed that it had to be returned with the same to find that the car had 1/2 tank of petrol. Luckily we had the foresight to take a photo before driving it away as there was no one present to report this to at the time.

Cons: They out of the blue did not accept the CC where we already payed with at discovery cars

Cons: You need a better sign at the car collection car park. It is easily missed.

Pros: The girl at the desk was fabulous but on her own and could not have been expected to cope with the many demands. Definitely should have been 2 or 3 serving and a dedicated person to check cars at the end. Poor woman - it was so stressful for her and customers returning cars whose flights wouldn’t wait on them! They were in good time too - the customer that is. Shambles!

Cons: See above

Pros: Friendly staff at the airport pickup

Cons: I purchased the extra insurance with Discovercars, but the EasyCar hire agent was adamant that the cover wasn't as good as if I would have got it from them:- The breakdown cover wasn't as comprehensive The Discovercars cover rely on police reports for claiming back deposits, whereas the Police rarely get involved with minor car incidents and so unlikely to provide the necessary documentation I would have needed. The Easycar hire cover would have covered this. Frutsrating and worrying.

Pros: Nothing, it was bad

Cons: 1 customer service agent to 7 customers, took forever to get spoken to, £15 hire became over £300.

Cons: There is no full fuel tank pick up, so it is very difficult to put exactly same amount fuel when you drop back car, so just in case, u put in full. When you drop it back early morning, there is no staff who receive the car back.

Pros: Dropping the car is inconvenient - I had to bring the key to the main office.

Cons: I expected a Skoda Fabia (as promised) but instead got an Opel Corsa that has a much smaller trunk. We could barely fit all our stuff in the car. I asked to give me a slightly bigger car but the agent refused. Also, charging euro 90 for not having an International Driving Permit is an overkill. I'd be fine with 40-50 but 90 is way too much. I've read some companies in Italy don't even ask for it.

Pros: The car was excellent - virtually new, only 1300 miles on the clock

Cons: They tried to sell us extra insurance, despite the fact that we had taken out the full liability in advance. Also, the hire desk is described as being in the terminal. it is in a terminal, but not THE terminal - all the car hire desks at Pisa are in a separate building about half a mile from the main terminal, which is a strenuous walk in hot weather dragging luggage!

Cons: I was forced to pay for extra insurance at Easycarhire which added €290 to the cost. I wrote to discovercars where I already paid for an insurance to get a refund - 10 days after I have not heard anything.

Pros: quick , efficient and friendly

Cons: nothing

Pros: Value for money

Cons: Employee at desk was absolutely insistent that I take out extra insurance and was not going to let me have the car without it, eventually I d8d get it but it was a struggle. She claimed that my valid comprehensive cover with Discovery cars would not cover me in the event of any incident. I imagine she scams a lot of people into taking out the Easy cover as well . At least you state firmly on the voucher that hirer is covered, though she disputed that completely. Let me upset, angry and shaking

Pros: Price and condition of the cars.

Cons: Only one employee that talked english, so when we delivered the car. It took a very long time.

Cons: Took a little while to locate office

Pros: Car was OK.

Cons: Having to take out a new contract and still awaiting payment of my 200 euro deposit.

Pros: Nothing. This happened to everyone else I spoke to who had hired a car through them. They tried numerous tactics in order to extort money from tourists.

Cons: Their scamming ways should be investigated

Pros: Google

Cons: That the initial car broke down 😒

Pros: Helpful, friendly, efficient.

Pros: They provided us with a clean car. However, we had to pay an additional €200 due to the fact that they refused to allow me to use a credit card and insisted that I take out insurance with them despite me already securing fully comprehensive Insurance with another UK-based broker.

Cons: As above. They wouldn’t release the car unless we paid for their insurance, which resulted in a 50% increase in the overall cost of the hire.

Pros: Friendly staff , able to answer questions , age and cleanliness of Car

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The vehicle was as ordered and immaculate. The desk was a little hidden in the corner of the terminal and small signage. Staff extremely friendly with no pushy after sales.

Cons: Seemed temp "small A4" signage in carpark where car located. As few staff I was caught upto in car park by fella from desk as I had signed rental as "unchecked" so he had to come out and check car with me. Give him his due though he found a small mark I had missed. Same with return, had to drop key at desk and then walk back to car to check return state. Lady said car was returned better than it went out as she couldn't see the mark her colleague found 😁

Pros: See above.

Cons: Poor signage in car lot. Concern about losing deposit/reservation if flight delayed and I missed my pick up time.

Pros: Would not recommend Easycar at Pisa Airport unless they change their predatory tactics.

Cons: Agents did all in their powers to frighten customers into accepting extra insurance. I already had own excess insurance but they pressed for me to take their package saying that otherwise I would have to have a police report for any damage whatsoever, no matter how small. Was told car had no marks but there were numerous small marks and some significant scratches on driver’s door. Agent knew of these but didn’t tell us. Took 2hrs to get car!

Cons: The employees were far from helpful and willing to come up with a solution. One of our car reservations was cancelled by the agency without letting us know in advance. So when we arrived to the desk, we only had 1 car instead of 2. After this the agents basically told us that it was not their fault and they didn’t put any extra effort to offer a proper solution. We just had to solve it by ourselves. Additionally we couldn’t rent a car anymore with them because they didn’t have a car left.

Pros: Gentleman was very polite

Cons: Increase of rental! Insurance!!

Cons: The location is advertised as 'in terminal' but in fact it's a 10-minute walk outside

Pros: Car was good and was easy to find and drop back in Pisa . However the cost was far too much which is yeh main thing !

Cons: Hidden costs !

Pros: Efficient and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable car.

Cons: Can't complain about anything

Pros: Very smooth and efficient service with good range of vehicle options.

Cons: Signs in the arrival terminal were not clear to indicate the location of the rental car location for drop off and pickup either by shuttle or walking. Better signs in the terminal needed.

Pros: 👍

Cons: nothing, very friendly and good English

Pros: The staff were very friendly when I picked up the car for rent

Cons: I didn’t like that easycarhire tried to blame us for marks on the wheel trims that we didn’t do. Thank goodness we had taken photos of the car before driving out of the pick up car park. Our photos showed that the marks were there when we picked it up. They tried to argue the point, but we had the photographic evidence. This took quite a while to sort out which caused me and my husband having to rush through the airport and just getting to the gate in time for boarding. It was very stressful

Pros: Smooth exchange and friendly staff at Easycarhire

Pros: Everything went smooth and representatives were very good.

Cons: Easycarhire is a complete scam! When we picked up the car, they told us that the car had some minor scratches and not to worry about those, but to tell them if there was anything larger. When we dropped off the car, they found two tiny chips on the bumpers at the size of 1x1 mm and told us this was damage we had made to the car. For this they charged us a little over 500 euro... Total scam. with the drive we made, its also highly unlikely this was made by us. Avoid by any means!

Cons: Tried to charge us for damage that was not caused by us.

Cons: Had to pay extra 20 euro per day insurance because I didn't have a credit card

Cons: Pick up a bit slow

Pros: The whole service felt very reliable. The car rental agents were friendly and helpful. The car was in almost new condition and was very reliable for our trip. The drop off went very smoothly, but I have to say that we didn't have any accidents or damage to the car.

Cons: The only thing I would note is that the pick-up takes quite long. It looks like it could go much more efficient.

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean car.

Cons: - Would have preferred a full to full tank not 3/8 to 3/8 full. - Don't like the inevitable suggestion of buying overpriced insurance. - Directions could have been better. "Turn right out of the airport exit" was not enough. It would have been helpful to have a location pin or at least mention it was 500 metres away.

Pros: Friendly, efficient service, thank you

Pros: Good service, could have more assistants as desk clerk was also inspecting returned vehicles, but time spent waiting was kept to minimum

Cons: Great price, good clean car, would use again

Pros: Good service in certain ways.

Cons: That The office was far from airport arrivals! Not expected to travel a shuttle to pick up car and the office. Also that your company doesn't except Debit cards. And other car companies next to your office has a notice that do they except.

Pros: Good agents and well explained. Didn't try to upsell inappropriately

Pros: Very easy staff to deal with. Next to new and clean cars.

Pros: The representative was very helpful although as expected was determined to sell additional insurance.

Cons: Very poor if non existent signage from Airport to car rental. Had to walk 10 to 15 minutes with heavy case uncertain of our destination. No clear directions from rental kiosk to actual location of hire car. No Easicarhire signage to show where cars were located or clear grid reference on the site to identify C3. Had to walk up and down rows to spot registration number!!! On return unable to find or identify Easicarhire rep because not visible and did not wear Easycarhire uniform.

Pros: Good explanation.

Cons: Although she explained, why not a good sign at the line where the cars are parked..?

Pros: Very helpful staff

Cons: Car hadn’t been cleaned before I got it. Very dirty windscreen. Inside floor mats were dirty.

Pros: New, clean car. Representative was polite and spoke perfect English. Would definitely use again.

Cons: Nothing, they were great!

Pros: Miłą obsługę
