Cons: No clear instructions for return of the car at Verona airport - e.g. where the nearest service station is and how to find car rental returns (it looked like I was simply going into the airport parking). Returning the car can be a stressful moment. I was also very surprised by the high cost of refuelling the car. We had filled the tank on the autostrada a few km before the exit and on return the agent told me there was about 6 Lt missing and there was a cost of €35 + tax to refuel. Shocking!!

Cons: Locauto website didn't allow me to link my discovercars booking to my locauto profile so I had to have a person at the desk rescan my passport and license (which I had already done online)

Pros: My flight was delayed due to poor weather by nearly 3 hours and I thought I missed my car. But they checked my flight details and can tell my flight is delayed. They waited longer for me to arrive.

Cons: I tried to call them so many times to tell them that my flight is really delayed but no answer. I eventually got through after 10 attempts to call them. I am just glad I got through to them to tell them.

Pros: check-in system in advance is nice thing, we saved our valuable time for documentation in advance. It was also nice thing about "zero deposit" which gives good emotion for ourselves.

Cons: If team can see reservations amount in advance, i reccomend to work few more staff to serve customers in peak hours, thanks

Pros: Locauto were very helpful and friendly and extremely efficient.

Cons: I booked a 9 seat mini van. Was given a new car but had significant damage around the rear wheel, possibly from previous customer. This did not effect performance but it did not look very good, especially when paying €1400 for the vehicle hire. My main disappointment at this is that there were other similar vehicles in the Locauto parking area and I do not understand why I was not provided with one of those instead. However, this did not impact on the overall experience

Cons: The overall experience at first was good but after we left the car unfair charges were applied without explanation. It is impossible to reach and reason with customer support. They are threatening to hang up the phone if you try to talk with them about the problem.

Cons: 1) Lack of indications at the airport regarding the location of the Locauto car park; 2) Lack of free shuttle service from Pisa airport to the Locauto car park, and me and my boyfriend had to walk there carrying our bags on our backs and without knowing the way very well (we had also to ask for indications to many different people); 4) Taking too long to refund the deposits. I have already delivered my car two weeks ago and I haven't been refunded yet. My booking was DC-5483107.

Cons: I was charged a fee when i arrived before the cut off time, the attendant was threatening, unreasonable and would not give us the car unless we paid the fee. if she had just done her job in the time we arrived instead of arguing with us we would have walked out there by 11pm!! poor poor service from both Locauto and Discover cars

Cons: Could not modify the car after a flight cancellation. No response by phone, email or text......

Pros: The check of the car for damages, scratches etc. was very thorough and efficient.

Cons: Why must one always refuse the clerks eager of selling extra insurances although he could see in the papers from DiscoverCars that everything was insured? That kind of "service" is really annoying!

Cons: We were rushed at pickup to sign forms and not given time to check condition of car fully. At car drop off, a 6 cm light scratch was located by Locauto employee suspiciously quickly (we had never seen it during our time with the car and never had any encounters where car would have been scratched so it is very likely that the scratch was there from the start and employee knew what to look for.

Cons: On my credit card, 100 euro was blocked in advance for the fact that I can rent a car with an empty tank! I was not warned about this! According to the documents were to write off 66 euros, and debited 166 euros - it was unexpected for me!
