Cons: The car was a bit scruffy inside

Pros: Only thing I liked was that it was cabrio

Cons: First of all I still have not beend refunded they still hold 650eur due to reason that water or gas recirculation pump failed on last day and and orange signal appeared on dashboard. They even asked did I filled diesel instead of petrol… I wish I never booked a car from them. I always book Sixt or Europcar and did not had any issues with them.. They even do not reply to emails what is the status with refund. I do not recommend this company

Cons: The car was making some noises but overall the car rental was great.

Pros: The service was exelent.

Cons: Have nothing bad to say about it

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything--their attitude--tried to sell us extra insurance even though we had already purchased from yourselves. We suffered a blowout on the SS1 motorway (sic) and had to pay for a new tyre ourselves otherwise we would not have had a replacement car until the following Monday ( our blowout occured on a Friday evening) ---the police insisted on us using a towtruck which they organised as they would not allow us to remain on the motorway and wait hours for a towtruck from Sicily by Car.

Pros: friendly and fast.

Cons: nothing

Pros: The agents were efficient

Cons: The car I received had no power and struggled to drive it especially in the hills even thought that I am used to drive different cars all the time and live in hilly area The agent at the drop off said that was a fault showing and want to know when it was displayed.Told him that it was there when I received the car

Pros: Fast pick up and clean car

Cons: It was expensive

Pros: Not much. The car was fine

Cons: They promised to stay and wait till we arrived (of we paid a fee - to which we agreed). But when we arrived they had left. And we had to spend the Night at the airport. So we lost a day of rental - which we hope to get back.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Late arrival in airport. Sicily by car didn’t hold cars

Pros: Polite, informative and efficient.

Pros: Seemingly direct and honest approach, we did not have any issues with additional car damage claims or anything like that.

Cons: After signing all the contracts which basically state that you are liable for everything, they only give you the keys and let you find the car in the lot, which was nearly impossible to get to given how close the cars were parked next to each other. I would appreciate a more customer-friendly approach, pulling the car out for us, and making sure that everything is OK with the car with us.

Cons: Unexpected and unacceptable enforced charges after returning an undamaged vehicle

Pros: Quick pickup time, helpful.

Cons: We weren\t really sure where to return the car, it took us a long time to find the office at the airport and we sat in the nearby dropoff parking lot for a long time until we saw the desk. Afterwards the clerk was very helpful. Would like more detail guided description of each return locations (location).

Pros: Appreciated quick efficient drop off.

Pros: No limitations on distance or countries to travel to. Staff were helpful and friendly, and accommodated early checkout of the car.

Cons: The car had a lot more scratches than recorded on the contract, but the service team made the updates after reviewing the extra scratches I observed.

Cons: lack of staff

Pros: nice and friendly customer service

Cons: N/A

Pros: Always friendly and efficient on pick up and drop off

Pros: There is nothing that stand out

Cons: During the journey on few occasions seat belt alarm would go on and off for no reason. This would last for quite some time. I actually tried to call recovery who advised that since the car was working they could not help and advised me to call the agent. Pros: nothing

Cons: everything

Pros: No problems!

Pros: They were excellent people

Cons: Nice and helpful people

Pros: Friendly agent when picking up car but poor service on return. Lots of customers left out in hot sun whilst agents dealt with two customers at a time.

Cons: Car had done significant miles no looked like it. If rental companies are going to charge very high rates they should at least have better cars.

Pros: Very efficient

Pros: Car was lovely and a small upgrade on what was booked. Operative was quick for checkout.

Cons: Took a long time to get seen at the rental desk as there was a long queue. Could've done with another member or staff.

Pros: Easy location, nice car, great to get a convertible fiat 500.

Cons: When picked up the man at the desk didn't speak to me at all, he was on the phone the whole time.

Pros: Easy to collect and drop off the car and no hassle.

Pros: They were honorable and polite

Cons: The directions to the rental area and the shuttle timing could have been easier to understand. The shuttle took a while to get.

Pros: The work , kindness and helpfulness of the servicr staff. Accurate, correct fast car delivery, receipt, settlement.

Cons: I chose a bigger car at the time of booking than I go, so it was hard to fiz in the suitcases

Pros: Efficient and competent

Cons: I felt cheated

Pros: Quick handling of Pick up and dropping off the car

Cons: Thea did not at all provide us with the car we ordered.

Pros: Service was prompt, there was only one person before me. The lady who served me was friendly and very helpful.

Cons: I received a different car in the same range which had a smaller boot, which meant we had to place our baby’s stroller in the front seat. We also had to highlight additional damage that already existed on the body work, which they marked up for us prior to taking the car.

Pros: Friendly, professional easy pick up and drop off, staff were great

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Fast and friendy staff in Pisa

Pros: Good car, no issues

Cons: Physical creditcard is needed. Online card (that normally works and i have done the prepayment with) wont be approved. I have taken the extra insurance for €30 a day day extra to get the car. Quite an expensive extra amount for a “cheap” car. Next to that, they also need a flight ticket home to match the rental date with. We had to book our flight to be able to book a car, which doesn’t make sense. We had a great exploring holiday living day to day. Sicily by car did not make it easy for us.

Pros: Simple

Cons: Car was quite old

Pros: Easy pick up, car as described.

Cons: Inside of the car wasn't very clean. Had to wait a long time for someone to come to the booth for drop-off.

Pros: Very easy, quick and hassle free service. They upgraded our car too which was great.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Agent was nice, also the guy picking up the car. The car was amazing. But the address on the voucher was of the airport not the rental desk, which was quite annoying and wasting of time to find.

Cons: The car was great, I d suggest to be more clear about insurance coverage, when you say comprehensive I mean really comprehensive. I have sent you an email and you said comprehensive covered only 3000 euros on the car I am driving if I am in fault and when there you told me with 50 euros more full coverage except the roof, the wheels and the windows. There was not much clearity about insurance when I booked online and when I was there. Annoying part also full coverage was not completley full.

Pros: Very easy, no hidden fees.

Cons: Returning the car - there wasn’t enough staff

Pros: Easy to book online. Car was great.

Cons: People at the car rental place weren't very helpful. Didn't let me know that I needed to keep the documents in the car, and then were rude when I didn't have them when I dropped it off. The line was very long too - needed more people.

Pros: Nothing. Didn't see the car. Wasn't willing to wait hours to get it.

Cons: Queue was so long we rented a second car. Was very easy to find the desk as it was the one with the huge line of angry people. Will never use the service again.

Pros: Nothing really car was damged wasnt happy.

Cons: Attitude and extra cost as they was tryin to charge us more to upgrade insurance which i already did with yourselves.

Pros: Free sat nav and the team at drop off were fantastic

Cons: Rude staff, car not for for purpose, car was very dirty

Pros: Good value, great vehicle, clean and as described

Cons: Having pre-booked and used the same agents 12 months ago we were very disappointed that it took over and hour to collect the vehicle, the pick up desk was very slow

Pros: Unfriendly and bored looking employee at he desk. Extremely rude guy at the time I returned the car. He literally grabbed the rental agreement off my hands and when I said “what are you doing” he basically taunted me and wanted to fight! Shocking behaviour, couldn’t believe it. In front of my 2 years old, and 5 years old kids. Crazy

Pros: Absolutley nothing!

Cons: Everything!

Pros: Great car, no hidden extras

Pros: Good add-on options such as second driver and automatic gear box.

Cons: I would have liked better information on where I needed to aim for in the airport complex to return the car (no obvious car rental return signage).

Pros: Very good service although the wait at the desk was a little longer than I would have liked.

Cons: The representative at the desk told me she didn’t recognise the full cover I had taken out at the time of booking and tried to persuade me to take out Sicily by Car’s additional insurance. When I refused, she was dismissive and negative saying that I would have to pay all costs in the event of a problem and ‘take it up with my broker’. The broker’s cost to cover the excess was £8 per day and Sicily’s was over €20... Apart from this, the car was perfect and the rental price was reasonable.

Pros: Easy to find desk. Excellent staff.

Cons: Desk seemed a bit small. The queue was only 4 people deep, but it took 30 minutes or more to get served. Maybe as additional staff member during busy periods. 3 staff and they were very busy.

Pros: Customer service

Cons: Car should have been cleaner and in better condition

Pros: Very polite staff. Explained process clearly.

Pros: Nice car

Cons: Desk representative during pick up of car was very very unfriendly, actually she behaved rude and showed no respect for her customers at all.
