Cons: Everything--their attitude--tried to sell us extra insurance even though we had already purchased from yourselves. We suffered a blowout on the SS1 motorway (sic) and had to pay for a new tyre ourselves otherwise we would not have had a replacement car until the following Monday ( our blowout occured on a Friday evening) ---the police insisted on us using a towtruck which they organised as they would not allow us to remain on the motorway and wait hours for a towtruck from Sicily by Car.

Cons: The car I received had no power and struggled to drive it especially in the hills even thought that I am used to drive different cars all the time and live in hilly area The agent at the drop off said that was a fault showing and want to know when it was displayed.Told him that it was there when I received the car

Cons: They promised to stay and wait till we arrived (of we paid a fee - to which we agreed). But when we arrived they had left. And we had to spend the Night at the airport. So we lost a day of rental - which we hope to get back.

Pros: Seemingly direct and honest approach, we did not have any issues with additional car damage claims or anything like that.

Cons: After signing all the contracts which basically state that you are liable for everything, they only give you the keys and let you find the car in the lot, which was nearly impossible to get to given how close the cars were parked next to each other. I would appreciate a more customer-friendly approach, pulling the car out for us, and making sure that everything is OK with the car with us.

Cons: Unexpected and unacceptable enforced charges after returning an undamaged vehicle

Pros: Quick pickup time, helpful.

Cons: We weren\t really sure where to return the car, it took us a long time to find the office at the airport and we sat in the nearby dropoff parking lot for a long time until we saw the desk. Afterwards the clerk was very helpful. Would like more detail guided description of each return locations (location).

Pros: Appreciated quick efficient drop off.

Pros: No limitations on distance or countries to travel to. Staff were helpful and friendly, and accommodated early checkout of the car.

Cons: The car had a lot more scratches than recorded on the contract, but the service team made the updates after reviewing the extra scratches I observed.

Pros: The Fiat Punto Hybrid was a pleasant surprise. Roberto at pick-up and Andrea at drop-off were polite & efficient

Cons: During the journey on few occasions seat belt alarm would go on and off for no reason. This would last for quite some time. I actually tried to call recovery who advised that since the car was working they could not help and advised me to call the agent. I tried to call the rental place, which was Pisa airport and no one picked up. Afterwards I gave up.

Pros: Service was prompt, there was only one person before me. The lady who served me was friendly and very helpful.

Cons: I received a different car in the same range which had a smaller boot, which meant we had to place our baby’s stroller in the front seat. We also had to highlight additional damage that already existed on the body work, which they marked up for us prior to taking the car.

Cons: Physical creditcard is needed. Online card (that normally works and i have done the prepayment with) wont be approved. I have taken the extra insurance for €30 a day day extra to get the car. Quite an expensive extra amount for a “cheap” car. Next to that, they also need a flight ticket home to match the rental date with. We had to book our flight to be able to book a car, which doesn’t make sense. We had a great exploring holiday living day to day. Sicily by car did not make it easy for us.

Pros: Agent was nice, also the guy picking up the car. The car was amazing. But the address on the voucher was of the airport not the rental desk, which was quite annoying and wasting of time to find.

Cons: The car was great, I d suggest to be more clear about insurance coverage, when you say comprehensive I mean really comprehensive. I have sent you an email and you said comprehensive covered only 3000 euros on the car I am driving if I am in fault and when there you told me with 50 euros more full coverage except the roof, the wheels and the windows. There was not much clearity about insurance when I booked online and when I was there. Annoying part also full coverage was not completley full.

Cons: People at the car rental place weren't very helpful. Didn't let me know that I needed to keep the documents in the car, and then were rude when I didn't have them when I dropped it off. The line was very long too - needed more people.

He literally grabbed the rental agreement off my hands and when I said “what are you doing” he basically taunted me and wanted to fight! Shocking behaviour, couldn’t believe it. In front of my 2 years old, and 5 years old kids. Crazy

Cons: I would have liked better information on where I needed to aim for in the airport complex to return the car (no obvious car rental return signage).

Pros: Very good service although the wait at the desk was a little longer than I would have liked.

Cons: The representative at the desk told me she didn’t recognise the full cover I had taken out at the time of booking and tried to persuade me to take out Sicily by Car’s additional insurance. When I refused, she was dismissive and negative saying that I would have to pay all costs in the event of a problem and ‘take it up with my broker’. The broker’s cost to cover the excess was £8 per day and Sicily’s was over €20... Apart from this, the car was perfect and the rental price was reasonable.

Cons: Desk seemed a bit small. The queue was only 4 people deep, but it took 30 minutes or more to get served. Maybe as additional staff member during busy periods. 3 staff and they were very busy.
